the fact that the road is known for accidents doesnt mean his own wasnt an assassination attempt.

the days are evil, and besides they say when you eat with the devil, better use a long spoon.

if you wine and dine with demonic people, then beware. The fact that they got rid of many while you watched [or which you may have been aware of], doesnt mean they wont get rid of you as well, after you serve their purpose/s.

Romance › Re: Why Are Nigerian Men Constantly Bashing Nigerian Women? by tpia5: 7:06pm On May 01, 2012
Not a day goes by where I dont see a post entitled "Nigerian women are so ugly" "Why do Naija Girls have such fat stomachs" or "Nigerian women are all goldiggers" I mean im not Nigerian but I find this offensive. Why in the world are you men putting up these types of threads belittling the women? Is it some type of mind game or something to make Naija women feel worthless? Please in all seriousness i truly want an answer.
some posters are pretending to be nigerian, while for others, their local culture allows such and these attitudes are considered normal where they come from.

the site owner is the one facilitating all this, imo.

^^i checked jesoul's post again and she specifically said logicmind.

i'm not familiar with you or your posts and neither do i know if you're logicmind.

the person I was referring to, is logicmind. Seems you both operate the same way, but if you were banned then i doubt it has anything to do with me.

you can believe whatever you want though.
Christianity Etc › Re: Questions? Comments? Complaints? Talk To The Moderators Here by tpia5: 12:13am On Apr 30, 2012
my post was referring to the user who was on the thread i quoted.

logic mind.

i dont know if you're different or the same.

if logic boy was banned, and s/he isnt the same person as logic mind, then the ban must have been for some other reason, and has nothing to do with me.

one of you was derailing the thread in question for no reason, and that's who i was referring to.

tosenbaba: Belive it or not when  de Uni,i get pimples for face but as a result of making ends meet, had to live on Garri for almost 3mths ,by d end my face don clean up, no more pimples.Fat N Oil has been replaced by Carbohydrate. So Ȕ can imagine how precious Garri was to me.and take note my Uni was in Ijebu so  had access to the Original garri 24-7. it could do that, no doubt, but drinking it excessively might be bad for the health.

Tropilo: I tried in my time o! But there was this time wifey craved for moi-moi around 9pm (she was 5mths+). Where will i find that in this place (Hull, England) at that time of the day. I took my car keys and drove off pretending to go look for it. I drove a few blocks down the road and parked, as i sat in the car thinking of what to do, naim sleep carry me.
I was woken by tappings on the windscreen. It was my wife and one oyinbo woman. Apparently, the woman saw my car and went to do "tatafo". My wife had the intension of coming to confront me and a "chic", only to find me sleeping. My intention was to past time a little so that by the i get back she would slept, but e no work.
However, she called a sis' who's married to an oyinbo man and she gave us bean flour and creyfish. By the d moi-moi ready 12midnight don pass. She still chop am. That day i almost "brake cup" (translate in yoruba).
funny story.

just wondering- was there no beans in the house, or why couldnt you [and/or wifey] make the moi moi yourself.

i doubt the taste would even matter.

shymmex: Bwahahahahahahaha..

Every time I step outside my house, and look at my surroundings (bare in mind I live in a village, somewhere in England) - and I compare it to the 'best' place in that cesspit of a country called: Nigeria (from what I see on youtube) - stepping a foot in Nigeria seems like a NO NO for me... grin
you must have lived in very nasty parts of nigeria, because even i who grew up poor, still have no complaints about my neighborhoods back home.

most were ok, with a few exceptions here and there.

i've lived in low income neighborhoods abroad also, but i wouldnt say the entire overseas is like that.

anyway, different strokes for different folks.

its all a question of perspective.
Family › Re: To The Married- Who Is Your Next Of Kin by tpia5: 9:23pm On Apr 28, 2012
victorian: I used to have this nice friend, who ususally comes to my office with her husband. And anyday they are with me, they all lovey dovey, as if person neva be in love before angry. I was like, wow my friend this marriage must be tight o.. She smiled and said its the grace of God. Then later, we got talking on next of kin and i told her, that mine is my youngest brother, cos am not yet married. i then asked her, i bet her own next of kin will be her husband. And she is hell No! I was like, what? shocked but why? U guys are like peas in a pod? dont u trust him? And guess what she said- Vicky, dont ever make yur husband yur next of kin, instead make the kids when they start rolling in, instead of him. I had to sit down and i was like, this is serious.. So, who is your next of kin for now, since you guys are about to have a baby, She said her elder Sister, and thats how it will be until she starts having kids. We argued this issue, throughout that day, but she was adamant that she will neva place her husband as next of kin.. I shook my head and say na wa o.. ok o.. She shook my shoulders and said Vic, u better learn o. I replied, av heared.. So, poster whichever makes u feel comfortable and ease to choose as next of kin, pls do it.. No need to quarrel.
you seem to spend a lot of time stalking and trailing married people.

@ naija voice

what people have to consider is the competition.

we cant just routinely churn out substandard photos in this manner, in this day and age.

nigerians have a global presence, and its about time we started acting like it, imo.

its not only nigerians viewing these pictures.

nobody is saying we have to win at the international level, but this is too much nah.

btw, whoever is shaping the eyebrows- they have to accentuate the person's facial structure and not just be generci, because that gives a "somehow" effect.

PrettyCindy: My sister/brother you don't have to believe if you don't want to.Even i find it difficult to believe that i still have my sanity after the cruel treatment i recieved during 7months of marriage to a man who married me. Even my mum didn't believe me initially when we first seperated until we discovered that he planned to destroy my life and from text messages he sent to me after i put to birth. The worse is that this man looks like an angel, that is he looks extremely innocent but totally dark inside.
Infact am even glad that i have been able to let this out because i didn't include it in my personal thread. Its all history now and i give God thanks daily for sparing my life. I know that God will make things right for me because till date i still can't figure out what i did to him and i never forced him into marriage.
i went through your other posts and noticed you did indeed mention things of this nature before.

well, I think your ex might have some mental issues, going by what you described here.
