manny4life: Yes, the Silver line is coming to Dulles Airport area, and yes it is being expanded. It will connect DC directly to Washington-Dulles International Airport.

The Silver line will run in the same direction as the Orange line to Vienna-Fairfax, GMU. I think it's supposed to continue from Vienna-Fairfax, or veer off from West Falls Church...

manny4life: It's no surprise visitors often mistake it for the White House. The WH is on Penn Avenue, a highly secured street, that looks cut off from K street if I recall carefully. Cars do NOT drive in front of it, you got to walk..
