I'm no CV expert but I know how to sell. I have a few years of experience in personal branding, so I know a few things that get people's attention. I'm willing to edit your CV and email it back to you, with the option of also being a referee to you, at almost no cost. The only condition I have is that you subsequently upload your CV to Glassdoor and some other recruitment agencies, because I know they post genuine jobs regularly. Our consulting firm also recruits for organizations.

It's tough competing for a job and there are so many options for employers, but I think when a recruiter dismisses you, it shouldn't be because of your CV! That's what I think, so let's make it happen. It's up to you.
RomanceRe: I Satisfy My Daughter Sexually, She Don't Need A Boyfriend - Father Confesses by Timossa(m): 11:10am On Mar 17, 2016
Sidewapcom:
This picture of a father and daughter locked up in a sexual fantasy has really proven that not just climate that is changing but life itself. A father who was caught having ungodly affair with his biological daughter boasted that he was good enough to satisfy his daughter, so therefore, she needs no man in her life.

This is nothing but incest, how would a father be rejoicing in have s*xual knowledge with his daughter? It’s really absurd and highly insane.

See more at: http://www.sidewap.com/forum/i-satisfy-my-daughter-she-dont-need-a-byfriend-father-confesses
Could this be real? I know it's happening, but media has made the truth to appear as false. God will cause every evil being to decease from their wicked ways.

I must feel so dangerously bad about it, because it's not legalized in Nigeria and most of my fellow Nigerians will not want it to be legalized. It might be okay for you all in India, but it's forbidden in Nigeria. I think I can say it anywhere that, homosexuality is dangerously bad, not even for Nigerians. Thank you friend. cool

RomanceRe: How My Friend Became An Object Of Sexual Abuse by Timossa(m):
Orator2383:
she met a guy on Facebook, based in Lagos and she is based in ogun state, then, she said the guy said she should pay him visit in his house so she decided to go since she haven't been in Lagos before. When she got to his house, he said they should go out for shopping. When they got to the shopping mall, he said she should pick anything she want then she picked different things like shoes, different colors of tops and trousers and one hand bag then he said he wants to change her phone so he bought her Tecno phantom 5 smartphone... She said she was so happy thinking she has seen Maga not knowing what will happen next. In the midnight he ask her to pull off my cloth but she said she said refuse then he tore her cloth and rape me. OMG!! THEN SHE TOLD ME SHE NEVER KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE LIKE THIS...
The story is funny, especially for those living in Lagos. What was she thinking about before coming to Lagos? What did she think about when the guy gave her a blank check to buy anything? Why did she spend a night in the guy's place?

So, she saw the guy as a Money Maga and the guy saw her too as a Sxxexxxx Maga. She should have known the guy's intention in the first place, and was she a virgin before she met him? The story is indeed funny. The guy was so wrong raping her, if he actually did that though.

If I were to be the guy I will give her some space to develop some likeness first, then take it a little step further. I am sorry about the raping thing. Tell your friend to take heart, and no guy will just buy you stuffs like that without you paying for it. Couple buy stuffs like that, and the reward is Sxxexx.

The lesson is that, do not go visiting the opposite Sex without knowing each other and what the other is capable of doing. Ultimately, sxxxx is not everything, build your character, friendship and relationship. All will be well in no time.

CareerRe: Human Resource Professionals: by Timossa(m):
In my own opinion, I will advise people going into HR as a career should aim for the international professional bodies like CIPD etc. However, I am an Associate Member from Association of Human Resources Practitioners of Nigeria, and I am still looking for a good company where I can practice. I did my dissertation on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is kind of outdated in form of the curriculum and content. There is a paradigm shift from Personnel Management to Human Resources Management and to Human Capital. HR Professionals should be aware of these shifts, or else you will be left behind.

My expertise are Instructional Design, Manpower Training and Development, OD and Industrial Relations. It will be nice if you can also speak one or two foreign languages, because it will expose you to work outside the company and represent your team, department or company on a given public or business issue.

Left for me, I can speak Spanish, French, Russian, Italian, and Portuguese. That makes me a Polyglot. Don't freak out, I also teach interested individuals. You have to be multi-talented and skilled in this dispensation. Please, let's LEARN, UN-LEARN AND RE-LEARN. You have great DEEDS within you.
CareerRe: A Thread For Personal Development, Self Growth And Motivation! by Timossa(m): 9:04pm On Mar 11, 2016
dearpreye:
Good evening, my awesome, awesome people of Nairaland. Hope you all had a great day? Mine wasn't stressful by any stretch as I'm off duty.

This thread has been on my mind for weeks. I've been thinking how to go about it. I've written it in my mind weeks ago, but somehow I've been reluctant to transmit what's on the head into reality. It was simply lying there.

This evening, the desire and determination seem greater. Hence these words.

Sometimes the fear of failure- maybe the thought that people won't accept and deem it necessary to follow the thread- played no little role in keeping me from starting this thread. I simply paid more attention to the fear of failure than the good this thread could bring to people, even if it's just one person. That fear kept me in a state of inertia. But I've been restless over this issue. I've consulted with a few persons and all of them seem to believe I should give it a go. I just felt pressed to start it.

I've scanned through NL, and I'm yet to see a thread dedicated to personal development, self growth and motivation. I'll be happy to fill that void.

Away from the rumbles of politics, romance and other critical sections, we need to have a place we can quietly come in to read a quote, a talk, a short motivational speech, etc. We need a place we can actually pay more attention to OURSELVES. We hardly pay adequate attention to ourselves; we are more encumbered by what's happening in the lives of politicians and celebrities that we hardly have enough time for our own personal development and improvement.

This is the way it will work: you can drop a wise quote, either from your own mind or from others( ensure to source them), and then we discuss and deliberate on it. It could be a story. In fact, you can drop and share the chapters or sections from an entire novel or other material.

It's my deepest wish that we make this place a serene and mature corner. It's my hope that many shall be blessed and uplifted by the words that shall cover this place. And it's my desire that this thread shall be responsible for the happiness, development, and success of many.

Let me leave you with this: You weren't born to be mere statistic. You weren't born to just roam upon the Earth. You weren't born to just eat, sleep, and die. But you were born to fulfill a PURPOSE. You were born to meet a HUMAN NEED. You were born to fulfill a DESTINY. You were born to be a solution to the world's problems. You were born to be a blessing to generations!

So feel free to come around and share that inspiring quotes or stories of yours. You never could tell how many lives will be positively impacted by them. If our lives aren't impacting others positively, then we need to do a sincere and thorough self-assessment with a view to sorting out the situation. We must be useful!

''The two most important days in a man's life are the day he was born, and the day he discovered why''

Thanks for your time. Good night, and God bless you all.

Dearpreye!

Lalasticlala, please, let others know such a corner as this exists on this forum. Thanks.
God bless you DearPreye. You just said my mind. I have been reluctant to push hard on Nairaland, because I felt the topics discussed on here are not very inspirational and thought-provoking.

However, I have looked forward to this medium of sharing my thoughts, ideas, and encourage people to greatness, and you just blew my mind. This my account is new on Nairaland, so I can't create a thread for now.

As a Certified Life Coach from Life Coach Training Institute (USA), I do host activities purely dedicated to Life/Cyber coaching, mentoring, counseling, Motivating and helping people to live their dreams and greatness in life.

I am so ready to make this thread come alive with the help of other people on here. I would like to work with you DearPreye, because I see greatness in you.

We have two kinds of fear (1) FEAR OF FAILURE and (2) FEAR OF A LOUD SOUND. All other fears will learn, like fear of domination etc..

You have GREAT DEEDS within you

angels09:
An open relation often re-kindles the lost love between long time partners and brings back the joy of being together.

Never will an open relationship strengthens your love with your partner. We should never modernise sins, and say its a new way or trend. A shit is a shit, you cannot eat it. We serve one God or the other, the Christians faith and Muslims faith condemns this filthy sexual immorality. We should not fall for this, and there is no love attached to this act. It's already happening, where partners both singles and married are not faithful to each other. In a nutshell, it's a bad thing to have an open relationship.

I support you Cruzita and in my own opinion, I believe he/she could get a second chance. There might be other factors that actually led to that in the first place, proper explanations will expose the cause. There must be a reason for that to have happened, and being remorseful and willing not to go back again to it genuinely will heal the wound. However, always be careful of him/her and watch your back.

RomanceRe: 5 Ways Present Day Nigerian Ladies Hinder The Future Of Nigeria Guys. by Timossa(m): 7:16pm On Mar 11, 2016
Decker:
Someone can only hinder your future if you let them. When it comes to relationships, no one is forced to do anything. It's all a matter of choice.
The door in and out of a relationship is always open, so, if anyone chooses to stay in one, especially when he knows the flaws of his partner and how detrimental they can be to his life and to the relationship, then whatever happens to him is solely his fault.
You are right Decker. Some ladies are good and some are bad. Its left for the guys to identify ladies who are responsible and ready for a serious and genuine relationship. Where did you meet your present lady now? How was she when you met her? What was she wearing when you met? What did she ask, and what did you buy for her when you met her? Let's ask ourselves these questions. If a guy have a sense of direction, he will never be confused or swayed away from his aims and goals in life. Guys now should not be like a Sheep without a Shepherd walking to and from with no direction. Find your purpose in life bro, and stick to a lady that supports your vision in life. There is an event coming up this Sunday on 'HOW TO MAINTAIN A RELATIONSHIP' Inbox me for more details. Date reasonably guys.
