^^you flatter yourself. ![]() you should thank seun for enabling you to practice your criminality in broad daylight. pseudo-nigerian. |
I think beaf uses his spamming to try to get a lock on people's locations. ie when you reply his post/s. there's a method to his madness- its not as random as he's trying to make folks believe. he intentionally derails and floods threads with photos because he wants to mine data. |
austizz: tpia@:please quote me VERY VERY well, sweetie. and bookmark the page. you hear? DONT LEAVE ANY STONE UNTURNED NOW!!! |

logic mind wow, that's such a fascinating post. can you explain more and in greater detail, thanks. |
Ilaje44: It means "bawo ni?" for instance in Ondo. That is also true of Ile-Oluji, Odigbo etc. Ilaje say:oh my gosh, i actually mixed up the dialects. keeti wi is either owo or ondo dialect, sorry. ku wo fo is also ekiti/akureoid, another form is koo fo. |
Beaf: Next time you clowns wanna start a thread, add my name and think you wouldn't get my contribution. Olodo!buy her brazilian hair nah, instead of moaning in agony. or you cant afford brazilian hair? ![]() |
"keeti" = ki lo ti ri - in full.^^it can mean that also, but in owo keeti wi means what did he/she say. or what did you say. |
beaf and his boyfriend wilywily have made the thread reach 12 pages already? ![]() na wa o!! |
I get confused with some of the words u've written in yoruba. I'm from osun state. I believe I should be able to understand everything since all yorubas originated from Ile-Ife(osun).ife dialect leans more towards the ondo languages. osun encompasses oyo speakers and some other yoruba dialects as well. not sure about osogbo, but i think it may be oyo in nature, although i read somewhere that osogbo was originally settled by ijeshoid peoples. you have to say where you're from in osun so people can tell you which dialect you'd find mutually intelligible. |
Keetiowos say keeti wi ekiti is kooti wi or kooti fo standard yoruba is ki lo ti wi, ki lo so, or ki lon so. i'm assuming the quoted keeti means what. |
interesting thread, will be following. have to go now. |
Logic Mind: and fartingexplain further, thanks. hey seun, what's wrong with your forum- why the error messages saying unable to load, your server is overwhelmed or some such thing. |
Akoko is really tough.true. and different dialects even among akoko itself. |
the people from Ondo state are linguistically not very far from each other. However, the Ikale dialect is the closest to Ilaje among the pack. I can understand ede Ogho, Ifan, Onido, Idanre quite wellfrom the little you typed in your first post, i noticed the similarity with owo. just wondered if there were any direct historical connections, that's all. eg oral traditions of migrations betwwen the two. i found [to my surprise], that i can understand ijebu somewhat, when its spoken, despite never having learnt or heard the dialect while growing up, so i suppose it [ijebu] probably sounds a bit like the ondo languages. |
i'll discuss what you [the mods] did, at a later time. for now, quick question. is logic boy/logic mind/ whoever was derailing the thread i quoted, the same person as aloy emeka and his many monikers. |
