it depends: 1. do you want to start your own mom and pop store? if so, you will need about 5 million to start your first store. remeber location is important and you will want to be close to customs street in lagos or along the harbor in portharcourt so you get many customers. 2. if you prefer a franchise, location is not so important but it will cost you more. mcdonalds franchise is about 75 million naira, and burger king about 50 million naira. and you will need at least 10 million naira for petty cash you know. |
what r ur favorite airlines? i persoanlly like virgin nigeria anmd find the stewardesses to ve very pleasant and beautiful. also, i like bellview because they provide nice services and good food. r there any other good airlines u like? i am hoping to fly from abuja to calabar and then north to kano after i finish my voyage by foot between lagos and abuja. i would also like to fly into benin city from kano as i understand there are some very nice restaurants in benin city. |
dont forget Mr. Bush went to hard University, the best university in the world so he is very smart. where did donald duck go to university? i believe mr. bush will go quite well and get many votes amongt our upper class who would like to seee lower taxes in nairaland. also, mr. bush is very schooled in defense and will help protect naira from its evil neighbors like equitaorial guinea, angola, or even niger, should they try to advance upon our god-given soil. may god bless mr. bush and naira. you will see good things. i think it is a great idear. |
Please let them know about Harold. He drives a purple Hummer and I believe he also owns a Porsche 911. I would be happy to provide more details about his profile. He lives on Victoria Island and he told me he has homes in Calabar, Ogun State, and Benin City if that helps. |
how much money does a good 419er make in Nigeria? I know some peeps that want to move to Lagos and work in 419. Do you know any good 419ers in your neighborhood who drive Lamborghini's? Last time I was in VI I met one Harold Ritchie who drove a Hummer with diamonds and he told me he makes 900,000,000 naira a day as a 419er. |
ask rich4now. he will help u with your 419 scam. |
seems like Nigerians love America and he might do well and win the election for presidency. that would be cool. |
Cameroon News Services, Douala, Cameroon (CNS) - Lagos, Nigeria - Government officials and German contractors today assembled along the shores of the Lagos Lagoon to celebrate the commencement of a vast new construction project to build the world's longest bridge - the Fourth Mainland Bridge, also known as the Obasanjo Memorial Bridge. It is expected that the new bridge will help ease traffic conjestion between Lagos Island, Oworonshoki, Yaba, and other communities bordering the Lagos Lagoon. The Fourth Mainland Bridge is expected to take 14 years to build and will measure more than 88 km as it loops between Victoria Island, Lagos Island, Yaba, Oworonshoki, Apapa, Bar Beach, and central Lagos. The bridge will offer commuters several feeder by-passes, including one running directly into Customs Street from Victoria Island cutting in half the commute time for many of Lagos' businessmen. Bridge tolls are expected to run between 400-800 naira depending upon length of travel. Anyone know if this is true? |
May God help DD to win the presidency and calm the boys down in the Delta! |

Where are the free enterprise zones for minority business in nigeria? i have an oyibo friend who gets 20 million naira per month from the nairagovernment in the warri free trade zone to run his factory. he has a nice house with maid and big yard with fruit trees. he wants to expand into western nigeria and would like to know where the free trade zones are for him sinc he is a minority. i have been told there is a new free trade zone for oyibo's in ogun state but the government only provides 5 million naira per month in ogun. thank you for your help. |
no west african monkeys had it and then it was transmitted to peeps, thats what they say!!!! maybe hunter was cut by monkey and it spread, not everything conspiracy! |
where is your favorite moule? ooooo ![]() |
no one place is safe except the united states and canada. |
i think 90% ofLagos and only 50% in Abuja, but about 99% in aba and port harcourt. |
i have heard that dutch's grape juice is a very good cjure as the malarian mites cannot survive in the body when grape juice is present. also, large amounts of alcohol, like vodka, help keep the malaria away in th first place oooo |
will you fly if there are 3 more crahses in the next 6 months? me, i prefer a moule. |
it has a dank smell and should be remodeled. now is a good time since the aviation industry will be shut down and no one is going to be flying until the problems are solved. |
Where are the current police roadblocks that cause the most disruptions to traffic flow? in aba, there is one nasty roadblock on akoki road by the grapefruit hawkers. please be careful and take donny avenue to avoid the hold up. |
i am interested in purchasing fresh game meat? where do you suggest I shop without spending an arm and a leg? Also, do you know if they sell camel meat in Lagos? |
I think the next president should close the airpot for remodeling. |
if you need to go to kano or port harxcourt, will you be taking a bus from lagos or moule rather than a flight? |
r u saying we should expel the nigeriens i know many good nigerien families in victoria island who contribute to nairaland. |
thank you oooo i have tried bufrin ax and paracetmal xj but no work. please tell me. |
Yes, it safe. Just keep your wits about yoruself like you would in London's East End or the housing projects in Paris. Lagos is no different. They love oyibos. Just make sure you have a hanroll of 100 naira notes for tips for porters, police, and beggars and such. and of course, don' wear lots of jewelry or attrcat to much attention about yourself. make sure you also smile a lot and you will no problems. what yoru friends say is bollocks. now if you plan to go to aba i would not recommend it. also, make sure you cover up so you dont get bit by mosquito and get malaria ooooo. |
how many of them live in nice palaces in Dubai? |
Nigeriaone is correct. It is high time to do something for the people. Abuja is nice but we need a more modern city without all the undesireable peeps. I like calling it Unity City and I would suggest building it on the banks of the Benue. It is nice to have a beautiful river running through your city. It will help create more jobs, etc. Look at South Africa. they have Bloemfontein, capital of their judiciary, and Pretoria, their executive capital, and Joburg, their business capital. Lagos is our business capital, Abuja should remain the capital of our courts, but we need an executive capital. Unity City on the Bengue is the answer. We must begin today! And to the peeps who say Abuja is not overcrowded, u must not live there. it takes 45 minutes to 1 hour in rush hour traffic to get to work for many peeps in Abuja. |
Maybe an outside from Niger and we can combine the two countries to become an economic superpower. |
chelsea, what you say? i can't walk to abuja from lagos oooo? i think i can do it. i am very fit and strong like a bull. walk fast too. what's this about suicide? is it not safe? i will stay in guesthouses at night or sleep in the bush, i will wear mask to protect from pollution and bugs, and i will probably carry about 50,000 naira for bottled water but i will have it hidden in me clothes and buy bottled water in the villages and cities like Ibadan and Ogbomoso (I will avoid Oshogbo). When I cross the Niger River I will pay a man to ferry me. Then I will need to spend 3-4 days in the bush before I arrive at my final destination of Abuja. I will use me gun if animals attack in the bush north of the Niger River and share some beads or other knick nacks from Lagos with the villagers north of the Niger. also, after some rest, I may walk to Jos from Abuja. and yes, I have the N$ to take a private car but walking is much better for mind and spirit and getting to know the Nigerian folks in small villages. Wish me luck oooo!!! also, i will eat wild pineapple and other fruits along my trip. |
Makes no sense. Conakry is a port city and should have cheaper goods than Nzerekore and the surronding countryside. Conakrians should be doing much better than their fellow countrymen. God Bless Guinea! |

i know many good nigerien families in victoria island who contribute to nairaland.
