I'm much better now but so bored and tired of staying in bed.stayed out of bed yesterday tho to do some work to help husby as he's been d only one doing stuffs,got tired of my help and her wahala,told her to go and yet to get another one.took a short walk today and got dat hip pain. My doc said it's all normal for 2nd and upwards pregnancies,that d muscles are no more as firm as they were with ist pregnancy.just for us to take it easy on our bodies now,it will end in praise for us.

My dear mama's, I want to specially thank God for all of u. I'm grateful he kept us all alive to conceive, birth and nurse our own and to watch them grow. He also kept us and our littles ones in perfect health, provided for them inspite of the hardship and struggle. Many went into the Labour room and didn't come back alive

I am prompted to particularly thank God on our behalf because someone I know too well just passed on! She has three girls and have had several other miscarriages. Infact, for these less than two years I knew her, she has had like two or three miscarriages. She wanted a male child desperately. Every time she miscarried, she quickly prepares herself for another pregnancy. She has prayed like Jabez if not more. On Xmas day, she died. She had the baby prematurely and died after a short while. She even had another girl! The baby is even in the incubator right now! The kids she left behind are like 12, 10, 5 or 6 years old.

In a country like Nigeria where male children are highly desired; this has caused the death of this woman. Even when scan said female, she didn't want to take it. She kept saying baby boy, baby boy. Did all she could do to show her Faith...oh who are mine to question what has already happened If only she was near dead, it would have been better for her. I'm sure she would have learnt her lesson...I pray for her family today, that they find solace in God for him alone knows best!

I really wanted a female child as a first child though not desperately...but God knew best and gave me a son. For this reason, I want to thank Him again and again... I thank Him as well for those gifts in our hands, whether male or female, they are for greatness and in no time, we will understand better.

In dis part of d world,pple are always quick to remind u dat u have only girls,wen are u going to have a boy or u want ur husband to get a male child from another woman. It really takes a sharp mouth and ability to ignore some pple unless one will just keep bordering herself unnecessarily.

I have 2 beautiful girls,pregnant with my 3rd child,not checking d sex till wen I give birth. Some aproko pple will not allow one rest. A woman looked at me d other day and was about touching my bump to pray for it to be a boy,I screamed like someone in Labour and told her never to try such with me again.

Another friend called me dat she wants to know if its a boy as she has a lot of boy things in stock dat she wants to keep dem specially for me,I told dat one to keep dem for her boys.
I'm grateful to God for the grace to carry blessed children in my womb,girl or boy,and am grateful dat I ccan carry dem to term and birth dem as healthy babies,this is a priviledge I can never take for granted. I have pple close to me dat have done all just to bring a baby to d world. It is not by being smart ooo but by God's grace,mercy and favour.

Lol.it's like u were dere ooo. D doctor broke my heart wen he said yes and he later said but it's just for 3months now. so kpekusing is now a stressful activity abi then he was quick to add climbing of stairs too,I just looked at him with dat Isoko eyes.

So I went back to d hospital cos of d pressure in my vagina/leg and my doctor gave me sabutamol and pcm. He also told me to rest as much as I can,no lifting of any heavy object and no stressful activity for now.

so many things have been happening to me, I fell down in the market yesterday, bike climbed on my left leg. this morning I went for scan my baby is a girl, I can't wait to meet her, hubby wants a boy thank God I won.
I have been eating like a goat and going on three days fast to address that issue cos am so shapeless now, I can't even stand myself in the mirror. the hunger strike starts tomorrow

Mama don't go on hunger strike oo,pls. D shape will come back. About 4months or less to go and we will have our little angels in our blessed arms.

Lols. Yes ma but it's not my fault n.a.. it is her baby dat has turn me to sleepy sleepy.husby has given up on my sleepiness. One minute,we are gisting ,d next minute am off to dream land. But from 2am to 5am,dat sleep will disappear and I will be walking around d house looking for something to snack on.

Network was bad for me yesterday.
You are not alone with that leg pain, mine is on my right hip down to my foot. Sometimes I drag to walk.
Once in a while I get muscle pull on my leg, most painful thing ever ... I will scream and scream... till my NeuroGesic works in. Am doing nothing for my hip pain, as it is internal, on my bone socket.

Discussed it with my Doctor last Tuesday, he okayed the NeuroGesic, and said it's part of the preggy package.

What did your doctor prescribed that is not working?

I was about asking a question on dis earlier but I forgot. Mine is from my vaginal down to my foot and i drag myself to sit wenever it starts.My doc gave me calcium and pcm. I took dem only once and couldn't keep dem down since den. I've been rubbing shea butter and i think it gets better afterwards.

Present ma. D tiredness plus sleepiness is something else. My daughter is my police. She keeps waking me up wenever I doze off and always quick to say 'mummy u will fall down ooo,go and sleep inside pls don't fall my baby in ur stomach down '.

They told us in antenatal that caffeine usually passes through placenta to the baby's brain and it hinders brain development and foetus cannot process caffeine.

Before I got preggers I used to literally buy one whole carton of diet coke at least once a month so I had something of an addiction. It's torture having to discard it completely now.

Really. But am not sure coke contains dat large amount of caffeine dat can cos such compared to coffee and d likes. Thanks mama,so am going on coke strike,back to my amstel malt just dat dat thing taste like herbs in my mouth now.
