Good move. Greedy people extorting the masses yet we keep blaming the leaders. Yes the leaders are corrupt but these greedy people take advantage of this situation to make wealth overnight

Truly, they don't preach about salvation anymore. All they talk about is prosperity, but who's to blame? The pastor's or the congregation. The pastor preaches what they want to hear (money/prosperity) and not what they dont want to hear (repentance) The church in Nigeria is in a competition to have the highest branch network, that's why you will find Redeem, Christ Embassy, Deeper life occupying same building or in the same street. If they are truly after soul winning, the other churches need not establish a branch where the first church did, but as the churches are brands, they (pastors) believe people will choose their church over others

The annoying part is that Pastorpreneurs have tricked people into thinking tithe is 10% of their monthly salary. Whereas the Bible/Torah clearly states that it's 10% of Harvested crops and livestock.

Anybody giving 10% of their salary is doing voluntary donation to God's work, but they've been tricked into thinking they're "tithing"

I know of a popular church, i looked at their church spendings and noticed 15M, 20M, 12M for medical expenses for their pastors who had become old,sick and worn out, ask them 6 years ago to give scholarships for students to study medicine and co, they would not, they now spend heavily on ....OMG..Tosin, my spirit is angry, i'll stop here
