focus on change. if you keep your head stuck in the past, naira wont grow. but one thing is for sure, naira has much potential so keep hating on it because one day it is going to take off and you want to be on that train boy! as far as corruption, you have no law and order to speak of. until you get some leadership who seizes ill-gotten gains, and it is quite easy to do today, naira will probably just continue to chug along. hopefully your next president will lock up and throw away the key on all the 419ers and corrupt politicans. i know you will have to build many prisons for that but it can be done and its time. the leader who does this will become a rich man and so will his people. |
the swiss cant just hand it over. anyway, nigeria needs to eb more proactive about seizing assets. it is so easy to seize assets today from any country in the world. nigeria just needs to step up to the plate and seize all those 419ers assets in the caymans and then other crooks. |
Its time has come. Gabon is a very rich country and should become the next African Riveria. It should and will become a playground for the Naira elite. However, they muist crackdown on the hooligans and troublemakers in the Delta Region who will try to sabotage the ferry service. The time has come to restore order and civility to the Delta region. |
it is the devil talking to you. you must stop or the devil will blind you my son. go find yourself a woman ASAP! |
I have heard that many amputees/thieves are roaming the alleyways of lagos state after exile from the northern territories. can this be confirmed? |
I have never had exotic game, like lion, but I have heard it is quite scrumptuous. Anyone suggest a good restauarant in Lagos or VI serving game? Also, is it safe (and even legal) to eat exotic game? thank you. |
Thanks TayoD. I have not heard that the region between abuja and jos has had any flare ups or hostilities. i would most likey drive during the day and from what i have been told it is safe. my driver i am sure can handle the police checkpoints. how much do they usually want -- the police out there? i am just curious as to the cost for me of traveling from abuja to jos by car. also, are there any good restaurants to stop at along the way for a snack? thanks for your input. |
any nairalanders in vancouver? |
or Sierra Leone? |
No, it is most likely permanent. acne goes away in time but you bleached your skin. you should look into getting the rest of your face bleached to eliminate the discoloration. it costs about 140,000,000 naira i believe (based on CD$ rates), so not too bad. |
another thing to keep in mind is the french are racist so they have terrible service on air france. i would pick british air or lufthansa before air france. heard too many bad stories about the worst service. |
what do they call you? |
well i know in nigeria spells and voodoo keeps the viruses away? i was thinking of bring a pint of my own blookd in case of emergency/ just asking questons, sorry if you r offended but we like to ask questons in canada? is it a crime to ask qustions, even if you think they are stupid, in naira? |
thanks iice. where do u live? have u hiked in jos? maybe we can meet? we are planning on doing some hiking there for 4-5 days. i understand it is quite nice. i heard the road from ab to jos is actually quite nice nand very few miscreants or sss. have you heard of the ougadogo lodge? they offered me a cabin with kitchenette, laundry service, room service, and game buffet for 2450 naira per night, double occupancy. sounds pretty good. a miss ogunwole runs the lodge. she sounds very nice as I have spoken with her on 2 occasions. she also offered nature treks for only 800 naira including lunch. |
sorry. i know you were ruled by the military for 20 something years and brainwashed about spells and supersitions but i thought obosanjo allowed u to talk. i will just keep my mouth shut when i come to nigeria and wont talk. yeah i live right by hastings creek park. do u know vancouver? i am often at the starbucks in lynn valley centre if you want to chit chat about naira. |
what is a zulu zulunation? are u like naira conservative or like barry goldwater conservative? i dont see any reason why u and shawn cant get along considering u disagree on just about everything. which poker table do u play it in sin city? i will look for u |
is it risky? |
which one is better and why? |
Thanks Constantin. Gabon looks really nice. Too bad no flights between Nigeria and Gabon. Would hate to think you have to fly all the way back to Paris to get to Gabon. |
sorry to hear this news. please pray. first, your sister needs to get tested. as the previous poster said, she may very well not have it. however, it is much easier for a woman to get it than a man. a man can sleep with 300 hiv+ women before he might get it. 1 out of 300. with women, it is more like 1 out of 5 odds. if she has it, she needs to evaluate which country would be the best. just because she comes to the usa doesnt mean she will have access to medical insurance. medical insurance in the usa is about 97,600 naira per month. so unless she has a good job, she might be better off in naira where the drugs are cheaper. this is very sad, but be careful before you expose the minister. he might sue you! |
what do naira taste like? sardines or grouper? |
what is mummy water? |
I spent 5 minutes reading this website and your telling me I have to live in Lagos to know you have a bridge there called Third Mainland? You are so brilliant. You should go work for the CIA or FBI as a detectives. My god, I ask a simple question out of curiosity and you think I actually live or have been to Lagos or even Nigeria. Its all very funny and interesting to see your reactions. ![]() |
is there good fishing under the Third Mainland Bridge? |
don't worry the bridge has magic spells that will keep it from collapsing. also, if a witch steals the spells and it collapses, the water is not too deep and you can swim or walk to shore - just remember to keep a spare spark plu handy so you can bust the window open if your car starts to sink in the muck. also, watch out for the snakes in the water as i have been told that there are some very big snakes under the third mainland feeding off all the trash. |
which country is better and why? |
Has anyone driven from Abuja to Jos? How many hours is it by car? what are some nice hotels to stay in around Jos? |
yes, sadly even in bangladesh, they will buy a child for 10,000 naira for slavery or other worse things, but most likely he was used as a decoy by drug runners and was expendable at the border. hopefully interpol will track down the perpetrators. |
very sad. poor boy. all the crazy responses. the boy is 11, sounds like human trafficking or slavery in bangladesh. |
is there a barbed wire fence between benin and nigeria? and if you can walk thru the bushes, how come ole robert taylor with all his $$$ couldnt just walk thru the bushes. why didnt mr. taylor go cross thru chad and niger. seems like he could have made it but i suppose the cameroons are too honest and smart. |
