Yes I have.

It doesnt work that way thou cos for you to get I-20 form u need to fill ur form and pay except the payment for Sives hv been waived which I'm not sure I'm about sending my form to get my I20 too

I didn't apply for funding, my department automatically considers an admitted student for funding. However I have been communicating with the graduate coordinator since last year.
He was the person that urged me to apply.
