Mad people BluntCrazeMan: BALDADASH. I think you should go and take up a career in comedy. Not after billions were spent on BVAS and people were sensitized to go register believing our votes will count. I know how many people i even begged and induced just to go register and after all the reforms what happened? Maybe after the criminal we have in Aso rock is done with his 8 years IF GOD ALLOWS,perhaps we will be having this conversation. 1 Like |

seunmsg: I see where you are getting it wrong. i was not even considering naija courts. The legal immunity of a sitting president typically applies within the borders of their own country and does not extend to immunity from prosecution in foreign jurisdictions. International law generally does not grant immunity to heads of state from prosecution by other countries' legal systems. So even if the Nigeria courts refuse to start any process, Atiku can take his battle outside Nigeria as he is currently doing anyways. |

seunmsg: Let me educate you better...As i wrote, he can not be prosecuted but criminal case can be instituted and brought to a conclusive verdict. The Supreme court has shed more light on the quoted section of the 1999 constitution. The Supreme Court as ruling in Chief Gani Fawehinmi vs. Inspector General of Police (2002) 23 WRN 1 “That a person protected under section 308 of the 1999 Constitution, going by its provisions, can be investigated by the police for an alleged crime or offence is, in my view, beyond dispute. To hold otherwise is to create a monstrous situation whose manifestation may not be fully appreciated until illustrated… The evidence may be useful for impeachment purposes if the House of Assembly may have need of it. It may no doubt be used for prosecution of the said incumbent Governor after he has left office. But to do nothing under the pretext that a Governor cannot be investigated is a disservice to the society.” I hope you have learnt something new. Please feel free to counter it but avoid the use of derogatory words so that i can respond. And mind you, looking away from this i hope you undestand that the legal immunity of a sitting president typically applies within the borders of their own country and does not extend to immunity from prosecution in foreign jurisdictions. International law generally does not grant immunity to heads of state from prosecution by other countries' legal systems. So even if the Nigeria courts refuse to start any process, Atiku can take his battle outside Nigeria as he is currently doing anyways. |

seunmsg: Yes you can sue and even get a guilty conviction on a sitting president BUT HE WILL NOT BE PUNISHED DUE TO IMMUNITY CLAUSE. The aim here is to put an end to Tinubu's political career in Nigeria and possibly get him jailed AFTER HE FINISHES HIS FIRST TERM. Inec will not be able to clear him in 2027 hence he will be out of power and will face the wrath of his forgery. And let me advise you..When you discuss matters please try to be decent and reasonable. Use words that are void of derogation especially when unprovoked. Please learn this. 2 Likes |

BadMaster: If indeed you know i have been here since 2008 then you should know that i won't be foolish to start writing trash. Nigerians are not expecting the supreme court to remove Tinubu and ofcourse we all know he may likely finish his first term if khaki boys allow him. The point here is that the revelation of CSU has made it clear that Tinubu committed forgery and im not talking about CSU certificate but the Government college results forgery talking about forging a GCE result of a school that was never in existence until 4 years after. No lawyer in the world can defend him on this. Section 465 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria. Definition of forgery A person who makes a false document or writing knowing it to be false, and with intent that it may in any way be used or acted upon as genuine, whether in the State or elsewhere, to the prejudice of any person, or with intent that any person may, in the belief that it is genuine, be induced to do or refrain from doing any act, whether in the State or elsewhere, is said to forge the document or writing. lol Only a clown will expect any surprise. Supreme court will uphold Tinubu's victory but he will never contest again after this first term cos a criminal conviction will be made against him in subsequent law suit by Atiku and Tinubu can never escape getting convicted for forgery and im not talking about CSU certificate but the Government college results forgery talking about forging a GCE result of a school that was never in existence until 4 years after. MRMRMR: i know you wont see this part . Now here is the killer move Tinubu can never escape and if he does then nothing else will nail him. seunmsg: I thought by now you will be using the word Falsified as modified by me. And if you are asking for the document/form i have provided it and you can clearly see the CSU certification on it meaning it came from CSU. See guy, this is a faceless forum but i am not faceless here and you know why ? , it is because i stand for what is right and just, i have no skeleton in my closet. Yes the holy book says there is no righteous, no not one so i don't claim to be righteous but a double standard person is an abomination to GOD. Just a piece of advise. seunmsg: Are you for real? I am beginning to sense a strong bias in your post. First off you said making a false claim to gain admission is not a criminal offense. That is laughable and i wont even argue this part. As for the embolden please dont make me regret responding to you. It is very immature and a sign of low IQ to leave subject matter to attack the discussant. Finally, the fact that CSU has that record in their possession simply means Tinubu gave them and even if it was useless, the fact that it was presented makes him liable . I am freaking amazed that im explaining this. I will stop here and leave you to believe whatever tickles your fancy. |
Politics / Re: Tinubu GCE falsification and Section 468 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria by Toks2008(m): 11:16pm On Oct 04, 2023 |
seunmsg: Because you responded responsibly i will indulge you. First off, both falsification and forgery are criminal act and carries similar consequence especially when it relates to academic issues. Secondly, if you read well, i made reference to two institutions which are South west college and CSU. He used the falsified info to gain admission to south west college which makes it even more difficult for him and he latter submitted that along with his documents from south west to CSU. Remember that it was CSU that released these documents meaning it was with the school. See it will shock you to know that i am a card carrying member of APC but i am not foolish and will never support wrong thing regardless of my affiliation to the party. This is one of the options for Atiku to explore. The reason i am against Tinubu is simply because of the way the electoral process was sabotaged. It is wrong to force yourself on people and such a man should not be allowed to rule a country like Nigeria. Meanwhile, the FBIU and CIA reports are coming out this month. Perhaps we may see very revealing info. |

seunmsg: Very interesting. As the elders say, 'But for fools, all words should be spoken in parables' No pun intended. So you need to be explained to that Falsification and forgery are related concepts. Ok, for people like you, i will modify so that it can sink well. Politics / Tinubu GCE falsification and Section 468 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria by Toks2008(m): 9:43pm On Oct 04, 2023 |
I would love us to look away from the issue of whether Tinubu forged his diploma certificate or not and let's look at the bigger monster. It has been established beyond all doubts that Tinubu gave a false information to gain admission into Southwest College and Chicago state University and that is clearly seen in the image attached. Tinubu who applied to Southwest College for an associate degree in 1975 claimed to have attended Government College, Lagos, and presented a 1970 GCE A-level result. Whereas, Government College, Lagos, was established in 1974 by the administration of Brig. General Mobolaji Johnson. This was also part of the documents Tinubu presented to CSU and was part of the documents released by CSU to Atiku Abubaker. In situations where a person is found to have gained admission and earned a degree using forged documents or falsifying information, even if it happened many years ago, universities typically have the authority to revoke the degree. Most academic institutions have policies in place to address cases of academic fraud, including the use of forged documents during the admission process. Universities take academic integrity seriously, and if it comes to light that a degree was obtained through fraudulent means, they can conduct an investigation, which might lead to disciplinary actions, including the revocation of the degree. Now that there is a substantial evidence, what Atiku needs to do now is to prompt South west college(Richard Darley) and Chicago state university to conduct an internal investigation, and take action, including revoking Tinubu's degree but this would generally depend on the School's policies which i believe has zero tolerance to forgery or false information. Now here is the killer move Tinubu can never escape and if he does then nothing else will nail him. Section 468 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria says, “Any person who knowingly and fraudulently utters a false document or writing, or a counterfeit seal, is guilty of an offence of the same kind and is liable to the same punishment as if he had forged the thing in question. “It is immaterial whether the false document or writing, or counterfeit seal, was made in Nigeria or elsewhere. Now i want every Tinubu supporter to read the quoted again and this time very slowly...What this means is that the Nigeria criminal code recognizes alteration or falsification of a document as forgery and it does not matter where the false document is used. At this point i do not need to explain further to anyone how this singular document can indeed remove Tinubu as the president. But will the supreme court admit new evidence? If it does then there is no hiding place for Tinubu. 13 Likes 1 Share

He clearly submitted a falsified document to CSU at the time of admission and this is so freaking easy to prove. His degree will most definitely be revoked. Mark my word. 2 Likes |
