Upon trying to reach the merchant ( because it was her staff that was available at the time of withdrawal)
I got to realise some persons had tried to withdraw and are facing similar issues.
With the information those persons passed to me; they complained about how rude her response was over the phone ....

Na 1k Sha but e pain me... Made withdrawal pos machine showed like network issue but I was debited flat... Angrily Called the person having the POS cause her staff has done transaction of 10k for another person and same network issue.the woman called the owner too before I did and the owner was annoyingly rude .me just call immediately start to blast her.... Omoh I didn't go back for my 1k another day Sha but twas annoying
