Great idea! It will be so useful in Lagos.

Just imagine that you're leaving VI to Ikeja only to get to Ozumba Mbadiwe and there's heavy traffic.. Change gear, drive into the lagoon to cross over to Ikoyi and link Osborne rd/Third mainland bridge. Traffic at Oworonshoki ...change gear again and fly to Ikeja. cool

Isn't that wonderful? He needs our support truly.

Hi everyone, I have been a Nairalander for over 9 Years now and I have gained immensely from this forum, thank you so much for making nairaland fun.

I am a man in my early 20's, I am into cinematography and video editing, I all also a staff of a global Christian missionary University with over a thousand locations around the world, God has been good to me this year, even though there are times of lows, but God redeemed me,now here is my the challenge I am facing right now.

I am a diploma holder in mass communication,I offer my cinematography services to a church as a part time staff in Lagos, the job requires me to be present during the 2 church service times in a week and 1 extra day for not more than 2 hours, translating to me being present 3 times in a week, the pay, which is 40k,to me, is averagely okay for the job as #500 takes me to the church and back, from where I live, additionally,I also freelance and work for various other media houses, I have been offered employment by some but I am not into this everyday Job thing where I will be insulted, so I prefer to be my own boss,I stay alone on the Island in a relatively good area, I also work with a big missionary organization with over 1000 locations, which affords me to staff in any of their locations of my choice around the world, last year,I felt it in my spirit to go to the German location of the organization and work there,by the way,the work is completely voluntary,no pay is offered, you just have to give 5 hours of your time to the work and can take as much day off as you want, I applied and did every process required of me and I have been sent an invite, fastfoward to late 2018,I began to feel like staying back in Nigeria and starting up a business of my own,I am thinking about poultry business for now, then I met this cacausian lady I really do love, and she does love me too,we see a future together and most tines, share jokes about how we will live after marriage, she was offered an admission in another state after waiting for years for it but she is reluctant to take it as it will take her far away from me even tho I have promised to visit her often, she is bent on staying back in Lagos.

Now,meeting this lady has also influenced the urge to stay back and start up something in Nigeria, but I also really feel like the grass will be greener over there as I have been told by friends over there, that IT and any technical experience pays well there as there are opportunities.

Please help me,should I stay back or should I leave?

I am scheduled to leave in June 2019,please ignore any typo or errors.
I have a certificate in desktop publishing, national diploma in banking and finance and on the course to get a bsc in finance

Sports › Ronaldo: I'm Not Obsessed With Individual Prizes by Timekeeper(op): 4:27pm On Jan 01, 2019
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner has suggested that personal accolades are not his priority, instead insisting he is more of a team player
Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo has insisted he is not obsessed with individual awards after enjoying another stellar year in 2018.
Ronaldo, 33, guided Real Madrid to a third straight Champions League success before his move to Juve, where he has scored 15 goals in 24 games.
But he was denied a sixth Ballon d’Or, finishing second to Madrid star Luka Modric, whose exploits for the Liga giants and Croatia saw him claim numerous individual honours.
Ronaldo said those prizes were not something he worried about, adding they often came if you led your team to success.
“I’m not obsessed with individual prizes”, he told
Record .
“The important thing is helping the team, always, and therefore the rest arrives naturally.
“I don’t hide that I’m happy when I win but it’s not the end of the world if it can’t happen.”
The Portugal captain registered 49 goals in 53 appearances for both club and country in the calendar year of 2018, and currently sits top of the Serie A goalscoring charts.
The forward will be hoping to lead his new side to a first European trophy since 1996, with the Italian giants finishing as beaten finalists in two of the last four years.
As well as finishing runner-up to Modric in the race for the 2018 Ballon d’Or, Ronaldo was also beaten to the title of Best FIFA Men’s player back in September.
An underwhelming Portuguese World Cup campaign was brought to an end in the round of 16 by a 2-1 defeat to Uruguay.
Ronaldo was on target four times during the competition in Russia, netting the winner against Morocco, as well as a famous hat-trick against Iberian rivals Spain, including a late free-kick to help secure a rousing 3-3 draw.

Romance › Re: I Need Advice!my Girlfriend Is A Goldigger by Timekeeper: 6:21pm On Nov 11, 2018
Lemskey:
I ve this girlfriend of two years and I ve been very faithful to her.I always provide all that she needs, even for members of her family sometimes. We have been very intimate with each other.Though I realised that she has been very demanding such as requesting for the latest iphones which at various times I have bought three brands of iphones for her;6s+,8+ and x which she uses presently.Rather than cook, she prefers to sit out eating barbecue, drinking and lot of fast food products. She loves expensive clothings jewelries, bags shoes and so on.I ve spent so much on her running into millions just b'cos I love her and do not want to loose her to another man if I don't provide her lavish needs.Despite her extravagant lifestyle,I ve been spending more and more and even in various debts b'cos of her as if am under a spell. What then blew my mind recently, despite my provisions for her is that she has been sleeping with another man for a while now.She has begged for forgiveness and I am still with her but I still feel d pain every day of my life that I see her to know that she could sleep with another man despite my efforts to satisfy her and make her happy. And am still with her, even still spending on her b'cos I love her,but I feel she does not love me,but the gains of the relationship. However she has claimed several times that she loves me but I doubt her claim. The truth is that I love her & don't want to loose her to another man,but at d same time still can't forget that she cheated on me.Pls,what can I do?
