I am not surprised, neither am I shocked at this photo. Truth is, Pres. Obama had never hidden his muslim ancestry. Before he was elected President of the USA, he was plain to Americans "my father came from a Kenyan family that includes generations of muslims" 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Court Stops Swearing-in Of Uche Ogar As Abia Governor by todayguest(m): 5:22pm On Jun 30, 2016 |
The action of the court came a bit late. INEC should not have issued a certificate of return to Ogah pending the determination of the Appeal already instituted by Gov. Okezie in an higher court. 1 Like |

I wouldn't want to fault the Sponsors considerations before putting this statue on display at this time of serial national defeat. For me, the timing was not yet ripe. A statue like this, should be best when the nation had something to celebrated or at the full retirement of the player. Nevertheless, my love and respect to Lionel Messi and the Argentine people. #MESSI_pls_reconsider |

Politics / Re: Cynicism Trails Ogoni Cleanup After Ceremonial Flag Off by todayguest(m): 9:18pm On Jun 27, 2016 |
Discerning minds knew from the onset that, the flag-off was a mere ceremony to secure sympathy votes for Sen. Abe and other APC aspirants in the yet -to- be concluded National and State Assembly elections in the zone. Given the detailed analysis so far. There is no evidence, the cleanup will start soon. Only time will tell. |

KenModi:It's obvious, you're ignorant of this information too. Ken Saro-wiwa hails from Ogoniland in Rivers state. The state government under Gov. Wike had renamed the state owned Polytechnic, The Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori to Ken Saro-wiwa Polytechnic, Bori. Also, Stadium road, the one leading to the Liberation Stadium, now, Yakubu Gowon stadium in Port harcourt had been renamed in his honour. Contrary to what you have wished, amongst his kiths and Kin, the Ogonis. There is a fresh agitation over the naming of the Institution in their land after the Human and Environmental Rights activist. One reason given was that, the name is localizing the Institution to an all Ogoni School. And wants his name removed from the school, for it to take back its original name. |

Guy you are funny. When you saw others in front going through such 'de-humanizing' session, why don't you turn back and leave. After you've gone through all, you come to complain. What will NL do in this regard? Why not the Public Complaints Commission in your state? Nevertheless, as part of the screening, the authorities wants to be sure applicants aren't infected down there. 1 Like |
