Anyways these major platforms are swamped with work and cant even respond to us.
You can also verified on Poloniex with drivers license or identity card, which i did, but i havent been attended to for anout a month now.
You are better off going to exchanges like binance which allow you to start without verification.
Most other platforms have suspended verification.

What are you verifying your account for? Except you live in the US and plan to withdraw or deposit fiat (local currency) i dont see the need and use for that.
Simply fund and withdraw with bitcoins.
