The corner stone of the strike was IPPIS. Let me school u uncle . Am in Abuja and I know a lot about IPPIS. Let me tell u one fundamental thing about IPPIS and that useless thing ASUU wanted to use. When u ask IPPIS to print nominal roll, it will never print the same name twice, while the one ASUU brought was printing people’s name multiple times claiming different universities. I will not tell u other flaws their system has.

Why does CBN need to give licenses to someone to operate BDCs? If you need legitimate dollars, go to the banks with ur documentation and collect the dollars you need. ( no cap on the amount of dollars that can be collected as long as ur documents are legit) By having another market for dollars, that’s when the fraud starts
