am not a Tinubu supporter or any bullshit party in Nigeria just have PVC,but you are a fool for not knowing Tiunbu worked in Mobil Producing unlimited in the US.

Now listen and I will be careful to use the right words.

ALLEGEDLY, a young boy named Yekini Amoda Ogunlere, born in Osun state in iragbiji wanted a better life for himself so he came to Lagos and met a woman that latter adopted him as a son. Her name was Abibat Mogaji of blessed memory.

IT WAS also alleged that Amoda travelled to America with ori olori and it was alleged that the person he impersonated was the late daughter of Abibat Mogaji brother.

Already the lady had secured admission to a US college.

Amoda aka Bola Tinubu went to Chicago State University and indeed graduated and worked for mobil and on and on but not with his name.

Now ask yourself.. Let's even assume these are all false... I think anyone with a fish brain as small as it is should ask why his background is so hidden..

A sitting President, impeached in Nigeria grin? Stop being funny!

Where is Atiku going to get the simple 2/3 majority from? Do you know that about 2/3 of State Assemblies are equally breathe life to that effort? How do you even remotely believe that's ever going to happen to Tinubu's detriment?

Far as we are all concerned, Tinubu is President until 2027. Most of these efforts by Atiku are being fashioned in preparation for the next elections.

You still don't get it.

It will be a clear case of forgery or identity theft.

The court will decide it but because he cant be arrested, the national assembly will be so embarrassed to look away so he will most likely be impeached inine with the constitution.

However if none of these happen, 2027 will surely be a bad year for Tinubu.

Atiku is arming himself for 2027. Believe he's doing this to plead his case at the Supreme court at your own risk.

He knows that's a lost cause. He just wants enough weapons for 2027 elections.

Not just 2027...if found out, Tinubu will be impeached even if he can't use the evidence at the Supreme court.

This is why I laugh when I read comments from stark illiterates claiming to be Tinubu supporters.

I cringe at their folly and Ludicrous ignorance.

I will be straight here. In 2014, I was deported from the UK. Reason is because I was caught up with arranged marriage.
I was a student, had my student visa still valid, I was just trying to get more working hours before pressure from friends led me to go into the contract.

My question now is:
1. Will I be able to apply for Visa to the UK ever again? After the 10years ban is over?
2. What are my chances of getting other foreign country visas?
NB: I was handed 16 months sentence

Any other useful information is welcome and ofcourse bashing is welcome as well.

80% of the Yorubas supporting Tinubu are illiterates..mind you, some illiterates can actually read and post on social media platforms.

Let me make it clear... I love Tinubu I respect him the way a yoruba man will respect an elder..

He has paid his dues and he has sacrificed so much for Nigeria democracy but he destroyed everything when he chose to run for president.

In yoruba land it is a taboo for a king maker to clamour to be king.

Tinubu is a king maker and he is doing so well in that regards and Infact he is more powerful than kings...

I am not for Atiku or Obi but I am for transparency.

No election is 100% free and fair but what inec did was clear fraud and that I and millions of educated Yorubas will never support it.

Look at the G20 meeting he gatecrashed into and you will see the obvious disregard real world leaders with integrity have for him.

Biden made this so glaring by making it obvious that Ngozi is even more respected than him.

Tinubu is only respected in Nigeria and perhaps amongst some corrupt African countries but a nobody in the western world.

No real leader wants to be associated with a bagman for Narcotics.. Whether it happened yesterday or 50years ago.

What a shame.

If that evidence is substantial and comes at the time he can no longer tender it at the tribunal, he can trigger a clause that mandates the court to accept such evidence. Simply put, the evidence was not available at the time the hearing was ongoing at the tribunal now is available and SUBSTANTIAL the supreme court have to admit it on its merit!

God bless you.

But I honestly don't see Atiku getting the records and if he does, it will be too late to use it against Tinubu now but perhaps after 4 years cos he will enjoy immunity till the next 4years except he is impeached.

Make no mistake about this.

Tinubu is an impostor.. His real name according to Bode George who knows him inside out is Amoda Ogunlere.

All his supporters except the foolish ones know he is an impostor and that is why his background is erased by him.

If by miracle Atiku gets hold of the documents he used in gaining admission to Richard Darley college and Chicago State University, then it's all over for Tinubu.

It will be an international disgrace of Epic proportion... His supporters will be so disappointed that they will delete their account here on nairaland.

No . You have to go back to the lower court and prove your case

There are some exceptions in extraordinary cases. For example, if a party discovers new evidence that could not have been reasonably presented during the lower court proceedings and that is highly relevant to the case, they may file a motion for remand, asking the Supreme Court to send the case back to the lower courts for further proceedings based on the new evidence. This is rare and subject to the discretion of the Court.

Yes it is allowed if the case has a template at the tribunal.

Since we got married, everything about the upkeep, rents, bills, feeding, general upkeep. I mean everything is on me and he has refused to provide for us as he always claimed he doesn't have. I have always be an understanding person who believe, I should be doing while I can, pending when things gets better for him.
I never knew he was getting little little, but was gambling away with it.

We really do not date for a long time before we got married. Because I knew him back then in school from a far distance. And we liked each other but didn't date. So, meeting again after graduation and in a different environment, made me believe I already knew and the fact that we already liked each other.

He was struggling with a little job when we got married. My foresight then was to grow with him. I supported him in all ways. Infact, during our wedding, most support came from friends and relatives.
Because I'm not the type of a wife that pressurized, It took me a very long time to know the nature of habit he had that has kept him low even before I married him.

He is a chronic gambler.
No money stays with him. He wouldn't even care about himself so long as he can afford little money to gamble.
Now, I don't have a job and too much burden has crippled my business.

To be honest, I'm losing myself. Sometimes I feel I need a therapy myself.
My husband has refused to change or make effort to make this marriage work.
Before I had my second child, he was pretending as if he has changed. But immediately I took in, he continues this lifestyle. I almost died due to emotional breakdown and responsibilities shouldered by myself.

I have done everything, (both family members have adviced him severally, I have prayed, fasted, cried, shouted, talked with a calm voice, all my efforts. but non is working.

Presently, since two weeks ago now, I don't cook for him. I source for food for just myself and my children. We barely have decent conversation in this house. I can't even remember the last time we had intimacy.
I always avoid him, each time he tries to get close. Because of the situation of things in this house.
We had two children and I don't intend having any other.
The cost of taking care of myself and the children all by myself is emotional hurting me so much.
School has resume and I can't even afford all the expenses of taking my first son to start a new school and I know, he would watch our son stay back at home. He wouldn't care.

We're in the house, but he's only concern is how to get little money to gambles.

Are these not enough reasons to divorce him?
During one qurrel we had recently, I told him I want us to separate for now, so we can work on ourselves, and he said he will be with our children not me.
I see that as way to make my children suffers.

What can you advise please?

I just want peace of mind.

I don't want to waste my youthful life in a loveless marriage. Where myself and my husband can not support each other to grow in Love. Rather, stressing me.

You are not alone in this boat... I have counseled many ladies going through exact same thing.

One now stays on her own after her husband couldn't pay rent and they had to lose their homes so she had to move back to her parents house before finding money to rent a small room for herself and her only son.

Unfortunately this is not strong enough to divorce him but you can only leave him if he chooses to let you go cos you are bound to your husband as long as you leave EXCEPT HE DECIDES TO LEAVE YOU BY HIMSELF.

However you can seperate from him cos the bible allows seperation leading to reconciliation.

It is a cross you have to bear and this is why I advise ladies never to have a number of kids they can't take care of personally.

Sis I'm sorry to say but you must carry your cross. Work hard, build your life n that of your kids.

Pray for him but don't leave him.

The Mall of America needs no introduction in the USA. Located in Bloomington, not too far from the St Paul International airport at Minneapolis, it is the single biggest mall in the whole of the US. Tourist all over the country fly down to see what the 5.6 million square feet mall has to offer.

I visited Minneapolis, Minnesota for a one week conference and decided to be somewhat adventurous. Had limited time to spend and couldn't explore every part of the mall. Although entrance is completely free, you've got to pay for other forms of activities. The good part is, clothes here are tax-free so you pay only for the cost of the clothing.

This mall has some mind blowing stats you just might be interested in - Over 500 retail stores, and home to world largest LEGO. If you spend 5mins in each store, it will take you 2 days to finish shopping.

So I took some random pictures from inside the mall. I have only shown photos from the amusement park region.

Politics / Re: INEC’s Failure To E-Transmit Results Has Broken Nigerians’ Trust – Laolu Akande by Toks2008(m): 9:38pm On Sep 08, 2023
The picture says it all.

How can a nation move forward when votes don't count.

Democracy is government by the people and for the people... But when government is longer by the people then how will the government act in the interest of the people?

The biggest loser is NIGERIA because never again will the progressive youths come out to register to vote, never again will progressive Nigerians bother to vote because they know that their votes are useless.

INEC has set Nigeria several years back and the nation may never ever recover from it.

The former senate president said openly that capturing of results real time from polling units and sending to server is what they signed into law.

INEC chairman MAHMOOD YAKUBU said several times that capturing of election result real time from the polling unit and sending to the server IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT.

Furhermore, the electoral act in section 64 subsection 4 b clearly states...

(4) A collation officer or returning officerat an election shall collate and announce the result of an election, subject to his or her verification and confirmation that the

(b) the votes stated on the collated result are correct and consistent with the votes or results recorded and transmitted directly from polling units under section 60 (4) of this Act.

Watch INEC spokesman reiterate this fact in this very short clip.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-gIcIqeEfM?si=GIW-sLimfSL1V6HU

I have always believed that once a bill is signed into law it becomes binding and failure to adhere will have legal consequences.

But in a strange twist, the tribunal has ruled that it is not mandatory despite being a legal requirement in the electoral act.

Perhaps if well meaning Nigerians push the government to make it mandatory that INEC must capture and transmit voting results real time from polling units to servers and failure to do this will void the result of the effected polling unit... Maybe Nigerians might give birth to another Democracy...

For now I will say "May the soul of Democracy in Nigeria rest in peace" .
