The MD reluctantly and abruptly complied and the bank was cleared as unstressed bank. The bank in question was more into corporate banking unlike Oceanic Bank that was more into retail banking so you can imagine the devastating effect if it was listed as stressed; would not have survived as long as Oceanic did.
