Does it mean there's no one on Nairaland that has HID bulbs installed on his/her ride

Fellow Nairalanders, A good installer or rewire is needed to help with a HID bulb on my Toyota Camry. The headlamp of the ride is so bad that i found it difficult to drive at night.

Ibadan is still the cheapest town to live in if you are a diasparas thinking of re-locating to Nigeria. food is cheap, rent is cheap, it is less congested unlike lagos. And you can go to lagos do whatever u want to do and be back in Ibadan within the same day. So when it comes to livability it is the city to be in Nigeria. Obviously if you have tons of money Abuja, Island in Lagos and Port-harcourt are more modern city.

The only thing Oyo State needs now is to have a progressive Governor who would push the state a notch up into the next level. Whilst many cities have gone three notches upwards since the early 90's Ibadan and Oyo state has been frozen in time.

Meanwhile, I listened to very short sound-bites from the two of them during the news on radio last night.

For the first time, I saw a Fashola that was rattled.

When speaking about the problem of traffic congestion in the state, he made reference to the fact that though the people of Lagos are "coastal", they are afraid of water and that this did not made water transportion popular. He them turned on his opponent blaming him (Dosunmu) for not clearing the state's waterways of shipwrecks when he was in charge of Nigerian Maritime and Safety Agency (NIMASA) thereby hampering effective water transportation. I was dispappointed that Fashola would want to score such a cheap point especially since the shipwrecks are along the coatal waters and not on inland water ways which are required for mass transpotation.

Interestingly, Dosunmu took advanatage of Fashola's slip by saying something like "I would like to correct an impression about the duties of NIMASA." He then proceed to explain that there are three agencies resposnble for the waterways:

Nigeria Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA)
NIMASA
and Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA) 

and  that NIMASA is not responsible for the waterways required.
