the problem is caused by lack of a male SO, not necessarily bleaching cream per se.

Is iyanya seeing anyone? How about the other nigerian celebrities?
LiteratureRe: Do You Remember the Pacesetters Books? by tpia1: 2:24am On Aug 11, 2014
If you can recall the storyline in "The Cyclist", the bicycle repairer told his wife to enter the room and prepare for conjugal activity when he learnt that the woman's 1st husband had just returned from the Biafra war. back in those days that part of the story seemed like full blown Indecency. i remember visiting that particular page several times afterwards. ( i was under 10 yrs at the time). i used to get a kick by just reading that portion over and over again
i seriously have no idea why this keeps cracking me up.

lord have mercy.

RomanceRe: She's Too Rich For Me!! by tpia1: 2:19am On Aug 11, 2014
My boss loved a lady but he couldn’t win her heart. That’s why he has remained unmarried.
this part doesnt make sense however, imo.
RomanceRe: She's Too Rich For Me!! by tpia1: 2:18am On Aug 11, 2014
here's another, peeps want to console themselves, nothing wrong with that anyway:

There’s this poor boy, he loved a rich girl. One day the boy proposed to her and the girl said, “Hey! Listen, your monthly salary is my daily hand expenses. How can I be involved with you? How could you have thought of that? I can never ever be in love with you. So, forget about me and get engaged to someone else at your level”.

But somehow the boy could not forget her so easily. Sometime 10 years later, they stumbled into each other in a shopping mall. The lady said, “Hey! You! How are you? Now I’m married and do you know how much my husband’s salary is? $1,700 per month! Can you believe that? And he is also very smart.” The guy’s eyes got wet with tears on hearing those words. A few seconds later, her husband came but before the lady could say a word, her husband seeing the guy, said, “Sir you’re here? Meet my wife.”

Then he said to his wife, “This is my boss, I’m also one of those working on his $100 million project. And do you know a fact my dear? My boss loved a lady but he couldn’t win her heart. That’s why he has remained unmarried. How lucky would that lady have been if she had married him. These days, who will love someone that much he said to his wife. The lady looked in total shock but couldn’t utter a word…

Life is so very short that it’s just like a mirror. You can only see as much as it reflects. So don’t be too arrogant and proud of yourself by looking down on people, because situations change with God anytime!

Don’t ever underestimate anyone, because everyone has potentials!.We Need to learn!

LiteratureRe: Why Do Ladies Like To Read Romance Novels? by tpia1:
scottN: The main reason why ladies read romantic novels is because in real life, potentially and romantic men and eligible bachelors are becoming harder to find these days. Also the criteria that was used in those days to determine such category of men/bachelor in this age of ours is no longer valid or rather outdated . This makes most ladies look in the wrong places only 2 end up not finding what they r looking for and then find solace in reading those romantic write ups.
hmmm

i'd have thought its actually the other way round.

reading romance novels ought to make it easier for ladies to find the right guy, not harder.

well, She's Out of My League is a light hearted romantic movie, sort of almost the closest you can get without being outrightly based on cyberspace persona.

i watched it some years ago.

Christianity EtcRe: See The Real Fruit Adam And Eve Both Ate by tpia1: 12:47am On Aug 11, 2014
unyours: Firstly, if it is a fruit, how do you know the fruit is not existing? You thought so cos it actually was no fruit in the first place.
Secondly, 'Tree' there was a coded word for Lucifer. Lucifer knew what was good and evil. - He was the only being then that has tasted both.
Thirdly, it is impossible for God to create fruit that will alter the destiny of man cos he created man for a purpose - to live forever. So God won't on his own put a barrier to that - to test man or what? The bible said he created the universe and saw it was good and perfect - was the forbidden tree among the good and perfect things?
Lastly, God had created Lucifer before hand. Remember Lucifer was hurled down to earth because he rebelled. Hence the forbidden tree bearing forbidden fruit.
so, basically you're saying God created the garden and placed lucifer there.

bokoslayer: I owe her alot and it is personal. Have you got any help to render, please?
the help I'm rendering is right here on this thread.

my advice to you is search on facebook or google.

if she's not there, and you've also looked for others who know her and they also dont know her whereabouts, give it a rest.

You can also drop your own information instead and say "sandra" who schooled at ebonyi (or anyone who knows her)should look for you.

This:

so I thought it would be a good idea if we can provide some information about the friend/family we are looking for e.g name, gender, the town/country they live in, how you met, schools attended etc
is unnecessary and besides there are many threads on such already.
Christianity EtcRe: The Church And The Children's Ministry. by tpia1: 12:15am On Aug 11, 2014
okotv: here is my point though. Many parents have failed in that regard and instead of the church to offer help in that regard it is failing
what exactly is the church expected to do, and how is the church expected to replace the parents?

lets assume the general parents we are talking about, are churchgoers, fully responsible adults in every respect. Like i asked, how will a few hours one day of the week, presume to replace the instruction and training kids receive at home?

If you are a christian please enlighten me how the children and youth ministry in your church is faring compared to your days putting the end products (children) in this case into perspective
unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labour in vain.
