Kinda, but I do believe that to some extent there has to be God.

Proof? None yet. But that does not negate his existence. Although, every thing points to its non-existence, but I am not smart enough to make that conclusion.

Even If there was God, i doubt he actually wants us to worship him

But Like most people, i do pray and acknowledge his existence out of  fear of the Unknown. I wouldnt want to get to heaven, only to realize that God actually existed, by then it would have been too late. Like everyone else, i am faking it, until I either meet God or completely decay.

Once your dead, you're dead and everything is pointless. By this time last year, i had spent an entire weekend with the sick and elderly dying men at general hospital lagos. The old man was my gf's dad. I saw first hand the horrors of being an old man. There were many men there who had families in lagos but hadnt seen any member for months probably because their wife and children knew he was gonna die anyways and were tired of coming 2 visit with d hope dat he must have died b4 they arrived. Some of the men who involuntarily shyt and piss on the bed spend hours or even days squirming in their own filth. Even the son of this man i catered for had to be begged and even fought with to go his dad. He was already fighting 4 property even b4 his father gave up the ghost. So much 4 the purpose of children. I would rather be childless and pay an attendant N200,000 a month via my lawyer to cater 4 me during old age than have children who go to bed everyday wishing me dead b4 morning so they can share property. The attendant would do his/her best to guard and keep me alive to ensure more income than a wife who cant wait 4 me to die so that she can be free and single 2 do as she pleases. Go 2 the village and see old dying ppl who after doing their best to raise their kids are being abandoned and wasting away. When they die, those neglectful kids will come from US,UK,Abuja and Lagos to outshine themselves on who has more dollars,pounds and naira to spend on burial. Is that an exciting future to look to? Whether i marry,have kids or not, i am already working towards old age. Wives and kids can abandon you but well managed wealth remains.
