Well I read on twitter that kim's nudes being splashed online is no big deal. It's like saying a man who'd done time in jail for murder is arrested for cussing another guy out.

Me thinks that description is so apt. Abeg make Kim and Rihanna carry their not so new nudies find somewhere go siddon make we see road ojare.

Was dealing with a personal tragedy, lost track of the story and didn't figure anybody found it interesting since the little thing got buried amongst other beautiful pieces being written. Am sorry, will try n find the pieces of dis story n put them up together if I can. Meanwhile if I do resurrect this story, it's gonna be a miracle cos I av absolutely forgotten my train of thought when I started writing it. Thank you

PoliticsRe: Botswana Plans To Deport Nigerians? by Tomeseen(f): 9:17am On Aug 16, 2013
Rule number one before commenting on NL says dont tribalize threads, sadly the opposite is the case with what i always see. This thread require more thought provoking response from us than the cheaps darts we decide to throw at some nigerian tribes. Thank God i haven't ever been in a position where i am being stigmatized, so i wont even say i know how it feels because i don't. as far as i am concerned, whichever tribe, color or race you may be, if you've got hate in you, you've got it. Its like peak milk for any hate filled individual. ITS IN YOU AND YOU ALONE.

That goes without saying that we should stop tribal hatred, it is a very stupid passtime. we wouldnt know that putting out a fire now is better than running for the mountains with the fire on our tails. I got into a religion argument once in my life and i can say it was very exhausting and non-rewarding. i choose to dwell on the strong points of each tribe which is the only reason we are still one nigeria today. A Northerner for me is very friendly and they are our nation merchants, now see what hating and tribalism turn them into, no more groundnuts pyramids in the north and did i forget the dye and leather many a white man cross the seas to buy and 'suppose to invest in'. am not anywhere ready to pitch my tent in the north though, it is now filled with hate and religion war. An 'igbo' man which encompass a lot of territory for me with many non-igbos, i see 'strength, resilience, growth'. oh yes they are traders too, an igbo man will always give you good bargain and make a lot off you, just be sure which bargain you want, like china they've got the original and the fake.

The growth of nigerian economy is in the igbo man's hand, a northerner too, maybe. but a yoruba man, i dont think so. A yoruba man is a communal man, a crowd pleaser, and a brilliant fox. a good battle strategist, if need be make a lot of noise and trouble over percieved injustice over self and on some occasion tribe. while a yoruba man cannot trade to save his life because he wants more money than goods are worth atimes, he is brilliant by default, he destroys that gift by being foxy. He wouldnt stay to get hit by a swinging axe, some of us know which tribe would stay for that.

That been said, Nigeria as a nation is very friendly and accomodating, another problem is they may jest you and derive a lot of funny names and derisive appendages to you as a foreigner and lord it over you often. every human, nation, economy, fallen civilizations that we get to read and learn about, thanks to archeaologist and some holy books are at one time or the other been depraved babarians. and for those who dont know that a civil war is brewing in nigeria should get themselves educated on what happened during 'biafra coup', i mean do we really want to subject our children to that much hate and suffering only a war can bring on. in ruwanda civil war, one tribe was hunting another tribe down and killing them calling them cockroaches. i cant for the life of me imagine how another human being could look at somebody who looks exactly like you, call him a cockroach and gun him down. sick i say. as for me, i am a proud nigerian and whatever tribe or creed you are, i will comport myself with utmost humility and respect for you and culture, that you will have no regret saying COME to me.

We should remember WA/ZO/BIA means COME in the three major tribes language, i find it hard to believe we have come seriously far from welCOMing to HATING. Nigeria is great and i keep praying we return to singing another national anthem that says WAZOBIA in the nearest future. Tomorrow i hope... in my tribe i say WA to you all.

RomanceRe: The Funniest Lie Your Current Or Ex-Partner Ever Told You? by Tomeseen(f): 7:14pm On Jul 02, 2013
personlly told some interesting lies and been told some in return, but the most ridiculous lie i've ever heard was from a 'galfriend'. happened long time ago when i was in ss3. noticed this ss1 girl following me around and b4 long noticed she was interested in a male friend of mine which would account for the tag and follow routine she was doing with me. went to this guy's place one blessed day like that and met her there and that very silly sixth sense that says somethings not right told me something very funny went down. asked the guy whatsup, he told me shut up!.

cornered the girl in school and was trying this big sister thingy 'that she should be careful with this friend of mine since he is a very matured guy, 7yrs older than myself as at then and the sex bit where a girl should be careful, bla bla bla'. to which she replied and told me that i shouldn't be bothered becos she already told brother 'so' when he said they should have sex that he cannot deflower her because her alfa fiance did a strong jazz on the punany and no matter how many times my friend do the deed, she will still remain a virgin. shocked shocked shocked to say that i was scandalized was saying a lot, i asked her 'so how many times did brother 'so' do it?'. plenty plenty times she repiled and brother 'so' thingy meets the hymen each time she finished. went back to my friend and was about beerating him for taking advantage of an innocent girl when he replied to me that, for starters she wasnt even a virgin to begin with and in all her narration was there any part where she said she was raped.
at which point me sef close my mouth, abi which one kon be my own for the matter tru tru.

It is very much possible for a 9month pregnant tummy to be flat, i know an 8month flat tummy pregnant lady, infact the week it becomes apparent she's preg, she gives birth. Besides haven't anyone watched this program on TLC (i didn't know i was pregnant) there are documented cases of women in labour who didn't even know they were pregnant with the flatest tummy ever. I saw one in bikini in her 9th month on the program, it was unbelievable.

mabebe1: Anoda shot...cnt stop laffin
Come 2 tink of it 'are women dat easy?
Jst tinkin out loud
Its not funny at all. NYSC is as Mazi painted it if not much more ugly. How can our youth assemble three weeks for para-military excercise and the only work-out they get is actually the sexual kind. camping in all 36 states n d FCT is a MOJO exercise waiting to happen to all deployed youth. Peepz who served in Nigeria know all this shyte to be true, i saw worse and i think Mazi is downplaying the sexcapades bit. At least he and chief made arrangements for a room. 50% of them sexcapades go out in the open and bushpaths and the military personnel are not left out of the fun. Now somebody is saying Mazi is disrespecting women. I say them ladies should learn how to respect themselves first and Zip-up while they are at it. There are little cases of rape on camp for God's sake so nobody is forcing them to open their legs. I don't blame peepz that stereotype nigerian girls. "They really are cheap". Very...

Larry-Sun:
Those 'unnecessary' details may serve as pointers with which to use in thickening the plot or alleviating tensions already built up in the suspense. Ishilove has said a whole lot of what I mean. I can't wait to read the updates. Peace all
I agree with Larry, but then every writer has a definite signature, as brilliant as they can be if you read their books often you'll get to flow along with them. I have read lots of books and i flow with my authors. I might not be able to predict them but i don't get no surprises either. Be that as it may i love larry's write-up. It is professionally done and he did set the bar high for other writers. But then the remaining writers are way up too. Only problem i see is taking the novel so high up, some readers get lost finding their way out of "unnecessary details" grin

brokoto: so you are a Robert Ludlum fan too?
Am all kinds of fan, sidney, mario, Dan, Conelly, tami hoag and my favourite romance author Janet Evanovich and jackie. You gotta love jackie too. And a whole lot of others i can't remember now. But i love crime, detection and thrillers always. Is why i think this thread is gonna be the bomb. Am not even scared of dissappointment, they have the 'bestest' writers cavorting in this thread. Fingers crossed.

Detective story! Well am sure Reddie will deliver because if it isn't ludlum kind of thrilling. i'd rather prefer to flow in african plots. But then checking through the list of writers on board, it's a done deal y'all gonna give all my best crime writers a run for their money. Fully subscribed and following. Yipeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
