Alcatraz007: We know he has proven to be partial most times but the igbos have not managed their emotions well. How long will buhari spend as President?
We just hope this events dont snowball into a civil war.
There needs to be restraint on both sides. Yorubas would watch for now.
If Buahri think Nigeria will end on top of his Presidency then he has the greatest shock of his live.
A president that has no plan, no economic plan, absolutely nothing.
Nigeria will continue after Buahri, at worst, NASS will impeach the him.
mightyhaze: The double standards in the country is sickening!
Evans shd be sentenced already( i'd personally advocate for an execution, for his numerous wicked n heartless crimes against humanity),...and am also advocating dat the authorities shd treat every other kidnappers from oda regions likewise,..even those dat kidnap for forceful sex/marriage /conversion to other religions! Perhaps some sanity will start creeping into the system.
Some terrorist/sex offenders up dere are already castigating the op and bringing ethnic coloration to the discourse. They'l rather the status quo of kidnapping young girls for sex remains, for their insatiable, sick sadistic pleasures.

- The people of Ijaw community visited Nnamdi Kanu today, June 22
- The people presented gifts to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra
- They gifted Kanu a sword and a lantern in honour of his effort towards actualizing Biafra
Some members of the Ijaw community on Thursday, June 22, visited the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu in his hometown Afara Ukwu, Umuahia in Abia state.
The community members joined by people from Ogoni and Ibibio presented gifts of a sword and a lantern to the IPOB leader.
The group who described themselves as the 'Riverine' Indigenous People of Biafra said the gifts were presented to Kanu in honour of his effort towards the actualization of Biafra.
NAIJ.com gathered that the lantern which was presented to Kanu illustrates that Biafra is a light to the whole of African continent. In other words, we are not quenchable," one of the visitors said.
However, the sword the group said is a symbol of strength.
It shows that nobody can ever harm him," the visitor added.
NAIJ.com had earlier reported that the IPOB leader announced that all detractors of the group were in disarray.
Kanu also said that anyone who still doubts the freedom of Biafra is less than the microbial amoeba.
You can watch this NAIJ.com exclusive video of Nnamdi Kanu addressing members of IPOB in his hometown:
lofty900: From the pictures, it shows that the guy was first captured alive, then shot dead. Looking at the size of the bullet holes, it's obvious that a pump action was used in shooting them but is it also the pump action that stripped them nak€d
Exactly, zero respect for life is the problem.
They want international military aid but cannot respect Human Right.
Is their crime a death sentence? U dont solve crime with crime.
They are innocent until convicted guilty by a court of law.
ramdris: Nonsense.....Even if it happens in the north, it can't happen in Yoruba land cause we are naturally hospitable and accommodating. That is what makes us who we are, it's our identity, that is our strength and not weakness, it's what put us ahead of other tribes in Nigeria. We are far too advanced beyond that.
This is a faceless group of people who wants attention.
