RomanceRe: Am I Unknowingly Dating A Prostitute ? by tonte(m): 12:45am On Jan 04, 2015
It's okay, tell her to do the math and calculate all you owe her...then you also calculate all you have spent on her in terms of gifts, fuel for your car, money on dates your ejaculations etc...then balance your accounts then whoever is owning who should pay up then you go your separate ways

dabrake:
When you think you have seen it all, you see this.

I have been dating this girl for more than a year; and I intent to marry her. But lately, while she was in my house for a visit we had a hot quarrel ( that's normal ). She was shouting at me, calling me name and swearing ; yes, it was obvious that she was pissed off and likewise me. When things were stating to escalate, I angrily ask her the leave my house , because she was stating to create a scene in my neighborhood . That was when she said something that baffled me and got me thinking. She said a lot of bad things to me , I never took any of them to heart because I knew she was angry , but not until she said this exact words " YOU HAVE TO PAY ME FOR ALL THE SEX YOU HAD WITH ME BEFORE I WILL LEAVE".
This got me thinking, have I been dating a prostitute? Why will she quantum sex with money?
Now, she is apologizing and asking me for forgiveness . A part of me wants to continue with the affair because I still love her and we have gone a long way, moreover, I have already introduce her to my family. But , another part of me don't want to continue because I feel like I don't know her and that she might have a dark secrets which might explode after marriage.
Guys what's your say in this scenario ?
PoliticsRe: Who Is Your Local Government Chairman And What Project Have He/she Executed? by tonte(m): 3:14pm On Jan 03, 2015
my LGA is in rivers state...won't mention my chairman's name, I know for a fact that the allocation to the LG was over 100m per month, the wage bill was around less than 10m, I know the LG pays for the electricity the LG enjoys (BTW we enjoy 24 hour uninterrupted power since 2010 provided by the oil companies while we pay) the LGA has around 5-6 villages which have over the years prospered into towns although there is high poverty especially among the old people there...well, what I know he uses the money for visibly are as follows.
1.shares a good chunk with Amaechi as he was dragged along to APC
2. builds and completes his personal projects
3. goes on booze cruises with his boys and chiefs where he alone pays
4. comes to abuja at the slightest chance, lodges in Sheraton and has threesomes every night he is there
5. shies away from paying for LG carnivals that attracts tourists as is the normal tradition
6. and funds his university cult groups

Imaginary money. I didn't ask how much it is hypothetically, and I asked WHERE IS IT. Three times, actually.

It had about $1bn last time I read anything about it, and I think Oshiomole was saying something about a missing $2bn that the balance ought to have been $3bn...anyways I think it's all politics

MissMeiya:
So where are the savings? That was and still is the question.

I remember when a case was made by the FG for savings from excess sales, the state governors kicked against it, their argument was "why should the children stay hungry because the father wants to save money" now we can see why

MissMeiya:
That's not his point. What happened to the money? Why is Nigeria so unprepared for the price crash? What happened to the reserves and the money supposedly saved from the subsidy removal? Why is Nigeria broke?
BusinessRe: Oil Slump: FG May Borrow From World Bank, Others by tonte(m): 11:14am On Jan 02, 2015
PTF is not a Buhari achievement, it was an Abacha initiative...Buhari didn't borrow any money but how was the lives of the citizens then and how is it now? the exposure then and now are they the same, the wealth creation platforms then and now, are they the same? the foreign investments then and now are they on the same level?

clemhova:
During his tenure nigeria had no debt and our Naira was very strong (N1 to $2) even the west was were not comfortable with it and was putting pressure on himbto devalue the naira.

He didnt believe in borrowing to execute projects, gather the wealth first and execute without consequences on the future generation.

This he did very well when he was in PTDF, where funds were readily available from excess crude. He excuted numerous project that i can bet that you saw and even benefited from...
BusinessRe: Oil Slump: FG May Borrow From World Bank, Others by tonte(m): 11:11am On Jan 02, 2015
but why is the government supposed to pay for the fuel that you use?

richybanky:
3years ago, Dr. Ebele Jonathan threw Nigeria in confusion and economic hardship by removing the subsidy on fuel... Oga jonathan in his usual manner of lying with gentility told nigerians that the economy was ending for the rocks, that subsidy removal was the only panacea... Three years after, nothing has changed, nobody has felt the effect of the money saved from subsidy... This singular pain, deceitfully inflicts d on the masses is enough to reject Mr.Jonathan at the poll in the coming election... GEJ is a 'bad product' that is very difficult to advertise/sell...Nigeria has never being this stagnant since 1999.. Obasanjo was known for fighting corruption by institutionalising EFFC even if it was carrot and stick method, He was concerned for the health of his fellow citizens by putting in place NAFDAC..He changed the face of communication in Nigeria and many more... Late Yaradua was known for amnesty... Abeg, what is President Jonathan known for?

I'm assuming that you are just joking with this your post...if you are not, then I'd like to assume that you are underage and so cannot understand anything that has to do with macroeconomics, and if you aren't underage and you think like this, then you need to get educated or else, in all honesty, you are finished

Am just crying for our Govt borrowing from outsiders when we have our CBN functioning and that can print for as many monies as possible..y borrowing? Let them print for this project to be executed instead of debt financing. Too much nah..crazy pple. God will help us in this country.

GEJ's govt reduced Nigeria's 99% dependency on oil to 79% actually

yemionline:
We have so many other mineral and natural resources to tap into. why we choose to depend solely on crude oil still remains a mystery to me.

PoliticsRe: BREAKING: Suicide Bomber Strikes In Gombe State On New Year’s Eve by tonte(m): 10:45pm On Dec 31, 2014
ofcourse it's GEJ's fault that a suicide bomber strikes...and Allah should expose them....when ironically they kill in the name of the same man Allah...Allah won't expose anybody, we have to find them out ourselves....and stop trying to blame anybody

Kagarko:
May Allah expose this people and their sponsors whoever they are.

This is becoming something else.

This clueless govt is to be held responsible for not sacking the service chiefs for failure to tackle the insurgency hence the suspicion of govt been an accomplice in the crisis.

Three trilion naira in three years has been spent and no result.

Oya okupe or abati tell gej to sack the service chiefs.

PoliticsRe: Why GEJ Did Not Visit Chibok - Yakassai by tonte(m): 2:06pm On Dec 30, 2014
You do realise that military solution in a war like this (against terrorists) can only be less than 15% effective, the remaining 85% has to do with dialogue and diplomacy, that's something boko haram isn't open to, haven said that, tell me how you will blame the leadership for ineffectiveness when
1. parents donate their children to be used as human bombs
2. boko haram is enjoying some form of home support in areas they are most effective in (because let's face it, no terrorist group can thrive this long and this effective without some kind of home support)
3. soldiers go to war to fight, and live to fight another day, while terrorist come to battle hoping to die, and take as many as they can, hence the suicide bombings....
our military, like in Iraq and Afghanistan, would need around 10 years of training in this sort of warfare to be able to effectively fight these guys, that is a fact we seem to always overlook, because as we have seen in those countries, no military can fight terrorism by might alone, even the US cannot get it right that's why they had to train Iraqis for over 10 years before handing over command to them, and still...they can't do much against ISIS
my point is...it's is thousands of times more difficult for our military to be as effective in this than we hope/expect...that is why it's not safe for mr President to visit there at the moment....sad, unfortunate, but true

hakanai:
That was when they were newly appointed they all visited amongst there farmilarization tour. I am a northerner and I tell you that Iherijike,Danbazau, Ola and Dike for me were people that really handle there roles professionally when they were called upon. The recent bunch are so not it!
I mean with the heat now, somebody highly placed should be moving Abuja - NE checking progress and ensuring our usual eye service is not used to blind the FGN on progress or magnitude of the situation.Take theque from Cameroon. The top chief moved to the area. Are you aware BH was able to over run a military barrack recently and the army did an instant come back to reclaim it. How long has Sambisa,Bags,Bama and Gwoza being under BH control? Youths came out in numbers asking to be allowed to engage and reclaim there territory. It is nothing more than the need to take back there lands.Alot of the army folks have no motivation and cohesion. We have read and seen time and again. Before i know touching the army amounts to an inevitable come back with might.Where is that spirit? In a lot of battles the army has shown weakness. I don't blame them , they are doing there best within the situation and issues! I blame the leadership.

I called it rant or you called it rants? how about you get off my case...just try...it's not that hard

Demdem:

Nope, it wasn't done politely instead u called it rants.
Av given u the best advice. Ignore or deactivate.
U are a lover of Jonathan, when he is being discussed, u will have to endure. It's part of the sacrifices.
PoliticsRe: Why GEJ Did Not Visit Chibok - Yakassai by tonte(m): 12:43am On Dec 30, 2014
why are we even having this conversation, I only very politely said, please leave me out of your mentions when you feel like insulting him...speaking of respecting views, that is a view of mine I want you to respect...why is that hard for you if your not being a troublemaker

Demdem:

Am no trouble maker but a believer in the truth.
Did Jonathan abuse a section of the country by calling their leaders rascals ? If he did, where is ur criticism? Why are u growing goose pimples now that the same dose is being given to him?
U sound like an hypocrite here.
U are free to like the fool, that's none of my business it won't change my perception about him.
Go back and read my posts again, I never called u a drunkard or daft but Jonathan, the one u love. Respect my view the way I respect urs.
Yes, there are chances that the fool will remain so but it still doesn't change who he is.
The incompetent fool from Bayelsa remains a useless man governance wise.
PoliticsRe: Why GEJ Did Not Visit Chibok - Yakassai by tonte(m): 11:49pm On Dec 29, 2014
i see you are a real trouble maker...oh well knock yourself out, I like Goodluck Jonathan, as a President and as a person...that does not make me a drunkard, that does not make me a daft person...you can rant all you like, he is still your president until earliest may 29 2015, with a 50% chance of being your president may 29 2019...so knock yourself out

Demdem:

The only option available for u is to ignore. How I choose to call Jonathan is my call and I can choose to bring u into the discussion If ur thinking process is in line with the drunkard.
If u aren't ok with that, deactivate ur account, that won't hurt.
PoliticsRe: Why GEJ Did Not Visit Chibok - Yakassai by tonte(m): 11:31pm On Dec 29, 2014
don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you should not call him a fool or whatever you want to call him, I'm just saying, that while you are at it...please try, however hard it might be...not to mention me while you are at it...good night and God bless

Demdem:

Is it not the same foolish president that called leaders of a section of the country rascals?
Am I not being polite by calling him a fool?
Jonathan is simply reaping from what he sowed.
Deal with it. No apology for that.
