From my research, 1 refers to refusal of refugee status or PR visas or PNP applications or temporary resident visas. A student under F1 Student Visa is a non-resident and "does not fall under or qualify for Temporary Residency". I guess this means NO.

2 is more generic, as it depicts the refusal of all kinds of visas, denial of entry or deportation from Canada or any country. In your case, you should select 'YES' to this.

Hi Bro, at what point does the status bar or tracker shows. I'm also post ITA submission and can't see any?? Is it after medical passed or Biometrics?

both for wes and express entry we used the following.. marriage certificate, affidavit of change of name, international passport.

Hello people, I submitted my application already. However, I will like to know if marriage certificate is sufficient proof of legal change of name for my wife. I realized I didn't include the newspaper publication. Will an affidavit attachment still be required being a marriage under the act or what is called court marriage? Although I noticed the form having a selection about previous name before marriage, as one of the reasons. Do I need to do anything or raise a cse on this?

Medicals isn’t ur main issue now. You should be thinking of how to boost that score while you’re in the pool because, going by the recent score, it might take a while before the score would drop to that level again

I empathise with you. This is exactly my story.... Nothing to add, nothing to subtract. But God used a man, sadly now retired, at the PG School to solve my case in July last year after 2 years of saying they cannot find my results.

URGENT HELP NEEDED concerning MBA Transcript in lautech.

IELTS passed since September 2017 and I’ve requested for MBA transcript in LAUTECH since November 2017, up till this moment, its been one story to the other. PG school claimed they don’t have the result so a request must be sent to the department to have the result sent to them. I personally went to Ogbomosho and escorted the request to the department of Management Sciences. Its sad and torturing that up till now, the result has not been sent to PG School after 13months. The strength to follow the thread varnished months ago because of this and I'm hoping to get back on track with the latest updates.

I’m crying out for any form of assistance as I don’t want to face the hurdle of IELTS anymore. And most importantly, birthday is just couple of months away and losing 5pts could cost a lot considering recent ITA cut off points.

I plead with anyone with any influential contact in LAUTECH POST GRADUATE SCHOOL or The DEPARTMENT Of MANAGEMENT SCIENCES or LAUTECH as a whole to please assist me on this. May we all achieve our dreams and it will end in praise.

Can anyone help deduce the best noc codes for a banker in Sales/marketing functions in Nigeria. Say Retail/consumer and commercial banking. There seems to be similar codes in the noc list. 0122 & 6235.

I work for a financial institution, earn 470k statutorily every month and get 850k, 1m, 900k as allowances in January, April and August respectively.

I think the initial issues arose cos i used my salary accounts for other personal transactions and i also moved alot of my funda to term deposit with minimal funds left which was construed as not being liquid.....just my tots??

@justwise; I need your advice. I had 3 refusals last year. One in January when i applied with my family. The ECO raised issues bordering on fluctuations in acckut balance and inconsistent deposit. Yes he acknowledged I was well paid but only had issues with those. I allowed the acct for a while and reapplied towards my bday in July and still got a refusal based on the same statement of acct on the probability that the acct opening balance was carried over from the last refusal since it started 2 weeks after the one of the lowest balance which the eco had issues with. I immediately reapplied using priority to clarify these and to meet my intended travel date but was still refused despite acknowledging all the additional docs i presented.

Ever since, I have dissipated most of the funds for personal uses and even travelled 2ce to dubai, once with my family and about a month and half after, alone.

I intend to reapply by april, 9 months after last refusal, with an opening balance of 400k and rebuild same bacj to 2-3m, strictly from my salaries and allowances.

1. I need guidance to know if using my acct statement with 400k opening and 2-3m will address the inconsistent deposit raised by eco, without any other monies from elsewhere like before.
2. I travelled 3ce last year, SA and dubai 2ce. Hope this is not a problem as i only travelled once to SA in the previous year.

I'm seeking this advice to ensure i dont have loose ends again.

Even the most recent application in May this year. I never had issues even at the point of entry except for the query why I booked one night instead of the number of days I intend staying.

By their policy, they don't accept that kind of bookings. But if you can take the risk out of no choice (at your own risk) go ahead.
