yes, i had to get him on my radar cos i suddenly noticed he was so handsome, charming, good looking, etc etc. and he was there for the taking so i just took him. ![]() but if you still need him for your collection, no qualms. i cant keep all that manness all to myself. |
If the mother was like tpia, why wouldnt he want to kill her? One less witch to deal with.
take it easy when you're killing your mother. were. na so dem go dey mad but would call it freedom of expression. |
I joined a year ago, but didn't really frequent much until like September and didn't start to really participate until a couple months ago.Are you not oyinda? ![]() if you are, that's why debosky is having issues with you, imo. |
Dis Guy:iya e alakori. olofo. you're so dense. |
^^it's supposed to be, but the delivery does have to be contigent on the reception. remember: These people can be a danger to themselves [and others] with how they walk around unprepared for the actual ugliness of the world. |
well, so far the blacks [subsahara] have generally not reacted to the north african uprising by following suit. this could be because a lot of west african countries do not see themselves as having much in common with the north africans, aside from religion. sudan, however, is one country that straddles both arab and african africa. east africa also has a heavy historically arab presence. so, it remains to be seen if this will cool off or not. |
not an uncommon attitude with yorubas, no offence. the always open to everyone, like austin powers. |
fstranger Did an Igbo man steal you woman before?i did ask him questions about his woman or women, which he refused to answer. eg what type does he date, etc. he's cussed out virtually every race, ethnicity and creed on this forum, without fear or favour, so it's very hard to tell. he might have a thing for ethiopians however? ![]() |
^^once again, quit projecting before your ruin your reputation on this forum!!!! is it by force to type! i've explained what you didnt get about my post and yes, the man in question has a ghanaian sounding name. throw a tantrum if that observation annoys you. some people are just so irritating with their oversabi even when they're wrong! olodo. |
tunde bakare is from ogun state. |
@ topic the north african revolution is kind of putting a damper on the south sudan news? ![]() meaning there are other things to worry about. |
as usual, you missed the entire point because you wanted to jump to conclusions. ![]() the man has a ghanaian sounding name, meaning he himself may be descended from immigrants like the nigerians he's threatening. do you get it now? ![]() holy crap. ![]() you people should stop projecting your mindsets on others!!!!!!! |
^^your post is very important, no doubt. ![]() |
courtship isnt the same thing as dating. courtship is what you do after you've decided who you want to marry. |
^^talk to the nigerian govt, sweetie. |
such attitudes are more common when the woman married him for his money. key word here is "allow", which is different from "resigned |
the op alledges mercy johnson has korokoro on her head. ms oversabi replies mercy johnson is comfortable with who she is, and she respects that. are you saying mercy johnson has korokoro on her head and is comfortable with it. duh. ![]() maybe you were looking for these threads: https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-198311.0.html https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-255843.0.html |
yes, cheating is a very difficult habit to drop. |
so cynical. una dey fear pass sha |
i think a good question would be: does being an anti-semite mean you are pro-african? ![]() as we have with mz darkskin who loudly touts her pro-africanness yet will be quick to use the word kike when the opportunity presents itself. if you dont like jews, are we as africans supposed to believe you like us because we share the same skin colour? |
you really cant separate the two. |
yea i'm annoyed by that too. but then this is the internet. People sometimes will say stuff they don't have the guts to say to your face in real life. I think it might also be nice if the elderly person doesn't mingle too much with the younger ones or do things that are immature otherwise there will be a loss of respect. You have to keep your distance/compose yourself to some extent.
well, my point is the so-called younger ones need to get a grip because they arent doing themselves any favours by their behaviour. the essence of respect is you give it even when you think it's uncalled for or unnecessary. and as the well-worn phrase goes, attack issues, not personality. gutter breeding is gutter breeding. |
omega25red:you will never learn until you're 6 feet under. good luck. |
omega25red:i specifically said AFRICANS in the thread title, so she needs to show some respect by staying out of this thread. no apologies and i believe i'm very clear on that. if you want to catch feelings on her behalf, open another thread for her about africa and invite her there. |
now, the recent case of that guy who was attacked and nearly killed over his car, for example. he probably didnt do anything to warrant the brutality of that attack.[or did he]. so, what's to be done about the bitterness that arises from such situations eg rich vs poor. and brings us back to the first question: any word in season about all the unexplained deaths, random murders, etc we are currently seeing. end times or God's judgement. the latter phrase sounds cold, i know, because God is a loving God. [not an invitation for bashing or bringing up countless misquoted verses of how God ordered whatever in the bible plz]. but, some churches are alledging it's God's judgement, and to many, this doesnt sound very christianly. Besides, what about the ones who died while in ministry. |
Outstrip:i quoted specific instances, namely that some people have the notion that being older is in itself an insult. imo, only someone with no home training would think that way. and yes, let's all respect ourselves. even if an older person is acting in ways that to you, do not connote respect, it is uncouth on your part to start abusing them. and most of the time, the elder doesnt even have to do or say anything to bring on the gutter rat syndrome. and as a younger person, who are you most times to say an elder is to be disrespected for whatever reason? just because you dont agree with them or because you feel you're better off than they are? |
interesting. this other guy Ed, a Canadian, made it a bit big in hollywood. he grew up in ghana and i'm not sure, but i think he speaks a ghanaian language. |
^^the thread title specifically said AFRICAN. i dont know how they do things in jamaica, but going by your attitude here, i doubt you have any idea what i'm talking about. anyway, lets not make the thread about you, thanks. i can open another one for you to discuss jamaican culture if you so want. |
GBAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The bible says honor thy mother and thy father also saying they must not provoke their children. Same for strangers, love each other and respect elders but elders must not provoke if they want respect.
have you ever lived in africa or how are you familiar with the thread title. |
Elderly in my opinion is like 60 years old. A 25 year old and a 30 year old in your example probably best explains why young people are just so over this you must respect me deal because I was born first. Respect is earned abeg. I still think we should raise our children to always respect their elders but I wish someone would also educate elders on the dangers of being an agbaya LOl^^well, the way i was raised, even if an elder is being an agbaya, it still doesnt give the younger one a license to run mouth anyhow. the essence of respect isnt to only do it if or when the older person acts in a way you approve of. you are not well mannered if you just start acting s.tupid and crass because you simply cant be bothered to behave. aka ki lo ma fimise. disrespect is just that- disrespect. it's just lack of manners. if you have a disagreement with an elder, you should be able to express yourself in ways that show you came from somewhere where people live to old age. If that's a strange concept to you, then kudos. |
