biolabee: Poster good one for bringing out your pain here
Trust me when I say you are not alone and IT IS NOT ONLY YOUR FAULT

Don't bother with people that think it is Your fault and you are not into the loving thing from dawn till twillight before you get a phock with your own wife.

Some women are just frigid or have low s.ex drive through no fault of their own and there is nothing you can do about it whether you make breakfast in bed for them, send love sms through out the day and then make a candlelit dinner at night

E no just dey their bodi

It willl just be chore bore for you and also for the woman.

They are just inhibited either through religion or from bad childhood experiences.

However you also know having a concubine introduces complications the consequences you may not be able to bear.
So avoid it

1. Discuss with madam, tell her your frustration and find out from her what going on through her mind makes her tick
It may be work, hormonal or something.

2. Ask her what does she want considering you feel strongly about this
She must be frank with you.

3.if she see it as an issue you are a lucky man then find out from her what you can do to make the experience more enriching.tips from earlier posts are helpful in this regard.

4. If she tells you she is satisfied s.exually and you are fairly certain she is faithful, then sorry you have to bear your cross as she is of the SCHOOL OF FRIGIDITY.
These ones you have to wait till their in their 30s when they get a burst of h0rny hormones.

Make do with ALL you can do while you bide your time

I was very stubborn about success; I was very determined. I was stubbornly determined that I must succeed. And there is a saying that there is a circular flow of poverty and you have to break it. I was strongly determined that I must break this cycle of poverty.

PoliticsSupreme Court Orders Fresh Trial Of Wabara, Others by Toonice(op): 9:28pm On Feb 23, 2013
The Supreme Court on Friday ordered the retrial of a former Senate President, Adolphus Wabara, and others over an alleged N55m bribe-for-budget deal.

The case was brought against Wabara and the other accused persons by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission in 2005.

The other accused persons are a former Minister of Education, Prof. Fabian Osuji; Senator Ibrahim AbdulAzeez, Senator Azuta Mbata and Garba Matazu.

Two other accused persons – Senators Emmanuel Okpede and Badamosi Maccido – have died since the case commenced, and their names have been struck out.

The Supreme Court ordered the retrial in its judgment in an appeal brought by the ICPC against a decision of the Court of Appeal on June 1, 2010.

The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, had on June 1, 2010, dismissed the 15 counts against the accused persons.

Dissatisfied, the ICPC appealed at the Supreme Court.

In its judgment in the appeal on Friday, the panel of justices of the Supreme Court agreed with the ICPC that the Court of Appeal erred in dismissing the charges.

The Supreme Court therefore remitted the suit to the trial court for retrial.

Delivering the apex court’s verdict, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta said, “I hereby set aside the judgment of the Court of Appeal and remit the case to the trial court for retrial.”

The Supreme Court also ordered accelerated retrial of the case.

The suspects were on April 11, 2005, arraigned before Justice Hussein Mukhtar of the FCT High Court for allegedly demanding, and obtaining monetary gratification to facilitate easy passage of the budget of the Federal Ministry of Education in 2005.

The alleged offence was contrary to sections 9 (1) (a); 17(a); 23 (2); and 26 (1) of the ICPC Act, 2010, and punishable under sections 8 (1); 9 (1) (b); 17 (c); and 23 (3) of the same Act.

The accused persons had earlier applied to the FCT High Court to quash the charges against them, but Justice Muktar dismissed their application in a judgment delivered on November 10, 2005.

Thereafter, three of the suspects – Wabara, AbdulAzeez and Osuji – approached the Court of Appeal in Abuja to challenge the judgment of the FCT High Court.

Consequently, in a judgment on June 1, 2010, the Court of Appeal set the three accused persons free and quashed the charges brought against them by the ICPC.

In the judgment delivered by Justice Mary Peter Odili, the Court of Appeal held that the charges were bogus and failed to disclose a prima facie case against the accused persons.

Justice Odili also ruled that the charges were frivolous, baseless and lacking in merit and as such cannot be sustained by any prosecution.

The ICPC headed for the Supreme Court to appeal the verdict, a development which resulted in Friday’s order for retrial.

When the matter came up for hearing at the Supreme Court, the ICPC had insisted that the accused persons must face trial.

ICPC counsel, Chief Niyi Oshe, SAN, and Mr. John Bayeshea, SAN, had argued that, “It is ridiculous to say no prima facie case was made against the accused because the statement of Prof. Osuji was enough to establish that they have a case to answer.

“Prima facie case cannot be equated with proving a case beyond reasonable doubt.

“At this stage of arraignment, it is too early to assume that there is no case against them.

“The Court of Appeal went to the extent of treating Sen. Chris Adighije as a tainted witness. But our position is that the court cannot treat anyone as a tainted witness until trial takes place.

“Accused persons should not be discharged on the basis of preferment of charges.

“If the position of the Court of Appeal is sustained to the effect that there was no prima facie case against the accused, a c ombination of these errors will make criminal prosecution almost impossible in this court.

“The court should let the accused face trial, it should not discharge them on mere preferment of charges.”

On the other hand, the defence counsel, including Osuji’s lawyer, Mr. Goddy Uche, had insisted that there was no prima facie evidence against the accused persons.

PoliticsPopular Actor, RMD On The Run For Looting N50M From Delta State Tourism by Toonice(op): 5:39am On Feb 21, 2013
Philo Nkem Ajufo, the acting General Manager of Delta State Tourism Board, has been detained by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Abuja over her role in a financial scheme.

Ms. Ajufo is reportedly being quizzed for conniving with her boss, Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD), to embezzle N50 million from the state Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Mr. Mofe Damijo, a well known Nollywood star, is the commissioner in charge of the ministry.

Our EFCC said the commissioner was also being sought by the anti-corruption agency, but he has been elusive. An EFCC source confirmed Ms. Ajufo’s arrest.

“As we talk, the Delta State Tourism GM, one Mrs. Nkem Ajufo, is been held in our headquarters here in Abuja over her involvement in the N50 million fraud. Her boss, Mr. Richard Mofe Damijo, is not left out but as we speak he is still avoiding us,” said the source.
Two sources at the ministry told our reporter that the EFCC last week delivered a letter inviting Ms. Ajufo to appear at their headquarters. She was reportedly asked to bring along relevant documents concerning the N50 million that was meant for the purported 2007 Delta Expo event which never held.

The sources disclosed that Mr. Mofe Damijo went underground on learning about the current development. One source told our reporter that the commissioner, who is reported to be building himself a massive underground edifice in Lagos, was trying to use political contacts in Delta and Abuja to scuttle the EFCC’s investigation and washed his hands off the scam. SaharaReporters learnt that Mr. Mofe Damijo denied knowledge of the money during the budget defense exercise. Several calls and sms texts sent to Mr. Damijo and Ms. Ajufo’s mobile lines were not answered.

After a while, the commissioner switched off his mobile phone. Late last year, Saharareporters had broken the news of the N50 million allegedly embezzled by the commissioner and the acting GM of the state’s tourism board.

Several sources in the commissioner’s office had confided that a former commissioner in the Ministry had applied for the N50 million to organize the “Delta State Expo 2007,” disclosing that the state could not release the funds then due to some financial challenges.

However, when the funds were released into the Tourism account in May, 2012, Mr. Mofe Damijo allegedly said that the ministry could no longer carry out the event since it had elapsed by six years and Deltans would have forgotten about the event. But our reporter obtained “Forms of Advance Warrant” on release of funds from the Ministry of Finance indicating that the N50 million was supposed to be spent on the original event for which it was approved. The warrant order, numbered 00000117, 00000114 and 00000115, was signed by one Ms. P.O. Evuojapha for the Commissioner of Finance.

YemojaNews.com learnt that N35 million of the N50 million was supposed to have gone to the tourism board. A reporter for YemojaNews.com learned that Mr. Mofe Damijo issued a check to the tourism board in the name of its acting GM, Ms. Ajufo. She in turn reportedly deposited the sum into her First Bank private account with account number (3006131619) operated under her name, Nkem Philo Ajufo. Our sources said she and Mr. Mofe Damijo subsequently shared the money.

FoodBeware Of Suya Eatiing As Boko Haram Plans To Poison Suya To Kill The South East by Toonice(op): 2:36pm On Jun 20, 2012
THE Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, South East zone, yesterday alleged that the Northern Islamist sect, Boko Haram and its sponsors had concluded plans to declare a Jihad against the Southern part of the country with the deployment of over 6,000 fundamentalists to the South to prosecute the war.

The association also claimed that part of the plot for the mass killing of Christians in the South was the alleged importation of a poisonous powder which Hausa suya sellers would use to poison the meat they sell as part of the Jihad, warning the people of the South to be careful about eating suya henceforth.

Chairman of CAN in the zone and Anglican Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Bishop Emmanuel Chukwuma, who raised the alarm at a briefing after the meeting of the association at All Saint’s Cathedral, Enugu, condemned the Sunday bombings of churches which claimed over 40 lives, saying it had on good authority that it had declared war on Christians as part of the agenda to Islamize Nigeria.

He said: “We have information and documents to show that this is a Jihad being sponsored and we have our documents to show where they have dispatched 2,000 people to prepare for Jihad to South East, 2,500 to South-South and about 2,000 to South West.

The names of those who are sponsoring this are in our hand now. So, it is a form of Jihad to make sure that Nigeria is frustrated and islamized and we are saying we are going to resist it, we are prepared to resist and they will not succeed. We have our information because there is already a Boko Haramist that was converted and has leaked most of these secrets to us and we have our document and information. So at the appropriate time we shall strike and we are waiting for them.”

“We are warning our people to be careful of suya because we have now heard that they will start poisoning people through suya. They know the suya they give themselves in the North and suya they give to the people in the South. So people should be careful of suya.

That is part of the information available to us now. There is a powder that is now being imported which they will spread on suya and after two weeks it will start eating your liver and other organs. We have gotten that information also.

The press should let the people know because when people start dying because of eating of suya don’t say I did not say as Bishop Chukwuma. I am telling you this because we have our information. As Sultan of Sokoto told our youths that he has a way of collecting information, Bishop Chukwuma also has a way of collecting information from the Muslims.

Let the Sultan hear that because he told our youths the other day that everything that is happening, he has a way of obtaining information, I too have a way of collecting my information and we are ready to match force with force right now.”

Expressing disappointment and dismay in the security agencies, Bishop Chukwuma lamented that it was disturbing that they could not put in place measure to forestall the bombing of churches which had reoccurred every Sunday.

“Are Christians no longer free to worship God on Sundays? What are the security operatives doing on Sundays when they know that Sundays have become a target to bomb Christians? What is the Inspector General of Police doing? Is changing of uniform the reformation that we want or action to make what is happening in the North to be stampeded and stopped. Again, what are the members of the House of Representatives and Senate doing to promulgate law that will sanction those perpetrating this evil?

“We call on the Federal Government to step up a serious security strategy that will protect lives and property of Christians in the north to avoid a volatile action from Christians in the South. We also want to put an alert that Christians in the South are ready to face them squarely because we heard that they have infiltrated this place, especially Enugu. We are prepared for war- physically and spiritually against any form of attack on the church. Time has come for reprisal because nobody can stop us from worshiping our God”, the South East CAN leader said.

He expressed regret that in spite of the huge budgetary allocation on security, the bombings have continued, stressing ‘where is the high budgetary allocation on security, where are they spending the money? It means that corruption has become part of it.”

Bishop Chukwuma, however, declared that Christians were fully prepared for war “physically and spiritually” to defend themselves against any attack on churches and worshipers anywhere, declaring that “nobody will stop us because the time has come for reprisal.” - vanguard news.

EducationASUU Introduces ‘UNILAG Forever’ Badge To Discredit Renaming by Toonice(op): 12:39pm On Jun 19, 2012
The University of Lagos has introduced a new badge to discredit the renaming of the institution after the acclaimed winner of the June 12, 1993 presidential election, the late Chief Moshood Abiola by the Federal Government.

The badge, which carries the inscription, “UNILAG forever,” was distributed to members of staff and students at a news conference by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) on Monday.

According to the chairman of the University of Lagos branch of the union, Dr Oghenekaro Ogbinaka, who was accompanied by his counterparts from the University of Ibadan and the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Drs Segun Ajiboye and Biodun Badmus and the National Treasurer of ASUU, Dr Demola Aremu, the badge is one of the steps being taken by the union to work against the renaming of institution.

He said, “we have mapped out plans to persistently reject the renaming of the University of Lagos. The renaming of the University of Lagos after 50 years of existence, is one of such actions that have been taken to an absurd level.”

He further said that government’s action would be challenged legally, while describing the pronouncement of President Goodluck Jonathan as a wrong and immoral decision intended to gain cheap popularity.

Following the submission of the amended bill that set up the University of Lagos to the National Assembly by the president recently, the academics vowed to storm the public hearing to thwart the decision of the government.

According to Ogbinaka, the union has gathered the support of eminent lawyers, including Chief Afe Babalola (SAN) and Wole Olanipekun (SAN) to argue its case both at the law court and during the public hearing.

In another development, the Nigerian Association of Law Teachers has condemned the renaming of UNILAG, calling on the government to rescind its decision.

TravelPHOTONEWS: Candle Light Memorial For DANA Flight 992 Crash Victims In Lagos by Toonice(op): 2:38pm On Jun 18, 2012
Families, friends and relatives of the victims of the June 3rd DANA Flight 992 Crash at Iju-Ishaga came together in a candle light procession in Lagos today.

Muslim and Christian clerics who gave admonishing sermons at the event did not hide their opinions as to the cause of the tragic crash of the craft.

Pastor Itua Ighodalo of the Trinity House in his message said the crash was as a result of the criminal negligence of government and Nigerian airline officials.

NollyWood Screen star, Kate Henshaw, could not hold back her tears as she identified with the bereaved families. According to her, June 3rd was her mother’s birthday. She was sending her mother a lovely text

message when the bad news broke, spoiling her day.

The candleLight procession was further dampened by reports of suicide bombings of churches and reprisal attacks in Northern parts of the

country.

Every Sunday has been Black Sunday in the last one month in Nigeria as Islamist militants strike at churches in various parts of Northern Nigeria.

PoliticsThe President Will Not Declare His Assets On The Pages Of Newspapers,” Say Dr. R by Toonice(op): 3:33pm On Jun 12, 2012
The President Will Not Declare His Assets on the Pages of Newspapers,” Say Dr. Reuben Abati
The Special Assistant to the President on Media, Dr. Reuben Abati has asked Nigerians who demand that the President Jonathan should declare his assets to check with the Code of Conduct Bureau. Dr. Abati made the push back last weekend in an interview with SaharaTV.
Asked why the president has not declared his assets, Dr. Abati said, “You can’t be really sure about that. If the assets are declared, the president will not declare his asset on the pages of newspapers. The declaration of assets is done with the Code of Conduct Bureau.”
When pressed if he could attest that president has declared his assets with the Code of Conduct Bureau, Dr. Abati told SaharaTV’s Rudolf Okonkwo, “You have to check with the Code of Conduct Bureau office.”
Last October, the African Center for Media and Information Literacy (AFRICMIL) dragged the Code of Conduct Bureau to court for failing to release to the public the asset declaration of the president. AFRICMIL had in July of 2011 sent a Freedom of Information request “to be allowed to inspect and obtain copies of the 2007 asset declaration of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan; the asset declaration of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan after the end of his tenure on May 28, 2011; and the current asset declaration of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan when he assumed office on May 29, 2011.”
Paragraph 3, Part I of the Third Schedule to the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as amended, provides that the Code of Conduct Bureau shall have power to: (a) receive declarations by public officers made under paragraph 12 of Part I of the Fifth Schedule to this Constitution; (b) examine the declarations in accordance with the requirements of the Code of Conduct or any law; (c) retain custody of such declarations and make them available for inspection by any citizen of Nigeria on such terms and conditions as the National Assembly may prescribe.
On SaharaTV show dedicated to mark Nigeria’s Democracy Day and President Jonathan’s one-year in office, Dr. Abati went on to heap praises on the achievement of President Jonathan.
“Nigeria today is a much more respected country, it continues to show leadership within the international arena,” Dr. Abati told SaharaTV. “A lot of Nigerians, they come up with this assumption, cynical in my opinion if I may say so, that this administration has done nothing, that this administration has failed, they make it seem as if nothing has happened in our lives in the last one year. But in deed a lot has happened in the last one year. This administration has been productive, it has been responsive, and it has worked at all point in the interest of Nigerians.”
The former editorial board chairman of the Guardian newspaper listed the last election as one of the achievements of this administration, describing it as free and fair. “But you know when the phrase is used – free, fair, and credible - it is done in relative terms,” Abati said. “It is not in absolute terms. So there will still be a few cases, but if you compare with what we have in the past, you will see that relatively, you can make that assertion.”
Abati also said the president has begun an anti-terrorist program, which is in the forefront of ensuring security in the country. “But people are still not satisfied,” he lamented. “Perhaps we have not done enough in communicating the administration’s achievement.”
According to Abati, on Democracy Day, the president addressed many of those issues and asked the ministers to give account of what they have done. “The picture that he paints is that of a humble president, giving an honest account of what he has done, in the last 12 months,” he said.
When asked why he has been silent about the Malabu oil case, Abati said to SaharaTV’s Rudolf Okonkwo, “Some of the issues raised were legal issues. And the Attorney General issued a statement, making it very clear that this is a business transaction. Now what I have seen also is a desperate attempt by certain persons to drag President Jonathan into it. Whereas for President Jonathan it is not a personal thing; it is just a business matter as explained by the Attorney General of the federation. But it may get to a stage when the presidency will need to offer further interventions.”
Abati added, “The AG has already offered an explanation about what exactly happened. I don’t have a statement right here with me, but if it becomes necessary, the Attorney General may further clarify the position of the government.”
However, the Minister of Information, Mr. Labaran Maku disagreed with the rush to assess President Jonathan’s tenure. Speaking on the same SaharaTV program, Maku urged Nigerians to give President Jonathan more time.

“One year is a short period really to access this government which has a four year mandate,” Maku said. “But I can tell you clearly that in the last one year of his administration, unlike many people in the past, he has a clear agenda. Also there has been a lot of progress in the main sectors of the economy.”
When challenged on the proof of this much touted progress, the former student union activist pushed back on Nigerians who criticizes the government of President Jonathan. “That’s the problem of critic in Nigeria of today,” he told SaharaTV’s Omoyele Sowore. “That is just condemn what is happening without providing alternative platform. I also want people who just criticize, what is the alternative program that people are offering us?”
When pressed on the allegations of corruption swelling around the president, Maku said that President Jonathan’s government is doing everything to check corruption in Nigeria. “Even after Goodluck Jonathan, you are still going to have corruption,” he concluded.

PoliticsDo You Think Nigeria Will Ever Have Constant Electricity? by Toonice(op): 2:58pm On May 10, 2012
Another press release today by professor Barth Nnaji. I thought they had something important to say but no; It's just another promise and request for time. After one and a half years in office, Jonathan and his Minister of Power can still not give us electricity. In fact, they don't even have a workable plan yet. Is Nigeria ever going to have constant electricity?
TV/MoviesExclusive: The 'mr Latin' Death Rumour And How It Unfolded by Toonice(op): 12:03pm On May 10, 2012
Following the rumours of death of popular Nollywood actor, producer and comedian, Bolaji Amusan, Ascology News was able to grab first-hand exclusive interview with the ace comedian and officials at the Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta where reports of his death emanated.

The rumour emanated when certain nervous hospital attendants raised an alarm over the death of the actor/comedian who checked into the hospital before the death of another ‘Bolaji Amusan’ at around 3:45pm, Monday.

The attendants whose names were not released by officials at the FMC raised the alarm by spreading messages on social networks and phone messengers which also included several calls to radio stations and media houses to report the death of the actor.

It was not too long before the hospital was surrounded by an army of journalists who wanted actual confirmation of the death of the actor, this angered hospital officials who refused to talk to the Press and also barricaded offices of persons authorised to talk to the media, especially the office of the Chief Medical Director.

Speaking to Ascology News, Dr Alade Badmus of the FMC said, “Yes there were reports of the death of the well known Bolaji Amusan (Mr Latin) at our hospital but that happened not to be true, there was however the death of another Bolaji Amusa here but I don’t think that is necessary to call for journalists wanting to get details or pictures of who actually it was”.

“Be it the popular Mr Latin or any other patient for that matter, we take the security of our patients seriously and the comfort of the sorrowful family of the actual deceased very serious and therefore refused entries to journalists”. Dr Badmus added.

Another hospital official also said it is usually unlikely for such reports to filter media reports without confirmation but because the deceased person was actually in a private ward which made it difficult for access by unauthorised persons, a highly probable reason for the misrepresentation and personality confusion, saying it is unethical for those who carried out the rumour to do so because they were not authorised to do so in the first place.

The hospital's Chief Medical Director, Dr Dapo Sotiloye declined (still like previously) to comment, directing us to the Public Relations Director of the hospital who was said to be on medical leave.

After hours of incessant calls for confirmation, we were able to get in touch with a representative of the actor who gave us another reachable line which he referred to as highly confidential whilst also assuring us he has cleared the way for a phone interview to be granted to us by his employer.

Truly, we were able to get directly in touch with Mr Latin who staunchly debunked deaths of his rumour in this short but précised phone interview (below).

Bamidele Ashigbin: Hello, Am I on to Mr. Bolaji Amusan, Mr Latin?
Mr Latin: Yes, how can I help you please?

Bamidele Ashigbin: Ok evening sir, this is Dele Ashigbin and I’m calling from Ascology News.
Mr Latin: Asofology? Agbon-gun-gi abi wetin you dey talk?

Bamidele Ashigbin: Sir if you can hear me clearly, Dele Ashigbin of Ascology News on the line.

Mr Latin: I heard you, no mind me jare, please can we make this faster?

Bamidele Ashigbin: Right away!, there’s been this rumour making the rounds that you are dead, first-off, can we get a confirmation that you are alive and hearty please?

Mr Latin: Are you calling from heaven? That’s the only way you can be talking to a dead man ooo abi no be so? I am 100% alive and well.

Bamidele Ashigbin: Ok, we thank God for that. So what happened and where did the whole rumour emanated from? Actually we must take partial responsibility for breaking a report confirming your death after hospital documents at the Federal Medical Centre showed that a certain Bolaji A. Amusan has been declared dead, just barely the same time you checked into the same hospital for a medical report. All attempts to reach you and your representatives were abortive. What actually happened Mr Latin?

Mr Latin: Yes it was true I went to the FMC at Abeokuta for a medical check up but I do that all the time. My work is very demanding and I travel a lot and that is something I have to do. Actually I have called the FMC to know why they would say I am dead but they said there was another Bolaji Amusan who died yesterday but what I don’t understand is why so many calls started coming to my phone and that of my wife when I was at a location shooting a new movie by Otunba Jide Kosoko. My wife, Ronke is also a scriptwriter and was besides me so we all had to shut down our phones as the calls were disturbing our work. My Personal Assistant came to me and said Radio Stations in Ogun & Osun States said I’m dead and that people on Blackberry are spreading rumours about me but I didn’t know it was this serious since it is not the first time all of you people (the Media) always carry such rumours. My brother also works at Radio Lagos and he said he was surprised to finish his radio programme only to see over hundred missed calls. So that should tell you why we were unreachable but you the media should have checked very well before publishing the News.

Bamidele Ashigbin: We must clarify that we here at Ascology continously made it clear it was 'unconfirmed', we can't speak for other media firms or representatives however. Also, a final call made to one of your family houses in Abeokuta after none of the calls to your residence were returned confirmed rumours of your death by one Alhaji Taylor, you now understand where we (on our part) got it all wrong?

Mr Latin: Alhaji made a mistake by confirming the report to your people because he heard it also on radio that I am dead and out of the anger and shock, he gave a misleading announcement but i understand him and know he wouldn’t wish me bad luck.

Bamidele Ashigbin: Mr Latin, let us render an unreserved and sincere apology to you, everything came all knocking towards a direction no one would have ordinarily wished you and we apologise.

Mr Latin: It’s alright, just tell the world that I am not dead and anyone who thinks I’m dead should write me a blank check in my name and see if a Ghost will take it to the bank. I’m working towards a better career and I don’t even see death anytime soon.

Bamidele Ashigbin: No problem Mr Latin, we’ll surely do that. Thanks for the time, have a nice evening and have a nice life ahead.

Mr Latin: Merci Beaucoup.

Ascology News hereby withdraws its death report on the Nollywood Actor/Comedian, Mr Latin.
