for someone who knows football and not a DSTV pikin to say Zidane only won 2 league titles shows the kinda footie analysts we have on this blog
and oh yeah, the reason Xavi is the greatest is cos of the possession football Barca play which culminates in plenty assists
how moronic
what about goals? 95 senior goals to less than 40 for Xavi how about individual awards (WPOTY 3 times ) to none for Xavi
how about winning League titles with 2 different clubs
How about been called one of the greatest in football circles all over the world
I think this NL is fast becoming a haven for poofs!!! smh in disgust again |

ritchboy: Was Zidane even a central midfielder?
How can Xavi be the best central midfielder ever when he's not even the best as we speak?? i dont know any CM better than Xavi as we speak in the past 2-3 seasons, hes been above everybody remove that guy from Barca, then nothing for them |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans Thread : Winners of the FA Cup And League Winners 09/10 by tkb417(m): 2:57pm On Jul 14, 2010 |
^^^ thats the way an average 9ja football fan argue
when Messi was banging in the goals, some started saying he is the best footballer ever greater than this, greater than that
ill pretend this new comparison is just in the euphoria of the recently concluded WC
when the dust generated by this WC settles, im sure we all will be back to our normal self |

Kobojunkie: They are mere pictures like the millions of other pictures on the same site. I already read your response earlier by the way. So, I already know that you have PREJUDGED the pictures, and made up your mind on the motive. If you really even wanted to understand the motive, you would go to the BBC site, read the attached message on them and then on the hundreds of other pictures from around the world on similar. Like I said, remove your SELF from this, and if you still feel there is some HIDDEN motive, then best you email the BBC to ask. Rather than come in here to FUME about pictures on the internet, and then pretend you have no idea what you want to believe of them. yeah right ill shoot an email to BBC lest i forget, the barrage of emails we sent to some of the nincompoops sprts writers helped a lot ill shoot an email soon asking why the fixation on Nigeria cheers |

Kobojunkie: Dude, learn not to project your insecurities onto things like mere pictures on any website, even the BBCs'. Someone on here mentioned on another thread that that is what most Nigerians suffer from. The very same person who posted that comment on another thread is the same exhibiting the very same here. The site has pictures of the same sort from all over the world, and the comments were actually encouraging. But NOOO . . . INSECURE human beings have chosen to dissect it all as a slap to their personal egos, forgetting the pictures are not about them but the children.
GROW UP, I say !! Learn to separate issues from self. Learn to separate issues from self? im not sure ive told you or anybody i answer the tag Nigerian. U havent seen the color of my passport so its friggin not about me 2) i asked what you think about the picture not what the other guys think im breaking it down, what is the motive behind the picture? u have an idea? |

xterra2: Good point here! This BBC should leave us alone abeg! Yes people are poor in all parts of the world and this show our hard working attitude right from a child struggling to go to school and those poor people perform better than rich kids at schools as they have no blackberries and ipods nor xbox or Hp envy 14 and read day and night in hope to pass and 'make it' one day , ure right In development economics (talking to those who went to good schools) , Nigeria is a 3rd world country how kids rowing a canoe in a 3rd world economy now becomes a satire meant for global consumption is a misnomer in terms im expecting to see pics of people struggling to enter molue as another 'celebrated' burlesque of our country maybe i am slow, whats the pic for? to show that the govt hasnt been able to build bridges or provide speed boats? BBC and NTA are same in me opinion hollow; cant think |

aikuda: @kech, Lola Akinmade took those pictures for BBC because he knew what they wanted to see- the embarrasing part about Nigeria. Look, I agree with you that if that will make our leaders sit up, then its good.
But please understand that the economy does not grow on bad press alone- 419, kidnapping, armed robbery etc. It will be good to also hear many of the good things happening in Nigeria once in a while in Nigeria. If for nothing, it will help investors to know that Nigeria is not all that a bad place. It can be good for investment. That is what is going to help us in nigeria, not reliance on the Godforsaken leaders that we have.
China and India have as many poverty and vices as we do, but they have been able to convince the world that their countries are a good place for foreign investment.
You want to tell the truth? Really tell it like you see it. Talk about the good too, and you will be doing that. Geez! they dont need the positives to sell they catch their mojo relaying the ills in 9ja through pictures b4 the world cup started, we read somewhere on BBC how 419 activities will reduce cos the super eagles will be at the mundial in essence, the fraudsters will be busy watching their darling team hence no yaho yahooing how moronic; the most useless villager in Nigeria wont reason like that i hope another Nigerian would send a picture where 2 chickens are fighting in a village square with no policeman around to stop the fight im sure it will get to that |

kettykings: I can't help but weep for these hypocrites, they go about calling themselves the giant of Africa because of unproven and inflated populations(giant of small countries Togo, Benin) meanwhile other less endowed countries (Angola, Kenya, Ghana)are doing better and greater than them , they keep inflating their population not so that they can give more tax to their central government but so that they can get more from their inept government and have more representatives.
Somebody (ghadafi) told them to split their country so that they can have peace and reduce the number of bloodshed and they called the man a mad man.
Now BBC shows them the picture of how they leave their lives and they say the BBC does not like them and does not want their progress.
For how long will you keep leaving a lie Nigerians junkie what are you rambling about? a picture of kids climbing olumo rock, paddling canoe to school, planting dynamites in greenfields has got nothin to do with how 9ja is doing economically if yo went to a proper school and you have TVs in the zoo you live, you will know Nigeria is doing better economically than the countries you listed. and moreover, Nigeria has never been tagged a developed country, what u see in the picture is not uncommon in this part of the world. Maybe BBC can do us a favour and beam the gory scenes of the blacks stabbed to death in the UK and lets fcking ascribe meaninful innuendos to the pictures. ability to type in english is whats causing all these, u people shd buy intelligence when completing ur stupid edu whereever u bagged urs from education with no sense makes u a freaking eediot |
