Thank you for the suggestion and the prayer. I've spoken to a few Doctors, this evening infact. Some who were senior consultants at Idi Araba. They confirmed we are getting the best treatment from what I explained and the hospital/Doctor is one of the best at handling such kind of cases.

Now we wait on God..🙂

Good evening Mothers (Current and awaiting, )..I came across this page while searching for something on Nairaland. I'd like to share our situation.

My wife and I have been trying for a baby for a year and some months now. Thankfully. We got a Positive PT some weeks ago. Sometime last two weeks, she was having pains in her arms so we went to RJolad Gbada, The Doctor at the emergency unit did a scan and said it was threatened. Madam did have a stressful week at work so it was understandable. She also started noticing spotting which the doctor said wasn't good. We left Rjolad for St Ives. There were too many patiencs at RJolad, hence lots of delays. St Ives gave her some progesterone injection, (hope i got it right), and some other medications. The spotting eventually stopped. They scanned a few times and saw the gestational Sac.
After roughly a week and half, the bleeding started again, we did another scan at the hospital, the gestational sac was still there, most likely growing, but there was no fetal pole. The Doctors at St Ives referred us to another lab to get a second opinion. The Doctor at the lab wrote a "bligted Ovum/Early Cyesis as his diagnosis". He also mentioned that there should be a fetal pole by now and mentioned evacuation in passing as a consideration. His recommendations were that she rests and we try the scan again in 1 week. We are still at St Ives though. She's taken the progesterone injection once. The Doctors at St Ives said they'd seen rare situations like this that you then eventually find the fetal pole growing after waiting a little while.
We are still positive and praying eveything turns out well. It would really hurt us, but her even more, if God forbid she loses the pregnancy.

I'll introduce her to this page. She really needs the support.
Thanks guys

Good evening Mothers and the Fathers here.

I was here October last year about my wife's pregnancy. We eventually lost the pregnancy (The Doctor advised she aborts it because it wasn't growing), It was a painful one, but we thank God for getting us through it.
She got pregnant again February this year, to the glory of God. The spotting started again but eventually stopped. Eveything was fine until 19th week+ when she started having back aches and lower belly aches. We came to the hospital when the came became unbearable for her. On getting to the hospital they said it was preterm labor. He checked with a speculum and said she had even dilated to as far as 4cm which is too early. The gynae said cervical cerclage is a no no as it may puncture the sac. She never gave any signs of needing it earlier in the pregnancy so it was not done.

My question is, what can be done. She's 21 weeks today, baby is doing fine but she's in and out of pain on a daily. She's currently on bed rest at the hospital getting Sabutamol drips, weekly and anti-biotics. Are there other suggestions please?. The private hospital is one of the best for Maternity care but some friends have been suggesting General Hospital. But a few others have also said there's nothing different General Hospital can do.

Lest I forget, she's on weekly Hydroxyprogesterone caproate injection.

You fixed overheating without tracing or addressing what caused the overheating in the first place.
I think your radiator is bad, or the fans are not working , or the water pump is bad.
If its the radiator, change the radiator, maybe the cells are blocked or its expired.
For the radiator fan, tell the electrician you want the fans to be working as soon as you turn the ignition on.
For the water pump, ita unlikely that's the cause.but they should check it

This is wrong, i repeat, this is wrong. Leave your fan on the factory default and trace the source of the overheating instead. Radiator/Fan/coolant hoses/water can etc

I’m in so much tears right now!!!! Look at me just trying to do my business, and I just got scammed! Oh God tried to stop me but I wasn’t conscious enough!

It started with my card being declined and I reached out to Zenith bank on Twitter. I was told you add up a number on WhatsApp to chat with their customer care. I did and everything looked professional, honestly I had no idea that I was about to be scammed!

The scammer asked for my card details which I told him no, but he assured me that he is not a scammer. I sent it, but the card still didn’t work so I transferred my money to my dad’s account hoping to use his card, but the customer care kept disturbing me that they want to help me resolve it. I had to beg my dad to transfer back but he kept forgetting to transfer back and I was pissed!!!! I kept calling for hours till he finally did tonight and the customer care wiped off my account after I sent the OTP codes to him foolishly, thinking I was chatting with their staff!

After my account got wiped off, it was then I realized the mention on my Twitter was from a dorm account on Twitter!

I am in so much pains guys!

Scammers why did you do this to us?

Tell me, if something bad befalls your family will you be happy

I take all the blame...I have always been a security conscious person, but today .....

Please learn from my mistake.

I’m in so much tears right now.
Sorry to hear that. It was used to top up a sports betting account. Why not start by reaching out to the betting company. That's a good lead

Good morning guys.

Kindly note that you dont need reference letter.

If you have original certificate you dont need transcripts.

Entrance exam is October. Will be a physical exam the way I'm seeing it.

Prepare adequately.

This year alone recorded the highest number of applications.

Remember having *relevant information* gives you an advantage over others.

Act now.

*Buzor*

Good morning Chief,

Please can one use a BSc statement of result that has a label "Distance learning" for Masters in Unilag?
