shouldnt this be in a book? the Dein is stunningly handsome, as a matter of fact. A wife hasnt surfaced yet? How come? |
tbaba1234: That was written by me, in my 'own words'.nice, i thought you copied it from a hadith or something. . . . . . . |
deols: Beautiful poem.it will definitely get a sister, if he wants it to. more means what? |
Sad, if true. |
Its neither. |
dridowu: u no get work abi ? Thank god u don find workYou sound like you have a personal stake in the matter, do you? |
Well, the advantage of being a celebrity is you get to pick and choose who will have the honour of your attention, no man scarcity like ordinary women are experiencing . . . . @ seangjikonji |
Many reasons i guess. @ topic |
olawalebabs: Sister proposing to a brother may look odd on the surface but deep inside, there is nothing bad in it. If I am sister, it is something I can glady do.i think many ladies would prefer the man came after them rather than the other way round, generally speaking. however, improvisation might occasionally be necessary, i suppose. note: none of my opinions here are set in stone, no one should quote me o, |
well, i googled it and it seems most muslim men might be scared off by the direct approach, unless they themselves have been secretly eyeing the girl and/or expressly stated otherwise [ie that its something they wouldnt mind]. so, imo, i'd say study the muslim brother well and make sure he wouldnt object to such, before making the move. |
doesnt seem kosher to me. |
only one of them doesnt look mixed- were they? chief john africa has a strange name and looks capoid. cookey-gam has a ghanaian tone? |
easy, just put up an ad in dating section, you've come to the right place. |
how would you translate that into a nigerian context, just curious. since nigeria is a tropical rainforest zone, etc. basically, i mean write something in your own words, i'd like to see it. nothing wrong with the ones you posted though. |
betathings you project a lot [ie imagining what others will or wont say, based on your subjective viewpoint]. why are you so fearful and defensive? dont want to say aggressive, like always seeking for others to offend you. that is not good. |
i'm sure a nler wont mind marrying her, no be person she be? |
why are most of your posts and threads about teens? very creepy. and under what authority did you post this: https://www.nairaland.com/1376837/10-benefits-reading-why-should you're fomenting disrespect on one thread, but want to be viewed as someone to be listened to on another? too many fakers on the internet. |
BetaThings: I know what I mean. I really doi cant control what other people say, but a 25 year old whose school fees are being paid by her father, is under his tutelage as long as she remains under his roof. if she decides she doesnt want to remain under his authority, then she can choose the option she's choosing now and bear with the consequences as they come. a muslim woman is free to wear whatever she likes @ 30 when she supports herself, people can give their opinion [same way she gives her opinions on other peoples' issues], but their talking will not necessitate her running to an emir's palace. and neither does it mean she has to be on the warpath all the time because everybody isnt wearing a hijab. |
they look so much in love! |
often told me to my face, he's going to his wife in Oshodi.he probably also tells each wife he's going to the others, after all, it is a polygamous setting? he has to love everyone equally, timetable and all that. |
They both look like some other nollywood celebrities in a way. |
BetaThings: If a Muslim man said his wife aged 23 was under his tutelage, what do you think the response would be?The analogy you meant to bring was if a muslim man said his DAUGHTER aged 25 was under his tutelage, would you argue the matter with him? |
You can ask that question of those who said it, if any. So far, we havent seen any muslim man besides the emir, dragging the lady with her father. If her stance is because she wants to be with a muslim man, then the man involved should surface unless he already has, in the person of the emir. |
is that mercy aigbe. |
So far, its majorly the nigerian sites who are calling him nigerian. Everyone else knows he's not. |
I do see your point however. |
Imanuelle: id say someone who was able to graduate with a good result and was also able to flow in a relationship did better. Not everyone can balance the two, its much better to prioritize things in order of importance first, and for a student i certainly would not say girlfriend should come before studies. Moreso he's a young guy, there's plenty of time for him to get the girlfriend later, after he's achieved his goals. If he doesnt, the so-called girlfriends may dump him fast, for others who have. Of course nothing wrong with having a mild relationship while studying, but only if it would not affect the person's academics. |
Imanuelle: So must it be all about relationships ?I wonder why the reporters keep asking students these silly questions about who they're dating. |
tintingz: Who said she doesn't wanna go to school?@25, she's still under her father's tutelage- if he's paying her school fees and feeding her, then he does have the right to be monitoring what she does if she's under his roof. Granted, she's rather old for this but its the situation on ground. Now, she's transferred that responsibility to the emir, so we'll see how it goes. Hopefully it will work out well for her? |
Hmm, quite full of dung, enemies and whatnot. |
