Details should be given to the public on the sex,age and which state or the hospital that person died.Our Government only mention figures and location of affected person with no proper details I am tired of this country

Our journalist....in Nigeria, dont ask the right questions, they dont drill politicians with tackling questions, they dont do real investigative journalism with courage and fact to help bring out and expose potential or intended political candidates, that the people watching, listening may see and then make the right decisions during election or rejection.
Journalist have the most powerful tool in the world and nigerian journalists dont make good use of it to dig out , expose, bring fore information that will make any intebding criminal politician think twice before involoving him or herself in any polutical race. Rather Nigeria journalists take , collect , receive "envelops" or bribe and give us the people of this great country half baked or untrue cooked up story to increase and beautify a corrupt politician.

Panic buying at this time? The government is locking down all the places.
This lockdown will not work in Nigeria. People living in face me and face you and share bathrooms will not work. You cannot be locking people down without electricity and survival package. What will people eat? more people will die inside the house than the virus can kill. sooner people will start rebelling.
this is time for the government to try to pay heed to some pressing issues in the country like the basics. mosquitoes kill more than the virus. millions of people die in nigera of malaria but the government did not lock down the drainages or lagoons. the reason is that they will not die of malaria as they have access to better healthcare.

the sole reason why the government is locking down the places and building walls is because they are protecting themselves not really you.

what will you eat during this lockdown? and what will you eat after the lockdown? how will you pay your rent after the lockdown? how will the local pharmacies buy drugs to sell to you for other sicknesses? what will happen to perishables like banana and tomatoes?

lockdown begins with preparing medical equipment and health facilities for confirmed patients. a country of 200m people should have at least 1 million ventilators. but the whole of abuja two weeks ago had only 2.

Our government are under reporting this case while this Virus continues to spread in Nigeria how come only one death? When will over 200M pesins be tested? What are they doing now with the donated funds? What kind of country is this? They locked down Lagos, fct and Ogun with no altanative on how people can survive,no funds or stimulus package given.
