Many are mad but few ate roaming.
Seems the law is more in favour of the tenants than landlords reason most of them misbehave. One rented an apartment n stayed extra three years without paying a dime. She claimed she was building her own house n would soon pack out She was always promising to pay. Her daughter is a lawyer n perhaps she felt she was covered but I know she will eventually get rewarded for her wickedness. Another who we learnt was staying in a room apartment cane to rent a two bedroom flat. He also owed for over two years before leaving. The day he was packing out I almost called in the police but later had a change of mind.
It's high time the govt reviewed tenancy law as it's giving wicked tenants more power. Abroad you can't misbehave. You can't owe for too long else your load would be thrown outside.
As bad as our law is a tenant owing for 5 years if taken to court may end up staying another 5years without paying. This is too bad

Pls someone should be really analysis this test result from the time the sperm was taken to when it was analysed.

ur result does not indicate u av infection, so what happened to your sperm becos dat result indicates u have no sperm in your system

Hello mothers and mothers to be pls I need your advice and recommendations.

I just wanted to check if this thread was till here! I haven’t been here in almost 8 years! It was the pain I felt that prompted me to start this thread, and I can still see that pain in so many posts I read. Please ladies keep believing, nothing is impossible with God.

Keep trying, keep believing God, go for checkups , don’t listen to quack doctors. Infertility or just not getting pregnant can be stressful on any relationship. Please make your relationships with your partners priority not just only when ovulating. It’s that relationship that will strengthen you during the sad and disappointing times. My son is 9 now and my daughter is 4. Keep believing good luck!

What you need is Proceed plus. You can google it. It is sold in Nigeria by Phar Elizerbeth in Abuja and on amazon online shop.
Take it for a minimum of 6 months and the motility will increase rapidly. You will start noticing changes after the first 3 months.
Your chances are very very slim ( about 0.1%) with the above result.
