juman: Another kidnapping!more like resumption of kidnapping. |
afam4ever, you will see yourself, note this day. |
Also, its important to realize values have changed, and what held in the past doesnt necessarily apply now. For example, majority of the youths now sag their pants and aim to be like their role models in the entertainment world - six pack, sunshades, fancy rides, prefering their women to dress revealingly, etc. At some point in time, these men may want to get married as well, either sooner or later. They'll definitely have nothing in common with a traditionally minded type who doesnt even understand rap music. So, whoever they decide to marry, might need to share the same mindset as them, and be into their lingo, habits, lifestyle and so on. |
question: Ask these questions about yourself first before asking about the spouse.True, but both arent mutually exclusive. |
why do you consider bill gates an easier catch than say an unmarried arab prince or a single male hollywood star? you nigerian women should stop giving yourselves a bad name, and if you're not nigerian, stop ruining our image, thanks. Represent your own place. there are so many gaay guys around, you cant turn them straight, but must ruin the few straight ones. ![]() |
i didnt see any picture, but its up to the mirror to tell if someone is fine or not, not so? |
Of the rest 55 percent about 3/4 stay in unhappy marriages for the sake of children, fear of being alone, shame, finance etc.just a matter of time before they join the 45% and increase the ratio, i suppose. we might as well just agree the statistics in nigeria fully match the ones overseas. |
Some facts have stated that around 40 to 45 percent of all marriages in Nigeria end up in divorce.that's unfortunate, lord have mercy. the incidence is so high these days. |
i think most people who spend lots of time online, might need to date from there. could be wrong though. |
md4real: Numerous desire and limited resources to fulfill them.true. |
yet another person "MONEY! Peer pressure too." I then replied "if that’s the main reason, why can’t they ask their parents, guidance e.t.c or get a decent job?" His response; "ooh! You’ll tell your parents you want bold5 today, they would drop the money. Less than two months after that, you want an iphone then later you want S3…you wantto go for this show or that trip, you want to buy vuitton this Gucci that…and you expect them to give you the money every time. Naaaaa! Those girls do it for more money." *phew* that was a long speech but he really did break it down don’t you thinknot many nigerian parents would drop money anyhow like that, true. unless they're just excessively rich. |
the actors would have had to live outside nigeria for sometime, i think, unless they get scripts which were written specifically with them in mind and which could blend in with the general movie. you have to consider things like the nigerian accent, they could get voice coaches for that i suppose, if a role calls for more or less of it, they'd need agents to scout for roles for them, their look (ethnic) could also have to be taken into consideration, so many important things which have to be straightened out. breaking into movie roles isnt easy, another option is starting with the ad/modelling industry, preferably at a young age. going to acting/drama school overseas also helps. just my opinion. but basically, i think who you know is very important. maybe nigerian actors from nigeria have been doing all these, cant tell really. |
are those indigenous reality shows still being produced? ijoko ojogbon, etc. |
There are six things the Lord hates, prov 6 |
if this is about the incidents elsewhere on the forum, then op, you and your folks are OYO. dont always be so quick to harangue people just because you feel there's nothing they can do about it. fear God in your doings. ask forgiveness from those you offended if you bore false witness or had questionable motives for whatever it is you did. |
Leffe2010: what about condirion of poverty pls lets pray to god to provide for everyone thanksamen. |
just wondering if the country will scatter immediately after the 100 years. |
nigeria is a poor country. if you cant give, then dont. if you can, then do. |
sarcasm? |
true, evil people can place curses on others, but Christ came to set the captives free. there still remains the fact that some curses may have root in your life by virtue of your background, hence the "power" you are noticing from witches and other demonic beings. BUT, Christ became a curse for us, in order to break that yoke. gal 3 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us |
Busta: Didn't get that part. . .is she setting her friends up with u?seems that way. |

rev 22 18 I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this scroll.luke 37 37 “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. 38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” |
