raqueal: Seun, why not make available a deactivate account button so those unwilling to abide by your rules can pitch their tents elsewhere?

If people are unwilling to abide by your rules, or certain posts are detrimental to your site, you should be glad to show them the nearest exit. Abi na by force ni?
i agree.

eyenCalabar: I think Seun should apology to us. He sounds insulting. There are ways one can actually commands you to do somethigng and you'll hearken with smiles and definitely NOT the way he's just imposing his own commands on us. Am dissapointed.
do you think those were rules he typed up himself?

more likely he was forwarded them by one of his mods.

the format is quite childish, thats not how he usually types.

i have my suspicions who actually made up those.

Even photoshop no dey?

And is michelle not a girl's name?

I guess the originator of the tale is not a native english speaker.
Culture › Re: PFN, Anambra Community Bicker Over Killing Of Snake by tpia5: 5:20pm On May 07, 2013
Other people might also kill snakes, but it doesnt get broadcast in the media regardless if they do or dont pay the fine.
Culture › Re: PFN, Anambra Community Bicker Over Killing Of Snake by tpia5: 4:58pm On May 07, 2013
Well, imo ( could be wrong) i think he should pay the fine although i dont agree with the idea of people using the money to appease their gods. However, it could considered a community tax perhaps.

He may also need to leave that community altogether, although it seems the totems themselves want people to hear the gospel, or else why would they be in the house of the christian God.

Also, in most instances, what is considered tradition could be based on some other stuff like what obtains in parts of africa, where you cant just kill certain animals at random because they are being preserved.

And they live in america, you dont say.

I've been shouting since forever, that the nigerian govt needs to do something about the nigerian educational system.

This is partly why the west is cracking down on immigration, no doubt.

Before the world returns to its pre-civilization state.

If people living in america are telling this kind of story and seeing nothing unusual in it, then what is the situation on ground right there in nigeria?
TV/Movies › Re: Afrocandy Releasing Indecency film by tpia5: 4:31pm On May 07, 2013
Op take note.

You push your stuff in people's faces, then go on to attack them even though they are not the ones going out of their way to notice you.

Is that what being a celebrity means in nigeria?
TV/Movies › Re: Afrocandy Releasing Indecency film by tpia5: 4:30pm On May 07, 2013
You people, why not post your p.orn stuff on p.orn sites or nl sexuality section?

Why are you constantly on the lookout for recruits to add to your audience?

We are told the p.orn industry is currently a multi billion dollar empire, is that still not enough, are you aiming for trillion or something?

I wonder what people needs from this girl to proove her relationship with Paul? A se*tape I suppose?
the onus is on the two of them to prove whatever relationship they say they have with each other.

when they start posting pictures of themselves in their mansions and flying private jets while sipping moet, is the public invited to share it with them? huh

we already have to view them nearly every day, is that not worth acknowledging?

i think by now we're all familiar with the concept of baby farms.

sorry for those who say they lost money when not allowed to bring the kids to their overseas base.

why is the girl constantly being shown with peter if paul is the one slotted as the father of her baby?

what is wrong with the nigerian celebrity scene?

who is writing these scripts? huh

or is that not peter? huh

madam, whether the story is true or not, just go to school even if its coding, teaching or fashion designing, gosh. You can also try mass comm, since you're already in showbiz!

this her alleged father, shouldnt he be telling her this, since he's at least very conversant with who she's "dating"? huh

kulyie: that is her decision to make, afterall 41 year old bimbo akintola is there and she is not looking an inch like 41.i even thought she was in her early or mid 3os.she has a good body and a pretty face so whether she marries or not,its her buisness, she doesnt have to go with the bad wagon or fit into societys picture of where she should be at that age

D kleena: My question exactly....y on earth did she have to go to uk for the child birth for person wey never gree? our general hospitals offer good services for child birth at an amazing rate. i paid N21,000 only for my birth, drugs and bed and it was all good. Thank God.

Why was she in a hurry? she wanted to live her cinderella dreams and her father encoraged her. if them sabi wetin good for them, make them start to borrow money
that's one option, another is to abscond with her baby, like someone said.

na today we nigerians no dey pay delivery bill for overseas?
Celebrities › Re: I Will Think About Marriage When I Clock 34- Halima Abubakar by tpia5: 4:23am On May 07, 2013
lets move beyond 40, thanks.

nlers seem to have this stuck mentality where they all congregate like lemmings around a particular concept and cant think beyond that until programmed to do so.

anyway, no doubt some married man will have her at 34,or even 38, when she's ready.
Celebrities › Re: Paul Okoye Baby Scandal: P-square Lied!!! (shocking Photo) by tpia5: 4:16am On May 07, 2013
has celebrity aka entertainment or whatever it is nigerian "celebrities" say they're doing [quite sinister stuff if you ask me], replaced education or even just straightforward farming now?

this girl says she's 19, is this her ambition?

just to be on screen all the time?

lord have mercy o.

goldfish80: The story is still unfolding. She's best placed to tell her story &Нσω she got to London.
Are you saying its out of the relms of possibility that Paul slept with these two friends?beacause if you do,I can dig up threads on this Nairaland were Posters are in this type of fix & seeking for advice.
Like I said, this story is still unfolding.
seems to me more like the duo are known for liking the spotlight, they tend to prefer to stay in the public view for one reason or another.

seems like a scheme, if indeed there's a girl stuck in a london hospital and unable to pay her delivery bill.

on the assumption the whole thing wasnt cooked up by the media.

is this the first time nigerian women will go overseas to deliver and not pay the bill. Also brings up the question, why didnt she have the child in nigeria if she couldnt afford to do that abroad?

goldfish80: He is trying to play smart by avoiding answering that question with the April fool comment.
Thats why i suspect a windup.

Surely no girl would be d.aft enough to go and have a baby in london when she knows she cant pay the bill.

Coupled with the fact that they want us to believe paul okoye dated and impregnated his girlfriend and her friend at the same time.

No be today nigerian media dey spin fabu.

I would have said she should consider the ones interested in her NOW, instead of waiting for the ones who are already in relationships, not all that glitters is gold, just saying. And a woman's physiology is different from a man's, everyone knows that.

What is it with the nigerian celebrity scene?
