Gagare1: Lol @replacement. Dude cannot even afford a trip from Kano to Zuba from his own pocket. He is my senior, hence, I was forced by my parents to allow him drive the vehicle for some days in a week, because he returned from his own NYSC without a dime to his name, despite the fact he served in a place where he earned almost twice as I did. Dude was unemployed, proud and waiting for manner from heaven. That decision by my parents almost got me killed by hopelessness. This is because it took me three years of menial jobs including my NYSC to save enough for the car.
Dude did not even apoligize for what he did talk less of replacement. Everyone was more concerned about the fact that he survived the accident while I was left to drown in sorrow. That was when I knew that my fiancee is indeed the right woman; she stood by me and gave me a reason not to take my own life. She never knew I was suicidal at the time anyway.
Sometimes the shoulders to cry on are not blood relatives.
Well, am trying to put that behind me because I have a future to build. Life does throw some of those hard times at people, how you handle them determines whether you can learn from them or allow them to destroy you. wow..really touching, I know how it feels though.. But you have my good wishes, you'll bounce back soon enough |

Ikegod89: No doubt is lucrative, but not with its challenge. For intending to drive it yourself is good, but know that its a hostal environment because the boys will shake you when they notice you are a novice, but why spend that much when #700000 can get you a bus that will give you #15000 per day. 700k cannot get me a standard bus... Unless you are talking about me getting those danfo buses, which is a no no for me. |

meobizy: This thing always baffles me why children cry and shout when it’s time to cut hair. I think the parents fail at calming the child down. Most of them are old enough to get distracted vocally. I remember being eight years old, the problem I had with the barber was his carelessness regarding the pain his sharp clippers inflicted on my young skin. My mother never explained the point of getting my hair cut. I only knew it was something my wicked teachers forced them to inflict on me. I guess one can make up a story to the child about the clippers being a house where bees are kept [hence the buzzing sound], their work is to cut off your hair — making you look handsome for a week or two before you do it again. The child will build a curiosity for clippers and actively chase them. Who knows, he may want to become a barber in future because of it. haha..I love this.. Go on |

Ten06: The guys that manage the park will not come out of their office to announce for passengers to know that your bus is loading to PH, it is the touts who will continue to announce, persuade, and arrange the luggages. After the bus must have been fully loaded, luggages arranged, it is the touts that will collect the fare from the passengers and remove the park commission which the percentage is already known by all before handling the remainder to you. Before now it was 25% but I don't know the current percentage. After then the touts will demand settlement from you for all their effort they put in loading your bus. If you don't give them they will just grumble and leave you but when next you come to load they will leave you to do everything to load your bus. Mark you, you won't be able to load the bus yourself because Passengers consist of the good the bad and the ugly. Passengers are mostly afraid of the touts but they won't be afraid of you nor respect you so you may likely be beaten by one. After then when you get to the park gate before you will be allowed to pass they will give you the tickets and you will pay before leaving. Then on your way you will encounter police and road safety and if by chance your vehicle is found to be lacking something like fire extinguisher etc or your fire extinguisher has expired without you knowing you will have to settle and the settlement is not less than 1k. And on getting to PH, let say a passenger is dropping at rumuokoro you will have to drop him inside the park and pay for discharging ticket and if you drop him outside the park and obio-akpo task force get you there your own is finished, they will take you to their secretariat after robbing you of what is in your pocket there and will make you to pay not less than 25k before your bus will be released. Bro, I'm not discouraging you but transportation business is not like the way you think. I also dreamt of becoming a millionaire within a short time before I went into transportation but I thank God that I was able to come out alive ahn ah, this is very raw and dreadful, especially your last sentence, so how much we're you making in a day after all these deductions ? |

despi64: I can't say. Best bet would be to ask drivers or park managers how many trips a bus makes in a day. Work with the least number of trips for your calculations okay, I'll see to that |
