The Spanish Empire in its heydey, spanned both sides of the globe and ushered in the most modern age (for the west) after the decline of the Roman Empire.

It did tie with the Portuguese Empire somewhat, for control of territory, but Spain seems to have impacted northern America more significantly compared to Portugal. In contrast, the Portuguese empire spanned much of Africa, India and the southern Americas.

there is no "fault" or "innocence" in simple courtesy, its either you decide to do it or you dont.

you dont weigh "whether to greet or not" as if planetary alignment is waiting on the decision.

its not that big a deal unless you've been fighting before, in which case it might be understandable.

they are simply trying to turn the family members against each other, that's all.

seems you are required to register online and upload your documents to the site.

from what i gather.

British trained graduates do go for NYSC all the time, not sure why most Americans dont, I guess majority dont plan to go to Nigeria.
