sunnedee: grin Wow..My hunch was correct.. I wanted to say you could get these things from Google but refrained from doing so with a strong feeling you will mention it yourself..

I am sure you know most topics on NL are also straight from Google and other copy/paste settings.. tongue

By the way.. Won't you sleep?? Thought you had gone to bed when I didn't see your reply on time..
i might have logged off for some reason.

is it your bedtime where you are?

sunnedee: @ bolded please explain...I don't seem to understand..
the statement is misleading and not supported by facts.

And of those posting being Nigerians... No evidence ... Except the fact that they mentioned places you ain't supposed to know unless you belong or have been there..
haha, funny bolded.

you did not even notice anything wrong in the original post?

which btw the op got from google or some other copy and paste setting.
CultureRe: Ekiti People by tpia1: 11:28pm On Sep 10, 2014
sunnedee: I doubt those monikers are fake due to the patriotic nature of Nigerians.. We always want to rep our place of origin... But if it is ... That's their own cup of "agbo".
@ bolded

misrepresentation, as you well know.

your evidence most of those posting are even nigerian is? huh

CultureRe: Ekiti People by tpia1: 11:18pm On Sep 10, 2014
sunnedee: There is your answer... About the other things you mentioned...
OYO cool
its more common with ekiti, ijebu and akoko.

i also have a feeling most of the monikers responding are fake and actually not from the places they're claiming.

the few that are, have an agenda behind their doing so.

just a hunch, could be wrong.

certain parts of the southwest like opening these types of threads on nl every now and then.

why is that, just curious.

is it for general bonhomie or just to know each other, ie identification.

never mind the fact that falsies full such threads though.

falsies as in fake people or fake monikers.
Nairaland GeneralRe: Strange, But Most Likely TRUE! by tpia1: 10:08pm On Sep 10, 2014
Its not a this or that context, you should look at complementary instead of oppository.

Some terms which are complements of themselves, could be mistaken for opposites.

It depends on how you want to view it, its all in your mind.
Nairaland GeneralRe: Strange, But Most Likely TRUE! by tpia1: 10:05pm On Sep 10, 2014
Some of your duplicates are actually supposed to be triplicates. Meaning triple, not double.

For example, heaven and hell are actually heaven, earth and hell.

Angels and demons are humans, angels and demons.

There are middle parts which you skipped.
Christianity EtcRe: Muslims Solidarity: What Are Christians Doing? by tpia1: 10:03pm On Sep 10, 2014
eyeopener: I am a Christian by His Grace. But in my christian experience, I have discovered that there are always strifes and disaffection among Christians despite Jesus repeated admonitions to love one another. It is rare to see a Christian help another because he/she is a Christian.
True.

Quite rare, and those who do, soon get into one trouble or the other.

Nairaland GeneralRe: Strange, But Most Likely TRUE! by tpia1: 5:23pm On Sep 10, 2014
earth is the opposite of water while water quenches fire but fire does not always quench water.

earth is solid while water is liquid, so they are opposites.

doesnt mean fire is not also an opposite.

if you're not comfortable with "earth and water", substitute land and sea instead.

celestial and terrestrial.

Fruit and Seed

etc etc.
