This happpens wen ur baby goes past his due date,the doctors either break ur waters for u or they put some pills into u,to make labor start,iv heard gist dt it cud be a bit painful,

Around 9pm I started avin contractions,but they wernt strong,lookin at d time I decided to go to d clinic,just incase d contractions bcme stronger in d middle of d nite,got to d clinic and the doctor on duty was smone I hadn't seen in d clinic before and I must say,d boy did not exude doctorly charisma at all,hez a young chap wth an afro(I admit I prefer my doctors to look old,at least 40 and above) for mums whov been to d
Laboroom before,u know that they av to examin ow far uv dilated by stickin their hand into ur veejayjay,dt was ow d boy xmned mme o,chineke see pain,apparently d boyz hands r huge,I didn't even notice ontime,ifnot I wudnt av let him,my baby prbly felt d size of dose hands and decided to chill a whil longer in d belly ,this morning anoda doc cheked me,a female one dis time,her hands were dainty(thank God)and I barely felt a thing,even d matron cheked me and no pain,moral of my story,mummyz check d size of d hands dt will check u

@ udoka,eat in small bits as honey advised,try to stay away from protein for now,and don't worry that ur baby mite not be gettin enuf nutrients,as long as ure taking ur supplements,the baby is fine,also try to stroll more,so that wateva u eat digests ontime

Yes o,dts d truth,a friend of mine just rented an apartment,and the former occupants didn't recharge their meter for over a year(naija magogo,they had found a way to make d meter reduce its speed)anyways my friend had to pay over 10k in accumulated meter maintanance fees

Yea iv been doing some research on inducing labor naturally,and I found out that it cud be done doing d following things:

Using an exercise ball
Climbing staircases
Drinking castor oil(but they said this wasn't too ok as d person wud purge)
Eating spicy food
Having sex
Massaging the nipples
Eatiing pineapple(was suprised to see that)
Taking long walks

From wat I read though,these things can only be of help wen ure due,so no worries bout going into premature labor,if ure not yet due and u do any of d above,anyways after d research I decided to let my baby come on his own,but if he hasn't come by wk 40,I'll ave to start looking at trying one of these methods

U ladies will not woundjour me wth lafter on dis thread ,haba, honey its normal dt u can feel ur baby alredy,some people feel it early,some feel it late

@all me I'm aving pains o,all my joints are stiff espcly my thighs and pelvic area,to waka now na war,and evrybody wey we dey pregnant tgeda don born befor me(and using d belly to judge,u wud thnk I'd giv birth 1st),I feel so alone,d only thng kippin me goin now is d hope that I'll giv birth before d royal family(william and kate) see wat pregnancy has turned me into,smh

@udoka sowiee dear,but after today stay away from viju,bobo,icecream sef tak wth care,therz one oda one fgten d name,but itz yogurt packed in a 5aliv carton,wth my 1st pregnancy I took viju and imdtly started avin cramps,twas d grace of God,I mite av miscarried,dunno y it hapnd lik dat cos d product hadn't expired or anything,but since then I stayed away from yogurty based products,as for feelin ur baby kick relax,it has to do wth ur babyz positionin,most mums feel their baby kick btw 18_25wks,besides ure probably feeling d baby kick,but u don't realize,d feeling is lik u av lil butterflies in ur tummy,or dt u av a lil gas in ur belly
