For an inverted triangle body shape the weight is in the burst and shoulders with a well defined waistline (small waist) and mostly no curves and slim legs

Meaning you are big at the burst and shoulder and slim from your waist down to your ankle

� Wrap tops and dresses gives the waist a defined shape

� A-line,flared and layerd skirts/dresses as they make your hip looks big

� Bootcut, wide leg and flared trouser is a great choice as it covers up the slim legs

So how do you dress up a rectangle body shape?

Wear
� Lots of belts, wrap tops and dresses

� Full skirts (flared, gathered, tiered, ruffles or frills) as it add fullness round the bum

� Go for off shoulders, v neck, sweetheart neckline to highlight your upper body


RUN AWAY FROM

�Fitted and clingy clothes it pronounces your letter

� Straight dresses with no details

� Tucking in your tops

� square neckline

What's a pear body shape��

Identifying it is quite simple, when your hips down to your thigh is bigger than your waist to burst just know you've got the pear shape.

Better still picture a pear in your mind, you know it's downside is bigger than it's top, right?? Exactly,if that's how you are you belong to the pear shape family ��

Despite your hip and burst being smaller than your hips, you can strike a balance in what you wear and still come out looking classy like a top celebrity ( Picture Kim k, Omotola, Mercy Aigbe �����

Ok, what should you wear?

Strike a balance in your clothes and put on something that flatters your lower body

� High waist skirts/trousers are best as it takes the attention off your upper body to your lower parts

� Wide legged trouser and jumpsuit works perfectly too.

�A-line skirts and dresses

� off shoulders, v neck, boat neckline also help elongate the upper body

�fit and flare cut

�Wear bright color in your upper body


AVOID

�Skinny trousers and and tight tops as this make your smaller upper body and bigger downside more obvious

� Avoid embellishments and designs that drags attention to your hips

� Avoid Tops that go beyond the hips
