no govt sponsored social security or welfare package in nigeria as obtains overseas, therefore the men take up that role.

the women are also being employed hence the monthly allowance.

Romance › Re: Are Igbo Girls The Most Beautiful Girls In Nigeria? by tpiah: 10:57am On Oct 17, 2010
^^she looks 100% yoruba.

not like your own which in any case could also be a middle belt look or something

check the girl properly- she doesnt look igbo unless she has photos showing that from another angle.

**i suspect yorubas with that type of look might prefer not being in the limelight for cultural and personal reasons.**

the tongue lashing this lady got for example:

also, see

many of them probably end up with non-yorubas.

her advisers should be blamed because she's supposed to have a public speechwriter who also practices the speeches with her before she goes on air.

If you don't mind can you delete the double posted pictures.  She's actually the main girl that asked for her pictures to be deleted.  I didn't get their permission before posting those pictures in this site. If you guys don't mind deleting the double posted pictures, i'll appreciate it.  I do not want to anger any of them.  Thanks
no problem.

the girl looks 100% yoruba.

i'm sure she must have been told before that she doesnt look igbo.

but people will compare her look to carribean or AA i guess.

most yorubas who look like that dont post their photos on nl, i noticed. But plenty of them elsewhere. I also know many personally.

JomoGbomo2:
Its a big slap on Africa as a whole and to Madiba rohilalah himself for mentioning Murtala or idiagbon where mandela is mentioned.

This man is the product of the mistake of nature, he was never meant to be an african, he is a product of the Law of exception. even obama does not compare to him, never.

He is my role model politically, and i am proud of him. Nigeria has never had anyone that could be in the same room with him, shameful enough, OBJ was among the delegate commonwealth sent to talk to him while in prison, i wonder y he cant just learn the spirit of selflessness from him.

please read " Long Walk To Freedom" before commenting on this "Legend" again
and you've said what exactly? huh

sounds like gibberish to me.

what do you mean by he was never meant to be an african.
Romance › Re: Are Igbo Girls The Most Beautiful Girls In Nigeria? by tpiah: 10:14am On Oct 17, 2010

these two look yoruba imo.

and no, i did not ask anyone to jump me or not be offended by my post.

i'll delete the photos later so plz no one should quote me.

Politics › Re: Why Is America So Blessed? by tpiah: 9:35am On Oct 17, 2010
if you check 90 PERCENT OF YOUR history's freedom fighters you will see they were Caribbean immigrants or children of immigrants from Claude McKay to Marcus Garvey to Malcom X on down to Farrakan
same thing in politics, more or less.

sometimes it's not that hard to see why many AAs intensely dislike non-AA blacks.

not excusing them however.

like that wouldnt topple them off their pedestal anyway, so make dem keep dem distance  grin

@ Bawss1
Exactly my point , she doesn't live with me and she comes around like once in two months. She still stays with her parents and the only time we have together are times when she's about to school or when she comes back from school. Fine her parents don't know she spends time with me but we need to spend time together as a couple.
how are you a couple? huh

i think you mean an item.
Family › Re: . by tpiah: 10:14pm On Oct 16, 2010
agreed your mum could have danced around the issue and not spoken to the girl directly, but what's done is done. She's still your mother.

next time, whenever your mother visits, try to arrange things so there's no clash. Be wise, and your sweetheart should do the same.

your girlfriend shouldnt stay over [come on, arifin ni yen nah] especially if she knows your mum is there.

if you must get yourselves pregnant or get your funk on, why should it be in your mum's presence. Moreso you know how she feels about shacking up.

i cant imagine someone wanting to spend quality time with her unmarried son and some girl is there interrupting that.

Family › Re: . by tpiah: 8:17pm On Oct 15, 2010
if your mum arrived on thursday morning or afternoon, then shouldnt your girlfriend be out of there by 8pm thursday evening. She can come around everyday, just not to stay the night.

you can get your groove on elsewhere if una no fit holdam for the duration of your mum's visit.
Family › Re: . by tpiah: 6:42pm On Oct 15, 2010
my mum told her to leave the house with her things & not come stay over until we are legally married
harsh no doubt but even beyonce said put a ring on it.

Beaf has mentioned his tribe and state many times on this forum. He is a proud Isoko man from Delta. I guess many think he is an Ijaw man from Bayelsa. cheesy
beaf swings with all winds.

he claims to be a mixture of isoko and urhobo while also carrying baton for bayelsa.

confused, imo.

or just plain cuckoo.

And compare this to what the Almajiris in Nigeria eat. Left overs and rotten food.

So whats your point.

My point is that most people prefer the US and believed its blessed because they they have a higher chance of success there compared to their colleagues elsewhere in the world in the same position.

If you have a contrary opinion lemme know

Tpiah for those who eat Big Mac and soda, Compare them to Almajiris in Nigeria. I have seen almajiris before and they can eat your leftoverfood of 4days No jokes.

Now tell me who is better
like i mentioned before, adjust your comparisons to reflect the contexts of different countries.

america also has homeless people who may or may not be eating better than almajiris.

as per who prefers america- the US offers opportunities to lower and middle class people to ascend to what would be considered upper class or upper middle class in their home countries.

that's the long and short of the matter.
