Pets / Re: Please What Is Wrong With My Rabbit? by tmaigari: 6:58pm On Aug 25, 2020
Hi,

From your photo I can see that its not getting the right diet. 1. Insure you provide hay(dry grass) to aid its digestion. No hay no digestion for rabbits, hence no poo.

2. They hate heat, with heat they will not feed. I will assume your rabbits might be stationed in a hot space around your facility. Find the coolest place around and relocate them to it and you will amazed how they feed.

3. Also, one thing you need to know is that they Love tree barks, try moringa (whole plant: leaves stems and trunks. You might believe it but with time your rabbits will finish even the trunks.

4. Provide the same quality of water you would drink, they can fall I'll from in pure water.

I trust with the above listed 4 points you will not be in the Vet for any reason thorough rearing.

Cheers.

Very shocking what I just experienced passing through this airport in transit to India, firstly I will confirm here that sweating is sure and acceptable by the officials of the Airport, secondly the Immigration and security at all points have resolved to building an expliotative cartel. What I mean is there a high degree of disgraceful exploitation going on in the Airport, with Immigration officers asking questions like how much BTA do you after which if they find out they form a fake process that they are profiling you to their administration because you have less than the approved BTA. What they resolve to is demanding part of the declared BTA by you then passing you along the chain of corrupt irresponsible parent along the checks who employ the same process, if you are not careful you will be stripped off your travel allowance before you even travel, the EFCC and the FG should send a fake travel team through this line and be shocked with what these security personnel are doing. After this experience and that I got after leaving this Airport I must say this is confirmation that Nigeria "my country" is indeed a fully qualified corrupt State under the watch of Good luck Johnathan. How much more ignorant can a government be, Governance is not about sitting in the presidential villa tackling issues that have no direct impact on the common man, this show our goverment Lacks monitoring and supervisory ideology and has no regard for what the common man goes through in this country. What a shame.

Jobig: japanese cars has the highest on road accidents in 9jiria roads.

Blame it on the Mechanics, not the cars, in this time and age precision is required in coupling these parts, Our mechanics are not upgrading at all, they replace these part in their own way without OEMs specification and configuration, the result to that is failure, failure = Accident.

I am sick virtually everyday there is no power from excessive generator smoke.
Politics / Army Surrounds Boko-Haram's Shekau In Borno Hills by tmaigari: 3:02am On Jul 27, 2013
The leader of the Boko Haram Islamic sect, Sheikh Abubakar Shekau, may have been cornered by operatives of the Joint Task Force in Gwoza hills, Borno State.

A top security source told Saturday PUNCH on Thursday that the JTF had located the area where the Boko Haram leader was hiding.

The source stated, “We are combing Gwoza hills where we believe Shekau is hiding.”

The source added that a unit of the Army’s Special Forces team had launched a “well-coordinated assault” on a group of insurgents somewhere in the Gwoza hills areas on June 26, 2013. Shekau, the source added, was in the group of Islamists, with some of his closest aides.

He added that the operation ran into “hitches” and in the ensuing gun battle some of the insurgents and members of the Special Forces group lost their lives.

Another military source told Saturday PUNCH that one of the army casualties was one of the country’s best Special Forces officer, Major A.T. Fambiya, who had volunteered to lead the operation.

Sources told Saturday PUNCH five soldiers were also gunned down by the insurgents during the encounter.

Fambiya, who hailed from Gwoza Local Government Area of Borno State, had reportedly volunteered for the mission because of his excellent knowledge of the area.

The source said the military authorities had accepted Fambiya’s offer because he had grown up in the area and he understood the area’s rocky terrain.

Fambiya, who was on posting to the 322 Artillery Regiment in Benin City, Edo State, was redeployed to the JTF on June 13, 2013, a few weeks into his deployment to the JTF’s Operation Boyona.

A brief biography of the late soldier presented by the Nigerian Army authorities during his burial at the Nigerian Military Cemetery, Abuja on Thursday stated that he “was killed in action on 26 June in a fierce encounter with Boko Haram terrorists.”

The secrecy surrounding the operation made the next of kin to the Major, a pastor, Iliya Joshua, to call on the Federal Government to investigate the cause of the death of his brother.

“We call on the Federal Government to investigate the rumoured cause of the death of the officers since it remains a mystery to our family,” he said, without giving any explanation about what he meant by “rumoured death”.

Iliya later told our correspondent that he made the call to the Federal Government and the military authorities to investigate the deaths because his brother was not supposed to be in Borno.

He said that the late major was supposed to be undergoing training at the Nigerian Army School of Artillery, Kantagora, Niger State.

He said, “I made the call because he was supposed to be at the Army school of artillery. The last time I called him, he said that he was not part of those people that were going to Maiduguri for this operation.

“But later, I was told that he had been killed. He was not supposed to be on posting to that place.”

When our correspondent contacted the Director of Defence Information, Brig. Gen Chris Olukolade, he said that the mandate of the JTF was to look for all insurgents and not just the leader of the Boko Haram sect.

“We know that we are combing everywhere for every insurgent. The pursuit of the insurgents is continuing. That is the mandate at the moment,” he said.

President Goodluck Jonathan had told the CNN a few days ago that the Boko Haram threat would be overcome by security operatives in the country.

He said that the Federal Government was neither negotiating nor begging the Islamic militants as steps were being taken to deal decisively with the scourge.

He had said, “We are not negotiating with Boko Haram. It is done all over the world. It is not negotiation. We are not begging.

“Our security architecture was first designed to deal with ordinary criminals but since terror started, we have been building it. I believe if you are to interview me again in three months’ time, you will praise me that this government has tried.

“We are tackling terror from various angles. We must first of all stop them through military intervention, which we have initiated by declaring a state of emergency in three states where these terror attacks are predominant.”

Finally the supposed head of the Boko Haram sect in Nigeria was surrounded by the Nigerian Army in a hilly terrain in Borno state, unfortunately gallant men of the Army paid with their dear lives for us to have peace, May their souls rest in peace.

Politics / Re: 434 MW Geregu 11 Power-plant Completed by tmaigari: 5:21pm On Jun 11, 2013
The day Nigerians change their habit of abusing power installations is the day power will be stable, you can not have people running industrial equipment in residential areas and expect a transformer specified for residential areas to work properly. This is like over loading your car always and ending up with so many problems, I am saying this from experience where I have seen a power hungry bread factory and printing presses in Lugbe federal housing behind Total fueling station Abuja starve the entire area of power. I believe the Government needs to setup a crack team against these saboteurs of power or else this will be a total waste of effort generating power that can't be consumed. The truth of the matter is, consumers of power need some discipline or we remain where we are. We must stop being cheats when it comes to power, if you are industrious move to industrial areas and allow residential power equipment to serve their recommended load.

Wendyslim: As the power plant increases na so the power supply dey worse. Last ten years the power supply is far far better dan now when we have more power plant. Abegiiiii

DeCleff: For the first time in Elelenwo community, we are enjoying almost 24 hours power supply for the past 3 days now, after suffering for over 12 years of very poor power supply.

Everybody is happy and the neighbourhood is very calm because the usual generator's noise has gone to sleep since 3 days now.

I pray this improvement is sustained ooooooo.

Guys how is it in your area?

This is Good news for you in your area, it will surprise you all that since I move to Lugbe Federal, corner shop behind Total filling station life has been hell as far as electricity is concerned. Living at that location in the capital city is nothing far from hell. Its been about 7 months with terrible power supply which i will say has only be available for 1 month out of the 7 months, any complain we as a neighborhood have forwarded to PHCN in this area only brings about a request for contribution by us from the PHCN branch to solve the problem, despite all the contributions this area continues to suffer lack of power supply while monthly bills keep coming in with no delay.

Technology Market / Re: Free Mtn Hynet Modems In Abuja by tmaigari: 2:59pm On Oct 24, 2012
thanks for the concern, I have used the service in two locations (Maitama and WUSE around EMAB plaza) with two different Modems but have the same issue with the service going off and on by its self, I consulted MTN but they have gone mute on me, I will email you and hope you could be a saviour.
Technology Market / Re: Free Mtn Hynet Modems In Abuja by tmaigari: 2:25pm On Oct 19, 2012
Please, also tell them about the unstable state of the Hynet service and the unavailability of the 216 support line which keeps saying "your request failed" after you enter you MTN Hynet ID correctly.

MTN needs to wake up with this service in Abuja, I have used the service for three months in my office at the highest plan of 2mbps but have been fustrated with the sub standard Hynet WIMAX modems being distributed by MTN that decides to hang and loose connectivity on their own, my hand already aches from having to unplug and plug the device to regain connection about 10 times a day, that is not professional.

everytime I email MTN all i get is a reference number and "you will be contacted once the issue is resolved" which obviously never gets resolve. Please my cooperate brothers and IT Administrators, beware of introducing this service to your offices because you will be disappointed.
