DeLaRue: According to the Information Sheet, GTB was the consignee - meaning, the goods legally belonged to GTB (the lender) and only upon satisfaction of certain terms of the lending agreement between GTB and Innoson would GTB authorise the release of the goods to Innoson.
So, if the facts are correct, and Innoson went behind GTB and used forged documents to facilitate release of the goods, then this is serious.
It's now up to EFCC to prove these charges. That is a claim, it is not fact. The other side will submit their defence. |

All I know is that they purposely do this to weak ibo prominent biz men, because this are the men that will supply biafra machine gun for Biafra war 2....
But they never know say we have Amadioha [/s] Wrong! No Igbo business man want Biafra War. Nigeria is a market for them, this is wat people say to justify an injustice. Let them file the case, Lawyers will offer their service for free to Innoson at the end of the day, it is the court time wasted and Government money. Since Buahri came to power from Innoson to capital oil, all waste of time and government money. 2018, will be wasted on Innoson. 2017 was Capital oil. 2019 we vote again. |

Crime › Olaoluwa Adejo Tortures Wife To Death In Lagos by tobida(op): 8:34am On Nov 28, 2017 |
32-year old banker arrested for beating his wife to death in Lagos
Olaoluwa Adejo, a 32-year-old bank worker has been arrested for the death of his 28-year-old wife, Maureen, at their home on Peluola Street, Oworonshoki, Bariga, Lagos State.
Olaoluwa was alleged to have tortured his wife of five years with a belt, as well as cutting her with a machete. Their 5-year-old son, Richard, who witnessed the incident, said that his father also forced a local insecticide, otapiapia, down the throat of his mother.
“My daddy beat my mummy with a belt; machete her here (shows arms), machete her here (shows legs). He used the belt on her here (points at face); forced my mummy to drink otapiapia (insecticide). My daddy took my mummy away. My daddy said my mummy should get out of the house. My mummy said no. In the night, my daddy woke my mummy up and said, ‘Mosquito is too much, let me go and buy otapiapia’. My daddy forced my mummy to drink it. She shook her head. She vomited.
My daddy slapped my mummy. My mummy did not do anything to him. My daddy gave her one blow. My daddy kicked her. Small blood came out. My daddy slapped her, kicked her, machete her, blow her, and put otapiapia in her mouth and in the food,” Richard said. The victim’s mother, Mrs. Kate Jonathan, explained that her daughter had moved out of her matrimonial house five days prior the incident and was living with her but decided to return for a party at the children’s school. She said her daughter never returned alive.
She said she reported the case at the Station, where she was told that the suspect had already reported that his wife committed suicide by taking local insecticide, Sniper.
It was gathered that Olaoluwa had already deposited the body of his wife in the Gbagada General Hospital mortuary and had allegedly gone to obtain court documents to enable him to bury her, before he was arrested.
The victim’s mother, Jonathan, who claimed to have visited the mortuary, said Maureen’s body had machete cuts and other torture marks.
The Police Public Relations Officer, SP Chike Oti, said investigations were ongoing into the incident. http://punchng.com/lagos-banker-allegedly-tortures-wife-to-death/

[s] AnonymousIP: @VIVIANGIST
The need for peaceful coexistence by all tribes in Nigeria was Wednesday reinforced when Arewa youths in Anambra State signed a peace pact with the Igbo Peace Movement in Awka the capital of the state.
The two youth bodies while signing the pact expressed their unwavering commitment to peace and unity of Nigeria. In the pact signed at a press conference the two youth bodies also expressed their commitment to an indissoluble Nigeria and urged other youths to emulate them to keep the nation one.
In a communique signed by the President of Arewa Youths in the state, Alhaji Bello Maigari and the leader of Igbo Peace Movement, Ambassador Divine Onyekachi, they stated their resolve to ensure that Nigeria was not plunged into another civil crisis.
They stressed that though there might be valid reasons for agitations in the country by some sections, such agitations must be done through proper procedures.
According to the youths: “Peace and unity of the country are paramount and should supersede every other interest. Nigeria’s strength is in the nation’s unity in diversity and only convergence of efforts from all ethnic groups can make Nigeria reclaim its rightful place in the comity of nations.”
Also the youths acknowledged what they described as the federal and state governments commendable steps towards reassuring Nigerians of the country’s unity as evidenced in the recent visit of some northern governors on a peace mission to the South-East.
They therefore called on MASSOB, Igbo Youth Congress, Indigenous People of Biafra, Arewa Consultative Forum, Northern Youth Congress and Concerned Northerners to do all they could to make the country great. Ambassador Oneykachi, said that the younger generation must wake up and make a difference in the country by ensuring that peace reigned while his Arewa counterpart, Maigari said the purpose of the meeting was to preach peace among Nigerians.
