Forlan ruined Fulham in Europa Final 5. Diego Milito destroyed Bayern in Final 6. Ribery murdered Barca in semifinal 7. Arda Turan killed Chelsea in semifinal 8. Drogba killed Bayern in final
Tell me a memorable moment your overrated Hazard has in Europe. Just One. If winning your first trophy in your first season in a new club isn't memorable, then I don't know which memorable you're talking about again.

A40: I just dey laugh you with all these stats wey you dey post. Stats that show Hazard has played over 900 more minutes than Goetze and Neymar yet can only produce 7 goals from open play. Laughable You guys keep shouting goals assists goals assists as if that is the only criteria for knowing the best players. Granted, goals and assists are VERY important part of a great player's game. But have you asked yourself this: How many goals or assists does Fabio Cannavaro have in 2006 to be crowned world best? Look at those screenshots again. You will notice different aspects to ones game that will make him a COMPLETE player. Not just goals and assists. Zidane have never been a highest goalscorer when he won his world bests... I can go on and on to name great players who don't score that many goals but are undoubtedly football greats. I still maintain that although Hazard is not in the same bracket with Ronaldo/Messi, he is not that far from them. |

A40: Messi is Argentina's 2nd highest goalscorer of all-time after Batigoal. He helped his country to a World Cup Final
How can you compare that to a European and International nobody like Hazard
While we can't take out the penalties it is always important to note that over 40% of his goals come from the spot. Always add that caveat
EPL you people hype players too much in that league but when it matters most you are always nowhere to be found 2nd highest? Why not highest? World cup final? Why not world cup winner? Btw before you start misquoting me, I never compared Hazard's career to Messi's. I brought Messi's Argentina career up to show you that for Hazard to perform well in one competition and not too well in another doesn't make him a bad player like you want to paint him. For all his records smashed in Barca, Messi still doesn't have anything to show in the Argentine shirt. BUT that doesn't take away the fact that he is a phenomenal player. Stop hating on Hazard. I have provided screenshots showing how good Hazard is. Provide yours to show how crop he is and let's see. You won't. All you guys do is shout up and down how overhyped Hazard is. You still haven't told me why we should remove Hazard’s penalties. Or you want to tell me that you don't know that teams have particular players that take responsibility of PK? Is it Hazard’s fault that he has that responsibility in Chelsea? Wait, do you think that penalty goals are that cheap? Haven't you seen or read of people that missed as much as three PK in a match? Are Ronaldo and Messi not penalty takers in their respective teams? Why should Hazard’s case be different? |

Debroslink: Tell me one quality Hazard has over the following players in the area of goals and assists? The players below are above Hazard when we talk about producing the goods; not just useless dribbles.
1. Neymar 28 goals 14 assists 2. Suarez 18 goals 13 assists 3. Sanchez 4. Robben 5. Reus 6. Koke 5 goals 14 assists 7. Greizman 21 goals 9 assists 8. James 14 goals 10 assists (minus 2 months injury) 9. Francisco Alcacer 14 goals 8 assists 10. Carlos Bacca 21 goals 9 assists 11. Kelvin Gameiro 14 goals 8 assists
Those stats are players who play in the world's best league...LA LIGA.
I did not bother to mention the big 2 of world football because it's an insult to place Hazard just below them. This thread has a topic. And the topic contains names. If you want to compare Hazard with those names you listed, open a thread for it. Don't deviate. Thank you. |

All his performances so far are restricted to the Premier League. What about the Champions League? If I may ask, why should we take out his penalties? Also, their gearbox in naija is a case study. My friend change his 2 years ago for a lot more than 250 thousand naira, barely 3 months he bought the car, after consecutive repairs of about 45 thousand naira each, afterwards he started looking for a buyer and sold it for a w202 kompressor Benz before he had peace of mind..I have never repaired my Benz to sum that amount ever since i bought it 3 years ago.
You could drive a benz a whole year without changing a breakpad. if you obey rules of abuse, you could drive the engine of a benz forever. If you use the right fuel or treat your fuel properly, your benz can remain like new for more than a dacade. So , that research has k leg, certain things like poor maintenance culture should have been factored into it. I dont even give a dame about it, i remain with Benz or Beemer Gbam! |

Souness believes Chelsea’s Eden Hazard is close to Messi and Ronaldo
Former Liverpool midfielder Graeme Souness believes Chelsea winger Eden Hazard is approaching the level of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, reports the Daily Mail.
The Belgium international made his 100th Premier League appearance during the Blues’ 1-0 win against Queens Park Rangers on Saturday. He set up Cesc Fabregas’ 88th-minute winner at Loftus Road to help Jose Mourinho’s men take an important step towards the title.
Hazard is considered the frontrunner for this season’s Player of the Year award as a result of his consistent excellence, The 24-year-old has scored 12 goals, registered eight assists and also completed 148 take-ons – more than any other player in Europe’s top five leagues.
Souness believes Hazard has the potential to get even better in the future, and he feels he isn’t far from the level of Messi and Ronaldo.
Speaking on Sky Sports, he said: “The way he goes past players, he makes good players look ordinary. He’s a bit like Messi and Ronaldo in that when you see them go past people, you think “that’s bad defending”, but no it’s not not. These guys are just that good and Hazard is close to that category.
“He certainly needs more goals for me but he’s one of the few players that gets you on the edge of your seat every time you watch him play. I still think there is much more to come from him in the future.”
Souness continued to praise Hazard’s dribbling – the one area he’s outshone the La Liga superstars in this season – adding: “He’s got dancing feet hasn’t he? When he runs with the ball it’s never more than nine inches away from his feet.
“So if you’re a defender, the minute you stick out a foot, he’s skipped past you. He’s got great feet and looks to be a strong boy too. If you look at him he’s all there, if he wants to stand up to challenges he definitely can.”
Chelsea have already won the Capital One Cup this season, and they are on course to win the league for the first time since 2010.
Mourinho’s side are currently seven points clear at the top of the table with a game in hand and face third-placed Manchester United at Stamford Bridge this weekend.
Hazard has played more key passes than any other Premier League player this season (79). http://www.squawka.com/news/souness-believes-chelseas-eden-hazard-is-close-to-messi-and-ronaldo/353654

Bentleys and Porsches more likely to break down than cheaper family models Bentleys and Porsches might have the prestige and the biggest price tags, but they also more likely to break down than other cars, a study shows.
The luxury marques came bottom of a reliability league table of 37 car manufacturers compiled by What Car? and Warranty Direct.
But Honda was judged the most reliable with the Japanese car maker topping the table for the ninth year running.
Japanese makers fill eight of the top ten places with Suzuki and Toyota claiming second and third place. Chevrolet and Mazda share fourth place.
The table analyses the reliability of thousands of cars, from three to eight-years-old, using a formula that into account failure rates, age, mileage and cost of repair.
Overall, the most reliable models were the Honda Jazz and the Mitsubishi Lancer, both of which also had reasonable average repair costs.
Chart: Honda tops the reliability league for ninth year running The least reliable model was the Audi RS6 which was also the most costly to fix, with an average repair bill of £1,003.
Electrical faults were the most common across all cars, accounting for almost a quarter of visits to garages. Axle and suspension faults were also common, affecting 22% of cars.
Air conditioning was the cause of least concern to motorists, being reported by just 3% of owners.
Jim Holder, What Car? editor, said: “Honda’s success in the reliability index is chiefly down to low failure rates. But, when things do go wrong, the cars are also relatively cheap to fix.
“Reliability is always one of the key attributes buyers look for when considering a used car purchase, so manufacturers that consistently demonstrate durability will always do well with the consumer.”
And David Gerrans of Warranty Direct, said:” “Household budgets continue to be stretched further in the current economic climate; the last thing people need is a car that costs them money they don’t have in unwanted bills.
“It is imperative that consumers research their intended purchases thoroughly before taking the plunge.” http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/bentleys-porsches-more-likely-break-5526979?ICID=FB_mirror_main

Hazard and Diego Costa nominated for PFA award Eden Hazard and Diego Costa have been shortlisted for the PFA Players' Player of the Year award, with Hazard and Thibaut Courtois up for the PFA Young Player of the Year award.
Hazard and Diego Costa are joined by Philipe Coutinho, David De Gea, Harry Kane and Alexis Sanchez in the six-man shortlist for the main award, which is decided by the votes of their fellow professionals.
For the Young Player of the Year award, last year's winner Hazard is nominated again alongside his compatriot Courtois, as well as Coutinho, De Gea, Kane and Raheem Sterling.
Hazard has now been nominated in both lists for the past three seasons. John Terry is the only Chelsea player to have won the main award, back in 2004/05.
