ip address: leave blank
dns: leave blank.

Now go to internet settings and choose connecting using mtn wap.

Proxy add: 010.199.212.002
proxy port: 8080
username:web
password:web.

Nb: ip address is diff 4rm proxy address.
And in the *AUTHENTICATION* make sure PAP is the only one marked unmark the rest. . . . This should do it.
