Basically, eligibility, medical and background check now under review.

Is this normal?

The update is normal.
It only means that they are at the stage of reviewing your file for medical result, by the time they check and see the form uploaded that you require medical examination, then, they will send the form for medical request to you.
I believe that might happen tomorrow morning or sometimes next week.

Yeah! I have seen an applicant who was called for medicals with such update on her CIC account! There are no set out standards to which CIC follows prior an applicant will be called for medicals. Sometimes it comes this way. Both applicants should be hopeful, it's a good sign.

Please I need help here. I am employed as a Telecommunications Engineer but just went through the NOCs to find out wch one would match my JD. From the JD on CIC I have realised that my JD matches that of a technician. I confused don't know if I should choose 2241, 2281 or 2133.

Please I need to know if I should pick NOC based on job title or job description. See my JD below

After my school replied WES verification email, my status changed to "In progress" and after a day it changed back to "On hold", aside from the transcript and certificate, they added another document known as "Verification Fee Pay Up Letter" (Received document awaiting verification), does anyone knows what this "Verification Fee Pay Up Letter" is all about?

2. Apart from degree certificate and transcript, does WES request for other personal information of the candidates from their respective institutions?

Ok guys. As much as I understand your agitations for feedback from our guys, I just want to chip in that all your anxiety until now have only been uncalled for. Uncalled for in the sense that you were told to expect feedback twelve weeks after AC. That deadline only just elapsed cos AC was concluded end of August. So any over the top emotions/agitations from now onward is very much justified.

As I have always said on here, I wish every single guy on here best of luck. Most especially my home boys whom I will specifically mention their names when the time is right.

This will likely be the week. LOL.

Hmmm, it hasn't been easy. You know we have been interviewed over a year ago. And if I tell you that since the deadline of 3 weeks that we were told during the interview elapsed, I have been checking and refreshing my mail during office hours every ten minutes would you believe me? even though we have received a couple of mails from them, there hasn't really been anything concrete to hold on to.

Then fast forward to 20th October 2015. I was just a few minutes into a meeting that was supposed to last for an hour and half. Then, I just casually picked up my fone to conduct the routine check of mails. And then... ghen ghen, there the mail was. Titled Re: Feedback on interview session with NLNG bla bla bla. My heart just picked up pace. I clicked on the mail and read cos I wasn't really sure what the message was. But then, reading thru confirmed my biggest desire in recent years if not all my life.

So on point.
We would do well to recall a major faux pas that occurred when the AC invites were sent on May 18th to wrong recipients. This goes a long way to show how inefficient an organization is, even though it seems the situation was taken very lightly. Apparently, it seems the NLNG values are just on paper and never lived. Where is the excellence, continuous improvement, etc...
