When you train daily with a player for one two or more years, you are bound to know the player's strength and weaknesses. His moves, technique, intentions can easily be read because it's someone you have spent a large part of your recent career playing with.

Of course, like I pointed earlier, it can be argued in reverse that Morata knows them too inside out. But the slight advantage Chiellini and Bonucci have is that, they are the defenders here. Morata will be coming at them with the ball, making runs expecting a pass and trying to score them. That's where their knowing him in and out will come into play.
