but if you get here with even the basic requirement then welcome to a new life ,

i would recommend the US because if you go with a visiting visa to us as long as you dont break any law and dont tell anyone that you dont have the papers you are good .

My friend relocated to mexico with his dad ( mexico is more easy to get into) then then crossed over the US boarder worked odd jobs , saved a lot and applied or their papers and they got it

NOTE: I dont recommend the above because the truth is that you know the system in nigeria and it is easier to make it in nigeria , make money in Nigeria and you will be coming here to charge phone like its nothing.

For example, $28,000+ per year to the University of California, Berkeley! Some pay much more than that. And we wonder why our universities are nowhere near the top when compared with the rest of the world. Universities need funding. Its also a reason why about 70% of their adult population, according to Senator Rick Santorum (in the 2015**) aren't University educated.

But then again, I don't know if I can say all these apply to Nigeria because the average income is well below the poverty line. So should we say University education is only for the rich? (Dollar to Naira, most 'rich' working class Nigerians are in the middle class abroad).

you are not Far from the truth. I keep telling people education in Nigeria is way too cheap. You can't #20,000 per session and expect a world class laboratory or even seasoned lecturers or professors but we let our sentiments over shadow the realities. little do we wonder why some private universities are tagged "world class"
