you made two grievious mistakes.
1) You went to US War College. That is wrong place. Buhari attend US Civil War College!
2) You ask of Msc. that is also wrong. what is msc? We are talking of master. Ask them of Masters degree which is MA! not Msc.

buhari has been dodgy about his educational qualifications.
1) He does not have Cambridge (That it is what was called during my grandfather's time. I saw that name in another nairalander's post) O' levels
2) He does not have any MSc from German War, Rossia War, World War, US War or US Civil War College.

Nobody has certified his qualifications and training are equivalent to SSCE.

The Nigeria Military School was founded in 1954 or so, when Buhari would have been 12.

His wiki page does not say he attended the institution.

he went to the Nigeria Military Training College (later renamed NDA), which is a military university (wiki).


the entry requirements would be whatever obtained at the time.

the NDA became a university about 1990.
before then officer cadets had a two year non-academic programm at the NDA.

The Length of his program does not matter. The important thing is that the fellowship is equivalent to a masters degree.(that doesn't mean you have a MsC but it means you can use it in lieu )

he may no get an MSc from the War College if that is the extent of his involvement there.
is there another plaque with Buhari listed as a graduate of the US War college.

sambo wrote to the institution he attended. the institution wrote a letter attesting sambo had specific qualifications from them.
If buhari will write to US war college, i bet you by Thursday, he would have a letter attesting to his Masters degree.
