I bless Him for giving me the strength and the will to hold on, take crazy steps of faith, and now and I’m here. Phil. 1:6 & Eph. 3:20 & daily thanksgiving has been my routine since Oct 1st.

 

Submitted new POF to the University in order to meet a Visa Compliance Check condition due to the visa refusal received in Aug – Oct 27th

POF Accepted by the University – Oct 29th

CAS issued – Nov 2nd

Visa Application – Nov 5th

Biometrics – Nov 9th

NSF Mail – Nov 12th

CAS Used Update – Nov 17th

Paid Email – Nov 19th

Application moved to VAC – Nov 22nd

Collection Mail – Nov 22nd

Passport received with Vignette – Nov 23rd

 

I will never forget when I received the last refusal on the 10th of August. I was devastated, depressed, and pressed down. It seemed over for me at the time but God said He was just getting started with me. A number of friends I’d made during my biometrics in July at the time traveled to the UK and this made me sadder because I felt left behind. Few of them stood with me and kept monitoring my progress, just to ensure that I didn’t give up and I am glad I didn’t. I dare say that GOD CAME THROUGH FOR ME!

Good morning everyone, I'm a single mom of a 9-month-old child, never been married. Gotten admitted and already paid my deposit. I intend going along with my baby. I have enough for our pof. My question now is, hope UKVI won't reject us, because I'm going for master's yet I have a baby, and it's just the both of us. I need to know if anyone here has gone through this before. Was the visa approved?

The total instalment paid to Coventry, my school was £8000 but £4000 was stated on my cas .

I was able to enrol onto my course last week..if the money,£8000 wasn't acknowledged i won't have had access to enrol .

My fear now is,what proof do i show to the embassy that truly it was £8000 i paid as against the £4000 stated on my cas?

Do i print my enrolment details as it shows all my details that i have fully enrolled cos without the payment of £8000,won't have been able to complete my enrolment .

I already calculated the £8000 with the bank balance i would be submitting for my application.

Thank you very much. I was really down when the rejection came in and I was almost getting depressed. But I had to move forward. I wasn't certain of the outcome from AR as I definitely knew that I couldn't hold on to the funds in my bank account indefinitely. Plus, I can't apply for AR anymore as it's already past 6weeks. That's why I decided to defer my admission to January entry instead.

Oga take time to read news and understand , when the amber list is scrap the will only be red and green list . Only 8 countries where moved to green list which will take effect on 4 October, now ask your self where will nigeria be when the amber list is scrap

Hello house, pls I need help.
Got into the uk yesterday but didn’t get two of my luggage’s from BA which they promised to send across. Up till now, no news from them and one of the luggage’s contain good while the other contains clothes. What can I do? They’re not taking calls and I fear that the food may spill or start getting bad.

Not true. I’ve seen what I’m looking for, on the UK gov website. If you’re fully vaccinated, you do not need to quarantine, and you don’t have to do the day 8 test.

So if i am in the UK as a student, it is okay to do my virtual dubai role for 30hrs a wk alongside my studies.. Just wondering whether it will be an issue if discovered. I don't plan to announce it but I also don't want to get involved if it will be regarded as wrong.

He is changing in Milan. It should be a transit. If it’s another airport in Italy he might need schengen within same airport it’s a transit visa

You will need your CAS to apply. There’s a point on the application you wouldn’t be able to go beyond because it requires your CAS number.

Owlette:
My school rep advised us to apply even though our documents were not ready in order to get a closer date for biometrics BUT DO NOT upload any document! Choose a biometrics date that would be a day after all your documents are ready. When you get all your documents, you can go ahead and upload and then proceed for your biometrics the next day.
A lot of us on the group did it and have received visas. I’m still awaiting mine.
