Sharpsharp00123: Yekini Amoda Ogunlere to be precise. See let me tell you a fact of life. He who chooses to hide his background must be ready to answer any name he is called. Is it not shameful that he had to steal Donald Duke's childish pics? If it is not madness on the part of any supporter then it must be foolishness of epic proportion for anyone to support a man without any viable background to be the president of a country like Nigeria. I'm so sorry to say this but Tinubu supporters need mental evaluation. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Sultanofpiglets: Bro go and do your findings.. 80% of the Yorubas supporting Tinubu are illiterates..mind you, some illiterates can actually read and post on social media platforms. Let me make it clear... I love Tinubu I respect him the way a yoruba man will respect an elder.. He has paid his dues and he has sacrificed so much for Nigeria democracy but he destroyed everything when he chose to run for president. In yoruba land it is a taboo for a king maker to clamour to be king. Tinubu is a king maker and he is doing so well in that regards and Infact he is more powerful than kings... I am not for Atiku or Obi but I am for transparency. No election is 100% free and fair but what inec did was clear fraud and that I and millions of educated Yorubas will never support it. Look at the G20 meeting he gatecrashed into and you will see the obvious disregard real world leaders with integrity have for him. Biden made this so glaring by making it obvious that Ngozi is even more respected than him. Tinubu is only respected in Nigeria and perhaps amongst some corrupt African countries but a nobody in the western world. No real leader wants to be associated with a bagman for Narcotics.. Whether it happened yesterday or 50years ago. What a shame. 12 Likes 4 Shares |

OAFMods: That is how mentally shallow some Tinubu supporters can be. So you think all Yorubas support Tinubu. I am Olatokunbo, a thouroubred educated yoruba man with sound mind. I am a man of integrity and I will never support the fraud INEC perpetrated with Tinubu. I'm glad his folly is now very glaring to the whole world. Just tell Amoda Ogunlere to perform all the magic he can to prevent Atiku from exposing him. Only a Fool will argue that he is most likely an impostor. Nobody is judging him fir his past cos he did what he had to do to survive but he should know so well that a man with his past should never aspire to be the president of a country like Nigeria. All Tinubu supporters are fraudulent in character. Only criminally minded people will support a man who has no background history to be the president. In the western world Tinubu can never be employed to be a cleaner in a bank let alone allow him hold a political position. 2 Likes |

Ecosystem4u: God bless you. But I honestly don't see Atiku getting the records and if he does, it will be too late to use it against Tinubu now but perhaps after 4 years cos he will enjoy immunity till the next 4years except he is impeached. Make no mistake about this. Tinubu is an impostor.. His real name according to Bode George who knows him inside out is Amoda Ogunlere. All his supporters except the foolish ones know he is an impostor and that is why his background is erased by him. If by miracle Atiku gets hold of the documents he used in gaining admission to Richard Darley college and Chicago State University, then it's all over for Tinubu. It will be an international disgrace of Epic proportion... His supporters will be so disappointed that they will delete their account here on nairaland. That's why Tinubu will do anything to make sure Atiku does not get those records. He never expected in his wildest imagination that Atiku will tow this path. |

duro4chang: There are some exceptions in extraordinary cases. For example, if a party discovers new evidence that could not have been reasonably presented during the lower court proceedings and that is highly relevant to the case, they may file a motion for remand, asking the Supreme Court to send the case back to the lower courts for further proceedings based on the new evidence. This is rare and subject to the discretion of the Court. |

Prettycute90: You are not alone in this boat... I have counseled many ladies going through exact same thing. One now stays on her own after her husband couldn't pay rent and they had to lose their homes so she had to move back to her parents house before finding money to rent a small room for herself and her only son. Unfortunately this is not strong enough to divorce him but you can only leave him if he chooses to let you go cos you are bound to your husband as long as you leave EXCEPT HE DECIDES TO LEAVE YOU BY HIMSELF. However you can seperate from him cos the bible allows seperation leading to reconciliation. It is a cross you have to bear and this is why I advise ladies never to have a number of kids they can't take care of personally. Sis I'm sorry to say but you must carry your cross. Work hard, build your life n that of your kids. Pray for him but don't leave him. Cheers |

Politics / Re: INEC’s Failure To E-Transmit Results Has Broken Nigerians’ Trust – Laolu Akande by Toks2008(m): 9:38pm On Sep 08, 2023 |
The picture says it all. How can a nation move forward when votes don't count. Democracy is government by the people and for the people... But when government is longer by the people then how will the government act in the interest of the people? The biggest loser is NIGERIA because never again will the progressive youths come out to register to vote, never again will progressive Nigerians bother to vote because they know that their votes are useless. INEC has set Nigeria several years back and the nation may never ever recover from it. The former senate president said openly that capturing of results real time from polling units and sending to server is what they signed into law. INEC chairman MAHMOOD YAKUBU said several times that capturing of election result real time from the polling unit and sending to the server IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT. Furhermore, the electoral act in section 64 subsection 4 b clearly states... (4) A collation officer or returning officerat an election shall collate and announce the result of an election, subject to his or her verification and confirmation that the (b) the votes stated on the collated result are correct and consistent with the votes or results recorded and transmitted directly from polling units under section 60 (4) of this Act. Watch INEC spokesman reiterate this fact in this very short clip. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-gIcIqeEfM?si=GIW-sLimfSL1V6HU I have always believed that once a bill is signed into law it becomes binding and failure to adhere will have legal consequences. But in a strange twist, the tribunal has ruled that it is not mandatory despite being a legal requirement in the electoral act. Perhaps if well meaning Nigerians push the government to make it mandatory that INEC must capture and transmit voting results real time from polling units to servers and failure to do this will void the result of the effected polling unit... Maybe Nigerians might give birth to another Democracy... For now I will say "May the soul of Democracy in Nigeria rest in peace" . 83 Likes 12 Shares

Rebelutionary: Noted and amended. Thanks. I actually meant to write "if the supreme court can rule that it is mandatory" but that will not happen anyways. And Infact it is already mandatory as written in the electoral act but Inec just chose to do as it likes. And I was referring to progressive youths not bothering to register not the youths suffering from Stockholm syndrome. |
