You look at the key men in the supporting cast and check their pass accuracy and how many key passes they make per game. At Spurs not only are the likes of Eriksen topping the chances created table in the EPL, even their fullbacks in Rose and Walker are topping the chances created table for defenders.

Lukaku scoring 19 goals, with no Penalties unlike Kane's 4, playing in a team inferior to Kane's on literally any metric you can think of, is actually something to be applauded.
